I have to admit, I was completely surprised at how great everything was. Friendly and accommodating hostess. Quick and attentive server. And wonderfully prepared Tex-Mex cuisine. Glad my mom and I ventured out this afternoon and checked this cozy little place out. Highly recommended!

Been wanting to try this place, and finally did today. They're only open for breakfast and lunch which is a shame. The chips were delicious as well as the salsa. Anytime I see Carne Guisada on a menu for a new place I visit, it's always a must. Glad I did. Beef was tender, and the gravy was very flavorful. My wife's sour cream chicken enchiladas were excellent. We also loved the beans and rice. The service was also excellent. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Been a few years but I'm back here and the place hasn't changed much. The food is good, nothin fancy, portions filling. The server was nice, prompt and quick. Really just an easy place to grab a sitdown lunch...

The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was yummy and filling! My mother gave the Tortilla Soup- "this is the best tortilla soup I have ever had." She eats it almost everywhere we go that offers it so that is saying something.

The food is great, the service phenomenal. However, it seems the military/veteran discount they offer is strictly dependent on which manager you get. At least, that is the reason I was given for being denied the military discount (which I was given on my previous visit) on my most recent visit. No one has to give a discount, but if you do, you should at least be consistent instead of denying it simply because the manager on duty is lazy.

This is our go to date night spot. The eclectic vibes and excellent service has us coming back time and time again. Our favorite is the whole friend chicken.

The food is good enough to fill me up. I didn't get sick. Just nothing to brag about. It's a little cramped around the desk where you have to pay your bill and it's not the fastest way to get something to eat at lunch time.

Wonderful! Had the Chicken Enchilada/Beef Tostada Lunch Menu Option-- the chicken enchliada-tender, savory chicken, topped with a delicious, sour cream sauce with plenty of cheddar cheese😍 the beef tostada-crunchy, tasty tostada shell, flavorful beef--one of the best tasting tostada's! The rice and beans are tasty too 😊

The restaurant was packed, many items on the menu were sold out. Lots of people picking up tamales for Christmas. Food was very good. Will return after holidays. Would like their hours to be extended. Only open for lunch.

The staff is outstanding. Not only are they welcoming, but they also remember who you are and acknowledge you. The food is great, but we all know we base our mexcian restaurant on chips and salsa. Well, theirs is on point. Wish they were open on the weekends or even Friday evenings.

I’ve lived in the FTW and Weatherford area on and off for over 20 years and never heard of this place for lunch. Happened to read about it on FB and had to try. It is hands down the tastiest Mexican food I’ve had in some time. Limited menu, but had everything my wife and I were looking for. Everything was fresh and made to order. I grew up in San Antonio and the food was very much the same. We were very pleased and have added it to our weekly lunch stops! Service was also great!

I have been driving by this place for over 2 years and never saw it! This will be my go to restaurant for Mexican food! Food, service, and venue is great. Prices are very reasonable!

I read reviews before going. Had the chicken Enchiladas with sour cream sauce. It did not disappoint. We arrived during lunch time, they were busy yet no problem with seating.

The best Mexican food in town. Service is fast and excellent. Just wish they were open in the evenings at least on the weekend.

First off EVERYONE in the restaurant is so friendly and welcoming. The place is very very clean! I noticed that right away, it’s bright inside and the floors aren’t sticky, the tables were shiny and clean AND THE FOOD WAS WONDERFUL.. We will be back! Oh and the portions are great, you definitely get your money’s worth. May God continue to bless your business and all the people who work there.

I have been going to Cardona's for years. The food is always delicious and the service is always top notch!

First, let me start by saying this place is a little hard to see. They have a roll up old style marquee sign without any logo or anything. Once you find it, however, the magic begins. They immediately brought out chips and salsa. The salsa is on the medium side, with a good amount of spice. They bring an extra vat of it over to the table right away. I ordered the enchilada trio for lunch and it was excellent. Great tasting and piping hot! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting an authentic tasting Mexican food plate.

This place must not be missed. It's only open for lunch, but the food, the selection, the service, flavor, and quality are top shelf.

True Mexican! Menu, Serving size, Service - All 5 stars!! They are mainly a manufacturer of chips and tacos but they open up for a short period for lunch. Worth the visit!

I have yet to eat here. I’ve heard good things so I decided to give it a try. We ordered a queso appetizer and chicken fajitas. Our waiter only came to our table once which was odd since they weren’t busy. The queso was COLD. The chips and salsa they bring to the table weren’t great. Our chips weren’t fresh. Salsa lacked flavor. The fajitas were ‘okay.’ Bathrooms are clean.
