Customer service was ok. After declining the need for help in one area of the business I kind of got ignored in the area I was actually needing help in and ended up having to ask for help when I was the only customer in the store. Other than that the business was very well organized and very clean. At the sales counter the manager discounted an item I was wanting to purchase so over all I was pleased with my first experience inside of this pawn shop!! I was here twice; once last week and then again earlier today. I was hesitant to sell my heirlooms, but that is no fault of the staff at this business. I was helped by a different woman each time, and not only were they both very polite to me, I was also given the same quote for sale price on both of my visits. The manager told me they give customers a week to pay or contact them for pawns but yet they pull pawns like 4 days and usually call or text when a pawn is due and with no effort didn't do so. Now want to charge double for the items! I'll never use them again and I'll just stick with cash America pawn!
