If
you
purchase
an
item
here
make
sure
you
love
it.
I
have
been
hassled
twice
when
returning
items
WITH
a
receipt.
Most
recently
I
went
to
return
a
pair
of
Sanuk
sandals
that
would
not
stay
on
my
feet.
They
would
not
take
them
back
because
they
had
been
worn
outside.
(how
else
would
I
know
they
don't
work
but
to
wear
them?!)
I
have
returned
shoes
at
Scheels
and
The
Running
Company
when
they
haven't
worked
and
have
been
worn
outside.
The
manager
kept
saying
they
could
not
resell
them
because
they
were
worn
outside
her
first
concern
was
for
the
store
and
she
did
not
want
to
take
a
loss.
I
said
she
could
send
them
back
to
Sanuk,
she
said
she
didn’t
know
if
she
could
do
that.
I
said
I
would
just
call
Sanuk
at
that
point
she
said
she
could
call
Sanuk
for
me
as
a
favor.
I
asked
how
that
would
help,
I
can
make
a
phone
call.
When
I
did
call
Sanuk
they
were
confused
as
to
how
a
retailer
wouldn’t
know
they
can
send
shoes
back.
They
apologized
and
said
it
is
very
important
that
I
be
happy
with
my
purchase.
I
will
be
sending
the
shoes
back
at
my
expense.
Threads
WILL
take
a
loss,
I
will
never
shop
there
again.
I
hope
it
was
worth
it
to
them.
