    If google would let me put no stars I would. I will never be back to this place. They did extra work to my machine that cost me $1,500 over the quote they gave me! I talked to all the managers and their response was “It is what it is”. I ended up having to pay the full amount with no discount or any reason as to why this was done. I even have text messages sent to me from the service advisor telling me what the total was and nobody cared. They have terrible customer service and just care about making extra money. The whole process took over a month where my machine was sitting there most of the time. Every time I would call to check the status of my equipment I was told it would be worked on that day and it wasn’t. That happened over and over again. There was nothing pleasant about this experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anybody. They will just try to get as much money out of you as they can. I’m sure the management will see this and still nothing will be done.

    Should not be in business much longer. Never answer the phone. Place you on hold for ever. Never have parts in stock. Always making excuses for why it tKes so long. Do your self a favor and shop online save you self the Hassel. If you need lawnmower parts or chin saw parts come on in. HVe a tracktor sorry we can not help.

    Things changed for the better. Promt greetings when I walked in the door. Employees were engaged in me being there. They offered assistance if needed. Knowledgeable staff to assist in any questions you may have. Local company located by the ballpark. Reasonable rates and plenty of equipment to rent. Styhl saws and Echo saws plus accessories available for purchase.

    Their service department has good guys. Especially Don . They are so overworked they just don't get enough time to properly diagnose anything. Never had my machine in the shop 7 outta 12 months with cat.

    We have made a couple of large purchases now through Joe Knapp and have been quite satisfied with the level of service he has shown us. We told him our needs and he convinced us to purchase a tractor we were not originally looking at (lx2610). He was right on the money with it as this size machine works just right for our property size and small scale Ag needs. He got us the no down and 0% financing deal for the tractor and trailer package which worked out great. We also purchased a couple of implements from him and each transaction has been well communicated and responses are very timely. Even though supply lines are interrupted he has been in constant contact and let us know where things every time we asked for updates. Joe has provided quality service and will be our go to for future purchases!

    UPDATE: I have to change my review from a 1 start to a 5 star because of the response for the ownership. I had an immediate response from the owners. They wanted to know any details of what happened in my experience with them. They took the time to listen what I had to say so that they could fix the issue to make their business better. I even received a call from one of the owners personally. For me, that is outstanding customer service. Mr. Zimmerer even entered the information from my tractor/attachments to be entered in their system just as if I had bought from them. I will definitely use Zimmerer Kubota for all my future needs. I had wanted to buy a L series tractor. Since I live in Glen Rose, TX the Zimmerer Kubota in Cleburne was my first choice. I had spoken to my neighbor who had just bought a Kubota riding mower from there and he gave me Shane Hodges name. I called on Monday April 6 at about 10:30 am. By Tuesday morning about 9 am he hadn't called me back. That should have given me my first clue. I decided to go take a visit at the dealer and speak to him personally. I got there shortly after 10 am and spent the next hour discussing what I was looking for. I was initially looking for a L4760 without the cab. He suggested the L4060 as you didn't have any L4760s. I was ok with that and he stated he could get me a good deal. After we sat down to discuss pricing he wasn't sure if the the L4060 would work with package special to get the 0%/84 month financing. I had to leave so he said he would give me a call and let me know. He called me back on Thursday (9th) afternoon when he finally gave me a call to discuss the trailer (TU 10). He stated another customer had purchased the TU10 (with the L4060) and the trailer seemed to really struggle. I asked him if the Orange Line Trailers have a heavier duty trailer (I already knew because I had researched prior to even looking at tractors). He was a bit unsure until we started talking about the TU 14 trailer. It was then he stated that trailer (TU 14) may not work with the special financing. We also discussed moving up to the L6060 because of the lack of the L4760/L5460 without a cab. He said he would find out and call me back. He never did call me back. I emailed him and called him....not a single return call. He didn't even mention of looking outside of your specific dealership to see what was available. In the I ended up having to purchase my equipment (L6060 and attachments) from Ewald Kubota in Taylor, TX about 2 1/2 hours away. I purchased over $50,000 in equipment from them (on 4/17). I guess Shane and Zimmerer has enough business they don't need mine. That's a shame because I would much rather purchase locally. Sadly, this means when I need work on my tractor I will have to take it there to be serviced. At least I have family in the Austin/Elgin area.

    Very expensive, order your parts from Messicks and save a ton of money. Also, their follow up on parts is a struggle, you have to keep calling
