The employees at Planet Fitness are some of the nicest people around. The premises is very clean, the equipment is new, you can feel safe going there. It's a very responsibly run operation.

Positives 1. Open 24 hours 2. Move the equipment around 3. They added new equipment 4. No waiting for machines 5. People wipe down the equipment

Great example of a corporate gym. Clean and everything works but the environment is very mild. (This is from 6 months ago and a lot has changed) Updated August 22nd 2022: What a shame, the place has fallen apart. Expectations were low and my needs were modest, I was just looking for a place to do some cardio, and now too many pieces of equipment have been down for weeks with no plans to get them back online according to the front desk. It was easy to overlook the lack of gym etiquette, the spotty internet and the laxidasical atmosphere when the equipment was all new and functional. Looks like the honeymoon is over. Very frustrating to get up early to work out, only to find that you wasted the trip.

Clean gym, not the largest PF but a decent amount of equipment that seemed to all be in working order. This gym is conveniently placed right across from a Marriott hotel and in a good shopping center. I lost my keys last year while here in this area for work and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to help me find them.

I'm Black Membership card holder. Drove miles to go tanning, get there and need to buy eye protection for 50 cents, they don't take cash and credit card reader down, which happens here often. Could not Tan..wasted an hour of my time! Employees not trained well, and poor attitude of employees. Almost like it's my fault reader not working. Terrible place. Join Wolf Gym nearby. 5 star really great gym. Well, the General Manager of the EHT Planet Fitness just reached out to me to let me know she cancelled my membership! I guess this shows us the customer service from the Top down does not exist. Two years of paying on time monthly $24.99 black card and instead of fixing issues they cancell you out. Speaks for itself......

I went today to tried to open an account with planet fitness all the guy said “download the app and do it there”. I was in the front desk trying to open and account for like a good 10 minutes and these 2 employees were just standing there. I asked them twice if they couldn’t just do it in the computer because i was having trouble with the app and they said no. I left without an account because they didn’t provide any help at all. Useless people working there.

Excellent PF. Machines are newer and average to above average. Plenty of space in the stretching/ab area. The best part of this PF is it’s locker room area. Clean, modern, showers are immaculate and modern. Bathroom is room and clean. Locker area is new and you do not even need your own lock since they have programmable locks. Plus they have a scale!!!! Every gym should have a working scale since weight might be the most important measurable for fitness. I think PF with their “No Judgement”marketing means many locations do not have a scale. That is BS. Every location should have one.

I like the huge selection of equipment. I love how helpful the staff is. The tanning beds are great. Also I love the hydro massage and total body enhancements

This place stinks because they still have pandemic hours. They close at 7pm. So if you work late during the day or woman that pick up there kids from day care late, then how do these people have time to work out? The Delaware gym is open 24 hours a day. If u can't match that time, then keep the gym open till 10pm would be OK

I have sent out two separate letters to cancel my membership since the shut down for Covid and in the past three years they still take money from me randomly throughout the year. They just charged my card $40 today at random after thinking I finally had the issue fixed the last time I tried to cancel. Planet fitness should not be this hard to cancel! Escalating to see how I can get this fixed it’s ridiculous at this point. If I could put 0 stars I would. They aren’t even a 24 hour gym anymore which is not convenient that was the whole point of signing up in the first place that it was a 24 hour gym.

If you like men shooing you off equipment so they can do their workouts, this is the place for you. Somers Point is better, less “lunks” as they say. Everything else was good- Hydro massage is definitely worth the upgraded membership.

I love the atmosphere probably the most. The equipment is always clean and functional. Lots of variety to be able to target whatever you need. Overall an awesome experience, to the point I'm excited to go to the gym now! I wish they were open longer!

I'm a gym member for 4 months. The place is very clean and the equipment's fairly new. I would like to see classes since they're very social like yoga palladi's and Zumba. People are going to pay extra for classes because they're social you can charge more. I used to pay a membership at $60 a month over at Tilton and I was there for a very long time. The best Zumba teachers and I would like to see Marissa Caruso in yoga and palladi's since she is the best teacher in South Jersey yoga. Yoga and paladi's

Please pay attention! ! ! I didn't go to the gym after a month, but I changed places, moved far away, I checked the app, there is no payment method for me, so I think it will not be deducted until it is deducted I paid twice, the annual fee and the next month's membership fee, and I realized the seriousness of the problem. I checked a lot of information, because after signing the contract, if I don't go to the club to cancel it, I will keep deducting money. He will be like a Like a vampire, your account has been deducted all the time, and there is no email to notify you, until you find out and cancel the membership, and the deducted money will not be refunded! ! ! When you contact them to cancel your membership, they handle your affairs like kicking a football, let you contact the website, and the website allows you to communicate with the club, and no refund will be given after communication! ! Disgusting such a contract and such a policy! Please pay attention before applying for a card! ! ! Don't be fooled by appearances! ! ! I will always complain about this gym! I’m from out of town and came to the EHT location to workout. The place is very clean, plenty of machines, and people are friendly. I left my ear buds there by accident the other day. I came in the next not really hoping they’d be turned in. Kudos to the member of staff person who found and turned them in to the front counter. When I described them the staff found them in their drawer and returned them to me. That’s rare in a gym. We’ll done Planet Fitness EHT! This is a great place to work out while hitting the shore!!

Needs more smith machines. People sit there and hog the machines for 30-45 min at a time. I can get through my whole workout and still be waiting for the SAME machine.

Don't ever get your things locked in the locker it took me weeks to get my personal property back! I had to call corporate just running to do! Horrible customer service I've been hung up on I was told my personal property didn't mean nothing! As soon as I called corporate I have my things out! Other than that the place!

VERY Clean gym, awesome staff, great management. Christina the manager always has a positive attitude and always loves to have conversations with me! Christina is the nicest ever and she loves her job, as you can tell bc she cares about the staff and memebers. Shantel and TJ on the weekend are always so nice and always cleaning the club and one of the cleanest planets I have ever been too. Christina, Shantel and TJ deserve a raise since they do a very great job on the cleanliness of the club and always having positive attitudes. Shantel and TJ care about their jobs also and always helping out members and everything! All 3 of them always are laughing and having a good time and it’s nice to see everyone happy. Overall 10/10 on the gym. One of my favorites to visit. Once again. CLEANLIEST P.F. I’ve been too and those 3 are very good employees and great people to talk too(:

be careful and aware if I was able to put zero stars, I would. This place was amazing at one point, but the staff are not trained on how to communicate with their customers and to be honest this is not the first time I’ve heard that this please racial profile customers be aware this is not coming just from me other customers and even employees that no longer work there say this & their management team I just wanted to give people a heads up, on what I had to go through the trauma I had to go through with these people I just wanted to give everyone before they give these people their hard-working money.
