I’m so sick of having a negative experience with these express locations . Especially being that i spend So much money in here legit shop express either online or in store weekly ! The staff here at cherry hill were so rude ! Not sure if they weren’t making their numbers or what but that’s no excuse! Literally stood at the dressing room no one greeted me just opened the door and left ( 7/21/19 ) around 3pm . No one in the store asked me for help ; went in and out the dressing room 3X exchanging for size. Honestly would have spent more than the $140 i did But i just Wanted to get out of there was tired of looking for sizes myself . One star is for the good selection. 0 stars for customer experience . Please just go to king of Prussia express always a great shopping experience.

They were the most affordable place for men today in the mall - great sales! The displays were neat- not the destruction going on in other stores. Good quality.

The manager of this place was EXTREMELY rude. I bought a suit after one of the associates insisted that I buy the smaller size. I wore the suit to work once and felt as if it was going to rip whenever I sat down. I returned to the store and explained my situation and the manager got an attitude with me over the tag being taken off the suit. I had the receipt, I had the tag, the suit was brand new and was not damaged. I understand that the tag was supposed to stay on the suit but she spoke to me like I was an idiot. The cashier was very nice but that manager was not. I’m never going back to that specific store again. I’ve spent a few thousand dollars at Express over the years and have never been treated that way at any other one.

A luxurious space, very open seating, large restaurant, very good food, I have never been to a restaurant that looked so luxurious, the menu is very extensive, there are a lot of choices for breakfast dim sum that I have never heard of before, and the service is extremely attentive. I come here for breakfast with colleagues. The foods is brought out look like eating in the palace

There was a rat running around in the store and the girls were discussing it so loud. No discretion. The back of the store is a pure mess. Cashier is not friendly at all.

Went in yesterday (8/1/19)to buy some shorts around 11 in the morning.The entire staff was wonderful.They asked me if I needed any help.If I wanted to try on different clothes. and colors.While I was waiting in line the lady at the register asked for more assistance.A wonderful experience every time I shop here
