I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
dissatisfaction
with
the
service
I
received
at
your
coffee
shop,
on
28/4/2023
at
8:40
pm.
I
have
been
a
loyal
customer
for
quite
some
time,
but
my
recent
experience
with
the
rude
behavior
of
your
waitresses
has
left
me
feeling
extremely
disappointed.
On
the
day
of
my
visit,
I
arrived
at
the
coffee
shop
with
a
friend
at
around
8:40
pm.
We
were
looking
forward
to
a
relaxing
afternoon
and
catching
up
over
some
coffee
and
pastries.
However,
our
experience
was
marred
by
the
unwelcoming
and
unprofessional
attitude
of
your
waitresses.
Firstly,
we
were
barely
greeted
upon
entering
the
premises.
Instead,
one
of
the
waitresses
rolled
her
eyes
at
us,
as
if
our
presence
was
an
inconvenience.
As
we
tried
to
find
a
table,
we
noticed
that
there
were
no
clean
tables
available.
When
we
asked
the
waitress
for
assistance,
he
suggest
us
for
a
table
that
we
didn’t
want
it
and
there
are
group
of
girls
serve
the
table
for
them
.
As
we
sat
down
we
asked
to
take
to
the
manager
he
answered
us
that
there
is
no
manager
and
he
didn’t
take
our
request
seriously
.
I
believe
that
a
pleasant
dining
experience
should
be
characterized
by
warm
and
welcoming
service.
Unfortunately,
the
rude
behavior
of
your
waitresses
has
left
a
lasting
negative
impression
on
me
and
my
friend,
and
we
are
hesitant
to
return
to
your
establishment.
I
kindly
ask
that
you
take
this
complaint
seriously
and
address
the
issues
of
staff
training
and
professionalism.
I
hope
that
you
will
take
the
necessary
steps
to
ensure
that
your
customers
receive
the
courteous
and
respectful
service
they
deserve.

matter.
I
look

to
hearing
about
the
actions
you
will
take
to
rectify
this
situation.
