We
went
to
stay
for
about
a
week
as
a
family.
The
value
was
good
enough
and
It
showed
that
it
was
a
4
star
hotel
so
we
went
for
it.
Check-in
was
easy,
and
you
may
also
check
in
online.
We
went
to
the
room
and
it
was
hot.
After
many
calls
and
a
few
different
people
coming,
we
informed
management,
and
they
changed
us
to
another
room
(Took
about
3
hours
for
this
to
happen).
Apparently,
it
is
a
common
issue
to
have
a/c
problems.
Employees
are
friendly
but
lack
initiative.
I
had
to
make
many
calls
just
to
get
towels,
bed
sheets,
and
simple
supplies
that
a
room
should
have
already
provided.
Keep
in
mind
that
if
you
need
anything
it
will
take
hours
before
you
get
it.
We
had
to
continuously
fix
our
room
key
as
they
would
stop
working
every
other
day.
The
rooms
also
could
use
a
refresh,
as
many
things
look
old
or
dirty.
Towels
and
bed
sheets
had
holes,
curtains
and
carpets
were
awfully
dirty.
The
swimming
pool
was
also
a
disappointment.
We
also
paid
for
the
breakfast
buffet,
and
that
was
a
good
and
decent
experience.
Ms.
Lillian
was
always
a
cheerful
face
every
morning
and
would
make
lovely
egg
dishes
for
the
family.
She
was
a
delightful
presence
in
the
hotel.
Overall,
it
was
not
the
best
experience.
