The Hotel looks good and the staff is also nice but the room particularly the one I stayed in was not up to the mark. We went for a base category but it was way to small plus the room had this old vibe of staying in a motel. Carpet has holes due to smoking Buds ( which were not covered). The lobby had smoking fragrance ( May be because they were smoking rooms but still ) The Room was very small as compared to the ones that we saw on the Website. Though we were mostly out exploring hence was fine. But if you are planning to stay for longer duration. Please make sure either you book a higher category or take a look before saying yes to the accommodating room.

The things that I rate highly when I stay in a hotel is the staff, cleanliness, comfort, value for money and efficiency. I’ve lived in Abu Dhabi for over ten years but this was the first time staying here and I can quite honestly say it was a fantastic experience and I rate it highly for everything. In particular the staff were welcoming, from the valet at the entrance who couldn’t do enough for me to the check in staff and even staff walking around the hotel. The rooms were spacious enough and very clean. The beds were comfy and we could hear no noise from anywhere. Self parking was easy in the day but was packed in the evening (but there’s tons of parking which is great). Well done Novotel!

Location is great. The hotel has excellent and complete facilities. Very clean and health protocols are followed. But most importantly, I can never say enough how hospitable their staffs are! Especially Manell and Sofia at the front desk who both are very helpful and ready to facilitate requests. Truly, the whole team are very helpful. My business stay felt like a vacation and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay in Abu Dhabi.

We went to stay for about a week as a family. The value was good enough and It showed that it was a 4 star hotel so we went for it. Check-in was easy, and you may also check in online. We went to the room and it was hot. After many calls and a few different people coming, we informed management, and they changed us to another room (Took about 3 hours for this to happen). Apparently, it is a common issue to have a/c problems. Employees are friendly but lack initiative. I had to make many calls just to get towels, bed sheets, and simple supplies that a room should have already provided. Keep in mind that if you need anything it will take hours before you get it. We had to continuously fix our room key as they would stop working every other day. The rooms also could use a refresh, as many things look old or dirty. Towels and bed sheets had holes, curtains and carpets were awfully dirty. The swimming pool was also a disappointment. We also paid for the breakfast buffet, and that was a good and decent experience. Ms. Lillian was always a cheerful face every morning and would make lovely egg dishes for the family. She was a delightful presence in the hotel. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Me and my family had an early flight and we arrive at the hotel at 3 in the morning. We made our reservation on the same day but little did we know that check in was at 2 PM. Luckily, Jessica had managed to accommodate us, although it was on chargeable basis. We can understand that but she had managed to give us an affordable rate. We thought that we had to wait but she was there to give an alternative option. Thank you so much

My stay was excellent in this place and i loved the service provided.. there is no saying of No for your needs. Even the smallest concern were well taken care. Loved the proffessionalism and gentleness of staff in pepper restaurent. “Satnam” and her team in the restaurent really impressed me with their ettiquetes and approach. Not much you see such great manners and get treated so well. Highly recommend the hotel and do not miss using the restaurent. Cheers!!!

This was probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in . Service is terrible + room service+ staff+ valet . Service : I booked the room for two people and during check in at 12 I mentioned that I would like for the beds to be separated into 2 instead of one queen size bed. Reception guy said sure it will take 20 minutes . I had to leave for work so I informed him to get it done while I finished my work. As I returned at 10pm to my surprise the bed was still not separated which was disappointing. In addition I have also mentioned that the bathroom only has one towel and we are two people so we need another one. During our 4 day stay apparently none of them learned cuz when they clean the room they still put one towel. AND DO NOT REMOVE THE DIRTY TOWELS FROM THE ROOM. So imagine the disgust that the towels from day one are still in the room till the last day. Room service +reception: they put one bottle of glass water which was very difficult to open and I called them so that they would send someone to open the bottle.. 40 minutes later a guy came to open the bottle. If they don’t want to come to the room they can just put normal bottles of water. Valet: last day before check out I reached the hotel told the Egyptian guy at valet to keep my car next to the door while I go to my room for 5 minutes and come back since I’m very busy . He said okay no worries.. I made sure again with him and told him that I really need my car to stay here he said don’t worry I’ll keep it next to the door.. 5 minutes later I came to valet .. to my surprise my car isn’t there neither is the Egyptian guy. I asked for him they said he went to dinner break. I got really angry waited another 10 minutes while I get my car from the underground parking. Went to reception to talk to the lady there .. I was angry and she was laughing in my face while talking to me which made me more angry so I asked for the manager. They called the manager said she wasn’t answering then 2 minutes later said that she’s coming. I waited 10 minutes asked them where is she? Still they insisted that she’s coming. Waited more .. she didn’t come. I got angry and left this is why I decided to write my review here because if none of them are taking this seriously then I guess with google review they will. This is totally unacceptable of such a good named hotel to have this terrible service where none of them want to take action to make things right. Thank you

I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination. The room are very relaxing for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially their staff named Jessica. She's the one who help us to make our stay very comfortable and less worry.

I've had a great experience staying at this hotel and definitely recommend it. The location is great, as it's halfway between downtown and the airport. I arrived at night due to my flights arriving late, however the hotel was very accommodating. Special thanks to Yash! She was very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time, as well as ensuring that I had a comfortable stay after my long journey. Thank you so much! The rooms were airy, spacious and modern. The rest of the hotel was also very well appointed, with modern furnishings and great facilities. This hotel is great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We attended the Waves restaurant for the Friday's ladies' night. The Margaritas, our server Jenny and the bartender were fantastic. The drinks were very delicious. The food options were wonderful and the service was A+++++ we would definitely recommend Waves for anyone looking for a place to chill and have a quick bite with a drink or two.

Let's start with the positives. The location of Novotel Hotel is undeniably convenient. Situated in a prime area, it provides easy access to various attractions and transportation options. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, with a modern design that sets a positive first impression. However, the negatives began to stack up. One significant issue I encountered was the frustratingly slow response time for bell services, specifically for water bottle deliveries. Every time I called for bell services to request a water bottle, it took an astonishingly long time for someone to arrive - usually around an hour. This delay in meeting such a basic guest request left me feeling quite frustrated and inconvenienced. Moreover, the quality of breakfast was inconsistent during my stay. While there were some decent options available, there were days when the quality of the food fell short of my expectations. Given that breakfast is an important aspect of any hotel stay, this was disappointing. Lastly, despite the hotel's convenient location, I found it challenging to find good restaurants nearby. This limited dining options in the immediate vicinity, making it necessary to venture further for a satisfying meal.

The hotel is a really good place to stay. Their room is clean. The room we stayed in was excellent. The housekeeping team is doing well thanks to Rajiv and  there was a nice carpet, one bedroom, and a really big bathroom. We loved the room. Employees are really kind. Jessica is the best. The hotel location is great. The front office was kind. We had problems with the maintenance as the safe box needed to be replaced, it took two days. The flush tank wasn’t functioning properly and never been fixed. The toilet door handle needed to be fixed. Pool was very crowded in the weekends. The restaurant had not enough space during the breakfast and needed to wait in a line to enter the restaurant.

We stayed in the property for couple of nights with family. It is one of best properties we have stayed. The entire property is clean and sleek, breakfast spread excellent and the service level is awesome. To start with, we were upgraded by Ms. Jessica to a suite, large room for the entire family to stay, next is to be greeted and made us feel welcome by floor supervisor Mr. John! We have stayed in multiple properties in Abu Dhabi this is one of best places to stay. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay with amiable staff, delicious food, and clean rooms. Unfortunately, the only drawback was that three staff members urged us to give them a 5 star rating during our stay. One even knocked on our door for a rating, which added a humorous touch. Despite everything being commendable, these solicitations led me to award a 4 star rating instead of 5.

Great place! Had a lovely time here and the service was really good. Everyone was so kind and accommodating! Food was excellent too. Especially enjoyed the lunch. Special shout out to Aika who I had a lovely chat with during check out. She made me an excellent hot chocolate. :)

We booked a room for 2 through their official website. We were given a room for 1, with one double bed and one set of amenities. We left immediately after checking in, to attend to a meeting. We got back at around 10, we went to the reception to request for the sofa bed to be prepared and another slipper and bath towel. When we got back to the room, I made another call to the housekeeping to remind them of our request. Half an hour later, someone came to prepare the bed but he was not aware of our other request. I had to repeat again to him, to which he replied “we don’t have towel now”??? A 2 star hotel can do better! We had breakfast at the hotel, the watermelon served was off. Raised it with the staff, did not do anything about it. The metal decor (see photo) with tables next to it has lots of sharp edges. My friend accidentally hit against it, sustained a 1 cm cut on his elbow and was bleeding. He went to speak to the manager, to which he took it casually and didn’t bother to investigate the cause. Whilst the receptionist at the check in desk were friendly and did their best to help, the rest just fall short. Overall, it’s not a hotel that we want to re-visit. For such renowned hotel, your staff seems to lack proper training and organization.

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel. Things I really liked: 1. Food was great. Breakfast was my favorite meal. They have variety, and I had a chance to have different foods over the four day stay. 2. Service was excellent. Any person I met was eager to help. Had a lot of assistance from Hilda (from Uganda) during my meal times. There was also this male receptionist who came to my rescue when I had to change my money urgently. I have his 2.5 AED...I did not manage to see him to give him that balance. 3. Gym amenities and pool. I did work out 3 or 4 times. Loved the equipment and the sauna. Steam room not working though...or maybe I should have asked. Swimming was lovely, though gutted that you cant dive into the water...presumably cos of shallowness..:(. What I did not like: 1. Distance. Location is a bit far from town. But taxis were always present. 2. Room always had a lingering faint smell of cigarette smoke. I loved the fact that they had an iron and water heater for tea etc, but they may need to put in a small refrigerator. All in all, I would give Novotel a rating of 8/10. I would wish to return once more if I ever come again to this region.

This place is extremely and highly recommended. We stayed here for 1 day and we were given an option to have late check out at around 3 pm. What I love about this place is that it is super baby friendly. Because you cannot see sharp edges that may harm your baby. On the other hand, I would like to recommend Mr. Min, house keeping staff, who accommodated and address our concern right away. Kudos to Ms. Aika in Mellow Restaurant for the exquisite service. Som Maya is an amazing great person I ever met. Since this was my first time in Abu Dhabi she made me comfortable. She is such a sweet friendly person I ever met. I am very happy with her service and the way she approaches the guests. Had an amazing experience.

Suman Rana is wonderful housekeeping staff performed his work of cleaning of room under his supervisor John during my stay in this Hotel. He is very enthusiastic and appears to be honest and very dedicated to his job. My best wishes to him for keep doing the good work in future too.

Recommended. My kids liked the pool. The room was good. However, I had to ask for some toiletries, which was not their in the first place. The car parking was free. There is a Macdonalds within walking distance in case you need a quick bite. Overall, it was a good experience.

I stayed at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan for a week, and it was a pleasant experience. The place is really clean, quiet, and well-organized. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are neat. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from downtown and city facilities. The nearest mall, Mushrif Mall, is about 5 minutes away by car or taxi, which is fine as it is not that far (around 10 to 15 minutes from the downtown) Overall, it's a good place to stay, although a bit pricey for my budget. If the price is right, I'd consider staying again.

Smooth check-in and checkout process, nice rooms, welcome staff. Gym equipped with fair number of machines, nice swimming pools need to be heated but I think it was fair good. Breakfast contains food from different cuisine but mostly the same each day

The hotel and the room were great. Very clean and quiet place. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. The price is considered to be fair in this season and area. The inly issue was that once I reached, I found out that the swimming pool was under maintenance, and that was one of my major reasons to stay there with the kids. Guests should be informed earlier regarding such major cases

Very nice hotel, location is convenient also to airport. Friendly people at Reception, they were very helpful, Chen and Sofia I remember the names, and many others all were very professional and helpful, made me feel so warm like friends. Stay at Novotel Me and my Dad stayed here from 22nd sept to 30th sept. Although its a 4 star hotel, i would like to tell that the experience was a five star one. We were greeted by Javed and Sofia at the front desk, who assisted us with our bookings.We were taken care by an awesome housekeeping staff, headed by Mr.Dilnawaz Yousafzai. Everyone including Mr. Rajiv,Shashikant, Mission, Sunil, worked in a network and knew and took care of our personal needs and expectations. Our breakfast was delivered on time by George Williams early in the morning. Proper covid rules and regulations were ensured at the gym and the pool by Mansari, Mr. Sheraz, Jyoti and Hema. Mr. Sheraz is a gentleman, full of etiquettes. The lifeguards- Roshan, Vikas and Yam, were always on duty. At the dining area, Chef Maya along with Duty managers including Mr. Raunak and the catering staff ensured full covid norms and delivered food at the table and at the same time, also reminded the guests not to go to the buffet counter and instead call them to help fill their plates with the dishes of their choice. Everybody was polite, respectful and disciplined. I would like to stay again Dr. Rishabh Tandon India

The Hotel is situated in a quiet yet urban areas in the vicinity of government buildings. The staffs from Kitchen department are courteous and Dujman from Cleaning Department is kind enough to do his cleaning services without fail everyday!!! 5 Star for the 4 star hotel!!!

I work offshore and due to this Corona issue, as per company policy I have (no other option) to stay for 14 days quarantine before proceeding offshore - with regular tests done. Being in quarantine, I am FORCED to order room service from a particular menu. I am in quarantine since 14th September 2021. On a daily basis, lunch and dinner, from the time it is ordered, till it reaches the room takes 1.5 hours. Today, 2 hours. Everyday I hear an apology from the person who has to answer to my query about the order. I was told today that the Room Service manager would contact me - nothing yet. I have been working offshore since 2010, travelled much more than the average person, but this service here in regard to the room service by far, is the worst that I have ever experienced !!! I am still at the hotel till 29th September, if someone from the hotel is interested to clarify anything that I have mentioned above.

Very comfortably to stay here.First we booked for twin bed but the first room they gave us was single bed but the staff was very helpful and they can change room for us. Food is quite good. Room was clean. Fitness was the best, open 24/7 and a lot of high tech machine. Last of all we requested for late check out at 2.00 and the staff(Jessica) was very helpful and managed for us. We will definitely come back for the next time of our stay. 😊😊

The stay was an amazing one. Few minor issues encountered but still it was eventful. Had booked for 3 rooms and lucky enough that we met Jessica from the reception. We had a certain request if they can be able to keep us on the same floor, and no hesitation she helped us! Rooms are keep and well maintained! Had met the floor supervisor John, thank you for taking care of our rooms. Breakfast was delightful, overall we will still comeback here if given another chance.

It was such an amazing stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist, Hritika was there to help us while we were checking in. She helped us to get familiar with the nearby places, it was very polite and kind of her. Her efforts are appreciated. Hotel was very clean and we had a comfortable stay.

The friendliness of the staff thats makes 100 % interesting to stay here. Starting from the reception, Jessica had given as a nice view and helped us to stay for little bit longer than the usual time, next is from Housekeeping - John making sure that all requests are attended accordingly. Short but sweet. Definitely will come back!

So, let me start by saying my first trip to the outdoor lounge was amazing. The whole staff here was very attentive. Anything that I need was addressed. Then Alicia came into the picture. Just when you think it can’t get any better, it did. She was the most friendly and attentive waitress that I have ever seen. Never did I want for anything. The hotel is in a good location about 12 km from the Corniche beach. Large rooms with quality beds and sofa beds. Large clean bathroom. Nicely furnished including TV and fridge. The room was quiet, no noise from other rooms or from outside. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. There was always a good selection and excellent food. Very helpful and kind staff in the restaurant and at the reception. Large swimming pool, fitness, sauna, whirlpool. This hotel is an excellent choice for its price.

Hotel front desk staff can be the difference between a great stay and a terrible one. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff at my recent hotel stay was far from satisfactory. In the morning, the staff were incredibly rude, not even bothering to reply to my greeting. In the evening, it was much of the same. I felt like I was being ignored, and it was a very unpleasant experience. The quality of the room itself was also quite poor. The bed was uncomfortable, and the windows were not clean from the outside. This made the room feel dingy and uninviting. Overall, my experience with this hotel was far from satisfactory.

I travel frequently in and out of the Emirates. Novotel Al Bustan is one the best hotel I stayed in Abu Dhabi & staffs are very friendly and organized. Rooms are nice and cleaned. The service is amazing the senior managers of this property are really caring which we can see on the staff behavior. The 5 star rating is more than deserved for the incredible team at Novotel Al Bustan. In my last 10 visits to Abu Dhabi I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. It is all the rooms and facilities are kept clean, the organization of events and meetings are outstanding and the staff are very professional. A special shout-out to Yuri and John who made sure that everyone enjoyed their breakfast at the restaurant.

My stay was excellent and would love to come back here when I am in Abu Dhabi. They have an exceptional Gym with slot of equipments. I love using the Pool And Sauna in Novotel as it is great. Staff is very Courteous. Specially Mansari and Jude at the reception are exceptional with their customer service. Thank you for the great experience 😌.

Location :- Perfect place, situated in perfect place, it's just where the city starts before entering the exact Coty where the crowd and traffic starts building and it's reachable to city and to the business area, work area. Area is quit calm evening walk is at best here, Walkable distances to the corniche and gardens. Hospitality :- staff is excellent, cooperative, understanding, helpful. The reception, cleaning guys, at the restaurant staff. Restaurant:- Food is excellent, the cooks are so special, every day serving the different item is not at easy thing but the cooks are special and food is excellent. Parking :- it's having it's owner parking which can be accessed with the card which hotel provide.

Shashikant and Thman housekeeping staff are amazing!! I've been to many hotels and never received such wonderful service. Friendly, smiling, helpful. Cleaned the room perfectly, they even folded my clothes I left lying around cos I was late 🤣 Keep up the amazing work and lovely spirit.

It all started when I 1st pulled up to the hotel. The hotel staff was over quickly to help me with my bags. They were very swift but accomplished their task without acting rushed. ALL of the valet men that parked my car were helpful and fast. I come and go a lot in a day but they never minded helping me and when I needed to leave the hotel for a time, my car just seemed to appear. Jasvinder was always smiling and helping. The rooms were nice and the gym offered a complete workout for anyone who needs the right equipment for weight training. I WILL be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Al bustan. Everything is on point from the welcoming to the services and especially the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeper Sital did an excellent job as he happily made sure that every centimeter of my room was always clean. It deserves an applause Good job management It was far higher than expected ☺️

Hotel is at a very good location, its very clean and most importantly its very calm and spacious as well. Its almost a month staying here, the house keeping guy Sanjok is very good at managing my room and does his job perfectly. Best wishes.

Carpets are stained. Furniture's are cleaned for name sake. Thanks for providing bathing gel and shampoo. Rest you have to take your own. Staff feels that guests need to request if they need anything else and if they in good mood, Lucky us. It seems covered parking is only for 4x4 and luxury cars, sedans they dump in hot sun at somewhere.
