To much mosquito and there is a bad smell everywhere

Thank you Mon for my spa treatment today. She is very flexible and help me to ease all of my stress. I felt so light and rejuvenated after. It will not be my last time. I will come back soon. The reservation process is also very professional. Golfie recommended me the perfect package. If there is more than 5 star. I could give more for sure.

I booked a dinner buffet for two (my husband and I) on 23/Dec/2023 for our engagement anniversary.... I chose this hotel because it is the place where we had our wedding. I already informed the restaurant about the occasion. Once we arrived there were no one to welcome us or show where is the table. We called the waiters multiple times and after a while someone respond even though the place was almost empty. In addition, we asked if we can set outdoor and the waitress said yes we can but there are many flies. Any way at the end my husband and I went outside to have the dessert. First of all no one helped us to take our stuff like water bottles or drinks outside.. the waitress only opened the door when I asked for her help even though she saw our hands are full. Secondly, the place outdoor was nice with no flies. Finally, no one came outside to serve us or provide cutlery. I would like only to thank Mr. Sabir for his kind welcome and good service. He was the only waiter that was smiling, responding quickly to our requests and make sure we don't need anything. one last point the reserved table location was close to the door and not in a calm place for couples to celebrate and they did not do or suggest any special arrangements. All in all, they did not make our day special and the food was average with bad service.

We have stayed here quite a few times due to the lovely location of the hotel and gorgeous views over the mangroves. Kayaking is available right beside the hotel. Highly recommend the roof top bar (especially during happy hour from 5-8pm), we had a few cocktails and enjoyed the view. Background music was upbeat and dynamite shrimp was really tasty. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast on our balcony was brought to us by the charming Sabirau who was lovely and cheerful.

Overall, it's not great for a supposed 5 star hotel. The room annoyed me the most, the tap in the bathroom was soo far from the sink that water always splashed around the sink, and the pressure was the same despite turning hot and cold tap, the shower knob took ages to figure out how to switch between the head and the rainfall shower, then it got stuck in the same place, the balcony lights don't work and I wasn't given any complementary water bottles. Other than that, the pool is too small and the room service is pure extortion. Good sides are the location, short journey to places of interest, the breakfast has good variety and the soap smells nice.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, staff is gracious and sweet, there’s one person I’d like to thank in particular - Salman; one of the hotel’s sweetest staff members. Otherwise the poolside is great, we had a chance to use their spa which was good too; sleep quality was good, they’ve got a selection of pillows to pick from so that helped. Overall, lovely hotel, would 10/10 come back.

Very bad experience at it was cloudy hazy and dirty and the place smelled like urine turns out one of the pool filters not working and them knowing this still let ppl in and charged the same.... It felt unsanitary sorry to say this.... It's not usually like this I love the place.,but I felt not safe to stay in water.

Had an amazing staycation with family, friends. The location and view from the spacious Mangroves Balcony rooms were spectacular. The day break and sunset views is to be experienced. Though the breakfast spread could have altered /with some changes it was still very good. Keep it up!

Great value hotel. Not familiar at all with the area but the hotel's location off main motorway proved to be ideal for travel around Abu Dhabi and to Dubai. Large rooms, not dear and much less expensive than similar hotels in Ireland. Large exterior balcony. Staff all very nice and helpful. Fantastic variety and tasty food for the breakfast. Drink prices were reasonable and they had a happy hour.

While the location and accessibility met expectations, the service and room quality fell short of the 5-star standard. However, the infinity pool overlooking the mangroves provided a serene escape. It's worth noting the absence of a dedicated kids' pool, only a shallow baby pool. Overall, it was a peaceful stay with some room for improvement in service and amenities.

Weekend was so much fun at Anantara property. Rooms are nice and spacious. We got room overlooking the mangroves. Hotel smells so nice and is quite clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Its perfect place to stay if you want some fun activity with your family as kayaking is available right next to the hotel. Breakfast spread is amazing. Definitely coming back! 🤓

We had an amazing stay here, beautiful hotel with the most serene and green views of the mangroves. We felt very relaxed and the perfect way to recharge. Excellent facilities (gym, spa, pool etc) and excellent service. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts! Will definitely come here again.

Just visited the outdoor cafe for a quick drink. The location is really good for people who don't like busy city districts
