I called in to this shop for advice after my black ceramic bracelet broke, I was unsure if I could even get a new one. After he looked at it and said it was not repairable he advised me to look around on the Internet and said if I found one he would fix it for me. A week later I had found a brand new one and took it back to the shop, he did what he said he was going to do, full fitting of the new bracelet and links taken out to fit perfectly. I am so pleased that I have my watch back because I love it, so thank you watch workshop, I always go here now and would recommend anyone else to fantastic knowledge and skill.

I couldn't recommend The Watch Workshop highly enough, after having my designer watch restored to its former glory. After thinking the watch was beyond repair due to years old sea water ingress, Dean managed to source a new movement, clean corrosion from the face, replace the battery and polish it up like new. I'm so very happy to be able to wear it again with pride.

Not normally someone to right a review, in fact this is my first. The work and price I received from Dean and the watchshop is arguably the best I have recieved from any business. Within a couple of minutes of entering the shop and Dean inspecting my watch it was clear he was extremely knowledgeable. On my first visit he examined and tested my watch and clearly explained to me the issues. He provided me with a quote for the repair and service which was very reasonable. From the day I purchased the watch I had always been disappointed that I couldn't get it with the strap I'd always wanted. Something I have tried to find myself with no avail. When I went back to collect I was amazed to find that not only had he repaired the watch he had found the genuine strap, he had identified and repaired further issues not quoted for and to top it off charged me less than the original quote. It's a rare thing to find a business as passionate and honest in the work they do.

Great service , no doubt on my part leaving my watch with them. They repaired and also cleaned in no time at all and for a great price. Will be back and I seriously appreciate and recommend them to anyone.

A great service again from The Watch Workshop, this is the second watch I've taken down for a service, case refurb and re-seal. Hard to find a local watch repairer with the knowledge and expertise to work on some of the higher end in house calibers. Watch came back looking new and running well within COSC certification. Highly recommended and great prices compared to the manufactures service cost.

Went for a simple battery change for a chronograph, after new battery installed the chrono needles were out of sync and he simply said it was like that went brought in and then called me a liar! Needless to say when I asked him to do the ac reset as needed on these watches it reset as it should have but still one of the small dials is off sync and with his behaviour I left it and walked out..not happy and a Very awkward experience and will never visit him again! Avoid if you’ve got a watch you value and better off going to a proper watchmaker who knows what he’s doing!

Highly recommended. Doesn’t charge the earth to replace batteries or sort pins/links out. He’s very knowledgeable. My husbands watch was going to cost a lot of money to repair and he advised would be better off buying a new one. It was one that run off light energy so wasn’t straightforward, we appreciated his honesty.

I took my grandads old pocket watch in as it didn't have hands or glass. The chap was really friendly but said he couldn't do it as he only really does wrist watches. He pointed me to a chap in either Clitheroe or Whalley. I went back to him Friday as I can change my own batteries on my wrist watch but for some reason I couldn't get the back on the watch. I thought taking it to him he would help, I would give him a few quid for helping me but he said "I'm not here to fix your mistakes" I offered to pay but he said "no sorry I do the full battery replacement" I don't know weather he was having a bad day but he fixes watches.

We had a new battery fitted for my partners watch, no need to send it away, the job was done on site, resealed and guaranteed for 2years. Lovely friendly service, would definitely recommend.

My son got a new watch for his birthday the strap was way to big so I took him into the shop, the service was exceptional and very professional, also purchased a watch winder at a great price. Will recomend to family and friends that need any watch repairs and servicing.
