    Chris has been such a big help towards my fitness, nutrition and confidence.. I have seen such an improvement in myself since seeing Chris for the past few months, thank you for all the motivation and advise you have shared with me.. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with you.

    In October last year I started seeing Chris for a couple of PT sessions just to prepare me for a half marathon... Well after the first couple I was hooked as it is clear from the off how much this guy knows . . Not only that he really motivates you to want to be your best! . . And after a short while I decided to run a full marathon . . Chris supported me through my training marathon journey with weekly PT sessions, bespoke work outs he created for me and gave me diet advice too! . . The results were incredible . . My core strength improved dramatically and lost 12llbs too! . . I cant thank Chris enough for the motivation I needed when the marathon training got tough! . . This girl DID run a marathon . . And I certainly couldn't have done it without CD health and fitness expert advice and support! . . If you want to get fit and start a new healthier life then this guy will help you get there! Thanks Chris!

    If you’re looking for a PT then look no further, really sound guy, extremely knowledgeable and really pushed me towards my goals, I’d still be doing weekly sessions if it wasn’t for unforeseen circumstances on my end. Couldn’t ask for more from a pt. Prepare to sweat.

    I've been training with Chris for the last 10-12 weeks, I just needed an extra push once a week and he certainly did that. My strength has doubled in that short period of time which i am absolutely ecstatic about 😁 He is very professional, knowledgeable, motivating and encouraging, I would highly recommend Chris to anyone no matter what your goals are, as he can most definitely help you achieve them.

    @cd_health_and_fitness Chris Drinkwater I can’t recommend this guy enough. I’ve been with Chris for nearly 2 months now. My body is shaping exactly how I want it to look. I feel great both physically and mentally and knowing I have this guy’s expertise and knowledge in my corner is another level. Nicest guy you’d ever meet too. Cheers Chris 💪🏼

    I came to Chris a few months ago, looking to build my strength and tone up. Whilst having weekly PT's with Chris not only have I been able to make progress in these areas, I have also gained confidence in going to the gym and knowing what to do. Chris knows his stuff and has helped me to learn more about what to do to target certain muscles, as well as technique, and form. Chris is friendly, and knowledgable. He tailors sessions to suit his clients, providing training plans and support away from sessions, if needed. I feel much more confident and more able to manage my training since having these PT sessions. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for some support with training to get in touch with Chris.

    I’ve been with Chris for 7 months and I can’t recommend him highly enough! I came into the gym a bit lost and unsure of what I could do to get my health to where I wanted it but Chris helped me really understand how to achieve my goals and the real actionable steps I needed to take. I’d love to say personal training has been a doddle but nothing hard is ever easy. Chris has motivated and supported me every step of the way and isn’t afraid to push me to my limits. In this last 7 months I’ve notice massive changes to my mental and physical health (3 stone lighter and with a much healthier relationship with food) and really good muscle growth. Now I can go into a gym with a really clear and concise idea of what muscle groups I want to work and what exercises I need to do, something I had no idea about less than a year ago! Highly recommended!

    Chris has been great in helping with my weightloss and fitness. He has helped me to develop the confidence in using all areas in the gym, I used to be afraid to step foot in the weights areas. I now use all areas of the gym, understand equipment and how to use it. Chris’ workout plans have helped me include regular strength training into my weekly routine, this has really helped with my body shape. The programmes allow me to keep going after finishing my PT slots using the online sheets. They help me to keep track and ensure I increase weights gradually to improve my performance and fitness. In 6 months I have lost 2.5 stone (15kg). This was through consistent and regular hard work in the gym and making sure I go even when I don’t feel like it, KEEP GOING! I used intermittent fasting and sugar reduction to control my calorie intake. Chris’ advice really stayed with me: “you didn’t put the weight on in one month, don’t expect to drop it in a month”. My body has changed and lots of people have commented how well I look, which is lovely to hear ☺️ A big Thank you to Chris for giving me a great confidence boost and great training advice that has help me to stay on track! Onto the next goal 💪🏽

    After weeks of debating to have a PT, I finally made the decision to start! It has been the best decision starting with Chris. Chris is professional, friendly, passionate in what he does, knowledgeable, has a good understanding of my training objectives, adapts to your own personal goals whilst giving you the support and encouragement in achieving your goals with personal fitness and nutrition plans. Chris has given me more confidence, motivation and encouragement to continue to see results and achieve my goals! In just 15 weeks I have seen my body shape change and have lost 2 stone! Thanks again Chris for what you do, I really appreciate it!

    Chris is a brilliant and approachable PT and coach, his knowledge and experience is fantastic! One of the best things about him is he has a real passion and enjoyment for what he does, which makes sessions really enjoyable and informative. Chris helps you set clear goals and supports you smashing them! His workout plans, tracking and nutrition advice have helped me get to get into a great routine and build confidence working out. If you’re looking to invest in your health and fitness Chris is definitely worth it!

    If I could give more star's I would, I couldn't recommend Chris highly enough. I've been with Chris over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my progress. I had a back operation 3 years ago, so I was always in and out of the Gym. But with Chris, he has helped me massively and helped me build my confidence back up. My back is now stronger than its ever been and my confidence is very high. I class Chris also has a friend now. Thank you Chris for everything. You deserve everything and more. Looking forward to the future 😍

    I Highly recommend Chris he has extensive knowledge and expertise where fitness is concerned. He helped me achieve and maintain the fitness goals i signed up for. Invaluable personal training, guidance and Nutritional support. If you're looking for fitness results you will maintain, Chris will surely help you achieve that.

    So I’ve been doing PT sessions with Chris for a while now, and I was not the most confident in the gym but with his guidance and patience he has built my confidence within the gym atmosphere. I must say Chris’s knowledge on fitness as well as nutrition is the best in the business. I’m seeing great results and feeling stronger with ever session. Thanks Chris!

    I have been training with Chris for 10 months now and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made! Not only has my figure changed but I feel more confident & comfortable in myself and I would never have been able to come this far on my journey if it wasn’t for him. It’s not just his knowledge but his ability to get the best out of you every session, all the support he offers & his positivity. If your thinking about a personal trainer you cannot get any better than Chris!

    Over the past 18 months Chris has helped me transform my lifestyle to a more healthy one through his detailed training and diet programmes which has helped me reach my goals. The PT sessions are always enjoyable yet challenging which makes me come back for more! The sessions help improve my technique so I feel more confident when going to the gym on my own. Chris checks In with me regularly which helps keep me on track and I couldn't recommend him enough to you, no matter which stage you are at in your fitness Journey.

    I would never hesitate to recommend Chris as a PT, his commitment to his clients is first class, he is always available for advice & guidance whenever you need him, he has helped me massively achieve my fitness goals and overall well-being.     Chris has a real passion for fitness and this shows - he conveys his extensive knowledge with enthusiasm while pushing and motivating you. He listens to what you want and creates a tailored programme to help you achieve your goals. He really helped me get back on track with my fitness goals and I would recommend him as a PT.
