My
Sithi
review.
I
found
this
a
fantastic
place
to
go.
"Don't
Panic!"
I'm
55
and
in
no
way
physically
fit.
But
I
started
by
taking
my
boys
to
get
them
away
from
the
TV.
However,
the
more
I
watched,
the
more
I
fancied
a
go.
So
4
months
ago
I
"bit
the
bullet",
"girded
my
loins"
&
generally
dragged
my
fat
lazy
backside,
down
to
the
SITHI
boxersize
gym
on
Charter
St.
I
was
very
nervous
at
seeing
all
these
fit
lads
&
lasses,
all
fitter
than
me,
but
I
could
not
have
been
looked
after
better.
4
months
ago,
I
couldn't
have
done
10
press
ups
on
my
knees.
Now
I
can
do
10
proper
press
ups.
(I
know
it
doesn't
seem
a
lot,
but
trust
me,
it's
a
big
deal!)
I
have
no
intention
of
taking
up
boxing,
but
that
doesn't
matter
down
there.
If
you
just
want
the
physical
fitness
&
to
meet
some
great
people,
then
that's
what
you'll
get.
&
all
for
Β£4
bargain!
I
have
some
new
friends
now
thanks
to
SITHI.
Who
have
all
joined
for
many
reasons.
From
a
desire
to
take
boxing
to
the
next
level
to
keeping
depression
&
anxiety
in
check.
You
could
achieve
things
on
your
own
I
suppose,
but
you
can
reach
your
goals
a
lot
quicker
as
part
of
an
energised
&
enthusiastic
team.
In
the
4
months
that
I've
been
going
to
SITHI
boxing
club,
I've
noticed
so
many
changes
in
me,
from
a
general
feeling
of
well
being
&
achievement
to
everyday
simple
things
like
finding
the
floor
a
little
easier
to
reach
when
picking
stuff
up.
Like
I
say,
it
doesn't
seem
much,
but
it's
a
big
deal
for
me.
