Easy to get booked in for puppy vaccines. Not pushy in any way and very friendly.

Never experienced anything like it, trying to decide what I wanted, few mins till closing time, had 3 different staff members ushering me to the till! I understand you want to get home but dont be rude with it. Wont be shopping there again absolutely rude. Potentially just lost the business money on future sale always got our dogs food and meds here. Business now lost wel done guys. 1 minute of your life so precious. 😂

Our boy groomed today. Left with a bald patch in the middle of his chest as it was done by accident. Sad and disappointed ☹️

Absolutely fantastic service. We got a new kitten and the lady at the checkout spent the time helping me set up the app simply so we could use the coupoins to make massive savings. She recommended an amazing cat litter to his and had a fantastic attitude. Will be coming back for sure!

It wasn't the visit I expected as mum beloved cat was more unwell than what I thought. Sadly, he was put to sleep, but I could not express enough how the reception staff and the vet handled the whole situation. They showed empathy and emotion throughout this traumatic time. When I went to collect Blackjacks ashes I could not believe just what they did for me at Pets at home. I was given printed marks of my cat, a little trinket jar with his fur inside and a card. I have never had a vets before who have gone above and beyond to ensure I have as mum as possible of Blackjack. It was unexpected but truly kind and beautiful. I see the same vet as I do have other cats who have visited her and she's always been amazing. She gave me great advice when I took in my resume cat. And she gave me great advice when Blackjack was being overweight. It was just an awful shame that he did lose the weight but became unwell from other issues. RIP my beautiful Blackjack and thank you to all at Pets at home. I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again. You are amazing ❤️

Good selection of pet products. Called in for a new dog coat, beds and some treats. Lots of choice for all. If you get the app you can get vouchers for money off products and spends.

We've always had good service here. We're able to purchase both our cat and dogs supplies here without any issues. There is free parking on site and friendly staff to help you, even if you need help carrying items to your car. I recommend this store 👌

Samller than my usual one that i go in, but it was nice and bright. Not many animals in but the ones that my friends little one wanted to see, she enjoyed

Absolutely love this store for my furry friends. Great staff always happy and handy to help. Item's can be on the pricey side sometime but i got a bargain for this cage which i was desperate for, for my bunnies. I rescued them from a friend's sister where they wasn't cared for as they should of been. They are now receiving the best care and absolutely love my Guinea piggies too. 🐰 🐷

Spoke to a really friendly store employee who spotted me baffled at cat litter. He had extensive knowledge of owning cats and what to expect, plus lots of tips. I'd just adopted two kittens and he answered every question I had with in depth knowledge and experience, plus a patient and honest attitude. So welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Had to have my lovely girl Nimby put to sleep today. Amy, the vet was very Kind and caring of both my needs and Nimby.

The staff are very knowledgeable but the could do with mixing up the types of tropical fish every now and then.

I have a gluten intolerant furbaby and the manager of the shop couldn't have been more helpful. She went through all the food he could have and helped me make an informed choice as to what was right for my boy. His symptoms have now calmed down and I have a happy healthy and bouncy boy once again. Thankyou.

Took my boy westie to the groom room. They are full of love for the dogs they see. He is always chilled there and well behaved. Comes home so happy, looking like a million dollars. He's still on the puppy groom so no cutting except eyes, paws and bottom. Recommend this place as the girls there are so happy in the job they do and the dogs there are so happy too

As all Pets at Home, excellent range of products, well stocked and displayed. The staff here are really helpful and serve with a smile.

Really helpful staff especially the young receptionist at Vets at home and the guy on the checkout - dont live in Rawtenstall and we have a Pets at home in town but will definitly use this branch again

I had booked an appointment for the dog to be groomed due to unexpected traffic I was late told I had missed my appointment and the £15 deposit I had paid when making the said appointment was not returnable if I wanted to make another appointment it would cost another £15 there and then very curt and short I declined found another dog groomer who offered better grooming and slightly cheaper cost so my advice is shop around and avoid pets at home grooming.
