Came in at 8:50 to try the pumpkin spiced frap, lady went to take my order then the shift leader took over and was very rude and said they couldn’t make it as they were closing soon. They then sent the other lady to the back to do something and followed her, I stood there for 5 minutes waiting and then the shift leader came out and I was going to order a regular late instead but then she said sorry we are closed?! At 8:55? Said “Bee” on the name badge of the person who was clearly in charge. Not acceptable behaviour.

Great staff and warm friendly surroundings. It did feel as if I was in someone else's office as the laptops outweighed the customers, well almost. Nice place and as ever coffee excellent and quite well overpriced. But good all the same.

Excellent customer service! I had ordered on the app but broke down in the morning on my way to collect. I called in later on in the day and the barrista remade my order for me 🥺 the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Drinks were fine, one member of staff in particular, Umar, had a ridiculous attitude to customers in the drive through on more than one occasion. There was a miscommunication in the drive through and when asked to correct we were greeted with a quick temper, very unprofessional and rude.

They don’t know how to stream milk and still confuse when I asked why a lot bubbles on my coffee like they don’t know what’s wrong please train them again 12.36 pm 16/nov/23 lady with hijab wear black

Tried to place an order. Left it there for ages without even making the drink, then suddenly the delivery time changed to an hour.. for one simple drink.. no phone number provided so can’t contact them to find out why… justeat said I could cancel because they “hadn’t started my order” ? Doesn’t make sense. I cancelled the order

The service I received today from Umar was amazing! He told me all the latest drinks Starbucks had to offer and was very polite! Will definitely come back to this location after the service I received today! None of the other stores can even compare!

Inattentive staff, took too long to place the order. Lots of empty tables that needed clearing. Ours needed wiping down. Two staff members were in and out of the building a couple of times, then one put his apron and I thought, hey up, we're in business now, but no, he pulled his mobile out and started texting away. This happened for a few minutes, then a couple of girls cleared their own table and put the used cups and plates on the counter. The guy at the counter saw them do it, but didn't intervene. The girl went back to ask him to wipe the table down, and he gave her such a disgusted look. Not the way to treat customers. There did not appear to be anyone of authority in the building. First time in there for me and also the last.

came a few days ago and was served by gabby and umar who were wonderful and made me want to come back, however when i came back today a lady with brown and red hair served me and i felt uncomfortable by the way she acted towards another employee, from the way she acted i presume she is the manager however that is not how ANY manager should act. disgraceful

Visited around 8pm Tuesday and this will be my very last visit at this branch. The Asian gent who served was extremely sarcastic and rude towards me. Asked for a simple frap, he replied with “sorry we don’t have that” I then asked him what alternatives they had, to which he replied “absolutely nothing” Absolute disgrace. Staff need looking into.

Very disappointed with drinks at this Starbucks. Asked for a caramel frappe and received one with only a small drizzle of caramel on the top. My friend ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream and when taking the lid off realised there was not a trace of whipped cream. Extremely disappointed to say we payed usual Starbucks prices.

Staff took Order tea to takeout. Then proceeded to speak with a colleague about whataapp left the shopfloor. Kimberley serving drive through no other staff. Waited 10 minutes still no tea. Asked Kimberley where everyone was there in the back. She's run ragged. Asked her to get staff as other customer now waiting to be served. Staff came out excess we have delivery etc ok but customers come first. Customers pay staff wages remember that. Well done Kimberley for keeping you cool. STARBUCKS Accrinton worst I've ever visited and I visit a lot of branches.

Not impressed, been here 5 times and asked for a filter coffee and each time told that the coffee machine is not working but can give me an americano. Then said they don't put it on because "nobody wants it". Obviously!! If they can't be bothered to put it on they should just take it off the menu. I won't go there again

A lovely little spot ,not too busy ,but plenty of footfall. Very clean ,ablutions ,spotless ,well be back again for round 2 . Thank you to our Chap who served us 🙏 😀

worst starbucks i have been to. every table dirty. not enough staff. our server literally walked off to do something else halfway through taking our order then came back and asked us to repeat it. grumpy staff. poor service. not enough staff by a long way

Starbucks could you please get your staff to be more friendly the girls working in this one are miserable as sin no thanks at the drive through or have a nice day. And I’m also sorry to say it’s very rare if you get a nice drink too my Caramel Machiatto today tasted like a packed of sweetners in hot water. The only nice member of staff you have working there is a male gentleman with a beard Matthew maybe? Please sort this out! Horrible service from what should be happy service! I might just go spend a little less money at the McDonald’s accross the road to get a good start to my morning coffee and service!

First visit, very quiet when I called in after a walk for a coffee. A few tables still with dirty plates and cups on but has he was on his own serving in the shop and the drive through it couldn'tbe helped, the other staff was on a break. It was a good coffee and relaxing
