Horrible rude people. Get orders wrong and promise to correct it next time we order. Order again and leave notes explaining what happened last time to receive a rude note on the receipt back stating I was cheeky and they corrected my order the same day. Which they did not. Today’s order arrived and it had bones in my kebab, very dry and not very warm. As if to say don’t come back again. Don’t worry I won’t be doing.

Absolutely disgusting service! Waiting over an hour for food. called the shop to be told the delivery driver had knocked and called my mobile several times. I told them that no one knocked on nor called me, they called me a liar, i requested a refund and they refused. I put a review on just which has been removed! I have never experienced such bad service!

Terrible food, ordered chicken tikka in naan, tasted off, with no salad included. Poor customer service.

Just ordered nearly £30 worth of food and it was disgusting the donor meat was pinky red! Cold when got here waited over 2hrs only decent thing was the pizza everything else was put in bed! Usually best food around but recently it’s gone down hill not the first time it’s been like this either! Something needs to change otherwise u won’t get any custom k2

Absolutely horrendous customer service waited forever for the food to show up and it was terrible spent nearly 30 pound and the portions are terrible large donner and chips get large chips with 4 strips of meat Absolutely shocking straight up robbery

So I just ordered and all I got was my pizza they left the fries and the mint sauce out. I understand they like making money but taking money in such a manner is wrong and then not even answering the call that's just low Well I know not to call there again

My brother ordered earlier on and said he couldn’t fault it so I thought I’d order it myself. Ordered at around 11:20, got here just before 1am. The pizza was completely cold, however the stuffed crust was slightly warm still .. very disappointed. When it arrived, we were missing the drink from the meal and I informed the driver of this, he then rudely told me to pay before he did anything, then went back to his car to grab me a warm can of tango. If they were open now I’d be ringing for my refund, but it will have to wait till tomorrow. Burger on the other hand was enjoyable. Really disappointed after all the amazing reviews I’ve heard about this place
