Fantastic fitness facility offering a range of fitness classes and a large gym area. Staff are very helpful, particularly for those who are beginners and need extra guidance.

Simply brilliant

I started going to Harris Health & Fitness when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I wanted to strengthen my body for what was to come. Rob built me a gym program that helped me through my mastectomy and subsequent chemotherapy treatments. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, motivating and kind. The gym is welcoming, unpretentious and clean. I can't wait to adapt and continue with the Harris team when I am fully recovered.
