Went for the 2hr session as only £1 more than 1 hour. The kids loved it. Proper tires them out and gets them hungry so it's a good thing they have a really good restaurant inside. Food was great (you can even order takeout from it). Plenty to do, staff are friendly and not intrusive at all. Prices for both activity and food is ok.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Can not speak highly enough of these guys. Short notice (3 hours) they managed to pull together and host a 7th birthday party for my little girl after we were let down by a different venue. It’s the best party she’s ever had. The place is clean and in fantastic condition. The food is fantastic. The staff are brilliant. Thank you all again.

Not good went in tooo many kids took my 3 year old and she barely got to jump because all the trampolines were busy kids were bumping into each other the staff very rude basically employed 16 year olds who dont know what day it is they either need to reduce the amount of people allowed at 1 time or make the facility larger i will never attend again waste of time dangerous and dirty also checking time on phone was told to put phone away or you have to leave !.

A great space for young and old, plenty of bouncing choice. Plenty of parking. We did however come during December and it was so absolutely freezing inside my kids couldn't bounce. Their feet on the trampolines were like blocks of ice.

Was great. I came with my brother and sister. The only issue was there was a group of kids pushing other kids around and was not ideal. Birthday parties!

My daughter got her foot caught up in one of the trampolines not one Marshall went to help her more interested in standing around twiddling there hair and talking I left the standing area to go help her myself to almost immediately be greeted by a Marshall telling me I can't be on the play park without a wristband its funny how my daughter led there for 3 or 4 minutes without any help but they was so quick to see me without a wristband just have kids marshalling the jump park who think they are the police disgracefull how many people they let on at once very greedy owner milking it to death ... It is also very dirty place Will not be visiting again ever

We have been here a good few times now, over 10 times.... so have a good idea what the place, the staff and overall feeling of it is like. Parking is easy enough however it is a shared carpark with a van repair business and the takeaway that is in the building but not part of Jumpworks. Booking experience is easy to do and a must. If it's your first time at the centre you have to fill out a form on the computers they have in the lobby, they are easy to understand and is part of the legal bond between you and Jumpworks. It is better to arrive early for your session, 15 minutes early so that you can get your footwear off, lock it and your other items in 1 of the lockers they provide. On some lockers thiers an asterisk on the label, avoid using these as they are staff lockers and dont work the same as the other ones. If you get stuck with your locker, ask a member of staff, they will help you out no problem. The toilets are clean and tidy, never seen any messes. On usual sessions, users must view a briefing video for rules about using the equipment before being allowed to go into thier session. However on the Monday Autism session users are not required to view this video. You must wear special socks with grips on, if you don't have any, you can buy them at the counter in the front lobby, ask a member of staff and they will get you set up. Autism session is different as users do not have to wear special socks, users can bounce barefooted if they don't like the socks for whatever reason. Thiers a great viewing area you can go upstairs to and watch your children, use it like a base as thiers tables and chairs, so you can have drinks set up for them. You pass through the cafe area to get to the viewing area. About the cafe, prices are as you'd expect, not to dear but not cheap either, we have taken our own bottles of water with us, as long as you buy something from the cafe, they dont get upset about you bringing your own water etc in. It has a fairly straightforward menu, usual kids favourites. Which leads me nicely onto the party rooms. The building has accessible party rooms you can book, they will also include food if you desire it. The nuggets are a favourite and you get more than a leading brand name kids meal in the box, our kids say they prefer Jumpworks nuggets over the others! We had a party for one of our lads and it went great, staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. During the party, kids can have full access to the jump rooms. The jump rooms, thier are 2 rooms, a main big one and a smaller one that has balls in it. The larger room has trampolines laid out across its floor and at the far end is a cube pit with many soft cubes to land in, or throw each other in! Where this pit is, is also a bouldering wall that is a low level climbing wall that requires no harness to use as it's a bouldering walll rather than a full blown climbing wall. Further round is another pit of cubes and a balancing beam and gladiator style items you use to try and knock your opponent into the pit. Going further round and you'll see the jump with it's soft landing mat. The jump has 2 jumping off parts, 1 higher than the other accessed by some steps. As a precaution I mention this here, if your child likes to wander, thiers 2 places that you'd have to watch, behind the jump is a small flight of stairs leading to an emergency exit, the stairs are steel. Obviously this exit isnt an issue for kids who can play on the park without guidance, but those that do might decide to have a look down the steps. Next to the jump is a assault course style area with some rope course items to climb and swing on, the flooring here is inpact safe. All round the main room is carpet, it is again impact carpet that does help if you fall trip etc. The takeaway I couldn't say much about although the nuggets appeared to be decent plus the fries were good. Overall the place is great for taking kids to blow out some steam. Staff are brilliant, Rachel appears to be the manageress and along with the staff make the sessions easy and friendly.

My daughter has been to a few parties here and everyone has always had a great time. The staff are helpful, the party rooms are good, and the party food is what it needs to be. The actual trampolining areas are very big and well equipped.

We celebrated my daughters second birthday here! An hour before the party my original venue had cancelled. I rang Jumpworks and they said yes to accommodating 22 children and there parents. They made everything so easy and flawless. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Jumpworks definitely saved the day! Thank you very much!

My son loves it here. Although, I am very disappointed at this. My son is 4 years old and my daughter is 1, I am a single mother and tried taking my son to the toddler session. However they would not allow us to go in because my daughter is not 2 and said my son cannot go on the trampolines without adult supervision which is understandable but I have seen people going to the trampoline park with their toddlers and holding their babies, I can provide proof of this if needs be. My son was absolutely heartbroken. The toddler sessions are extremely quiet so I don't understand why they couldn't accommodate us

It's a monumentally, fantastic trampolining experience. The light show is impeccable, the food is lovely & it's completely halal. But it's sometimes, taxing to get a table & watch your children bounce around. But it's honestly, a worthwhile trip & it has increased in price, but it's still worth it 🙏

The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. However, the staff inside the play area were shocking, especially the male colleague with blonde hair. He was very disrespectful and had no manners when speaking to customers. This will be my first and last time coming here.

Our first visit. Kids loved it. Varied activities, different areas. Reasonable prices. Good parking. Very clean everywhere. Accessable toilets. Plenty seating available to watch kids. Friendly staff. Large food area with good variety & fair prices. Will definitely be visiting again.

Big thank you to wanted to Abby and Rebecca for making my son's birthday so special. Even though it was a last-minute booking, their service was amazing and they were really helpful to my guests. I'm truly grateful for everything they did. Thank you again!" Definitely recommend it for a kids bday 🥰

Great place , great food! The lady at the reception was lovely however staff who are in the arena are boring , stopped the kids over every little thing e.g playing with the foam in the foam pit … ruined the fun for them .

Came here with 2 eleven year olds a few weeks ago. Would recommend for anyone who has some energetic children to burn off some unkempt energy (or calories). Thjs place has Olympic sized trampolines, soft play, a climbing wall and different types of activities to keep them busy.

Amazing place to go with the kids. One of the gentlemen who works there didn't catch his name he made the experience brilliant for my kids and nephew. He was always looking out for the kids and making sure they had a fab time. Brilliant customer service 👏

Had my daughter's birthday party here today and cannot reccomend it enough. There was no hassle, the kids had a great time and really enjoyed their food. Our party host, Tom, was amazing. He was so helpful and friendly.

Toddler session was very quiet, the venue is huge, loads of different things to try, highly recommend!

  • 3/5 Harley Q. 1 year ago on Google
The safety video being shown every time they go spoils the fun and is completely unnecessary after they have already seen it! Also a waiver should only need to be signed once not every 12 months. The actual trampoline area is great and the kid's enjoy it once they are on.

  • 5/5 Kat C. 1 year ago on Google
The place is great for the kids, the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Could do with a little cleaning in the toilets but we did go late in the day and there were a number of parties running so although I saw staff constantly cleaning it didn't always help (not the staff's fault, it was ours as customers - just clean up after yourself!)

My 5 year old loves this place. He would vist every weekend if he had his way. Great price and a great viewing area for parents

Fantastic place for kids! Huge, lots of space, lots of seating and not overcrowded. Kids loved every second. I spectated and 2 hours flew by. Parking is ok, but all disabled spots and other spaces were filled with business vehicles that were obviously parked there for the weekend. Food and drink is really good and not overpriced. All the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. Regular weekend visit from now on!!

We came here for an afternoon out with the kids. It's a themed place, astronaut /space theme. 1 year olds have nowhere to play and a 3 year old needs to be accompanied so I'm glad we had an extra adult to mind the youngest. The young staff are friendly and courteous, however, the older man needs a few lessons in customer service as he was quite rude and very abrupt!!! Even when calling out the end of a session there were no thank yous and have a great day etc. It felt like he hated his job, in which case... You also aren't allowed to take pictures apparently "because other people's children might end up in them"

Took my two grandchildren aged 8 & 10 booked a 1 hour slot £8.75 each bit expensive but what isn't. Both really enjoyed the space and different areas and activities, 1 hour was enough would definitely recommend.

£12.95 each for two hours. The three of them loved it and I'd have had go myself but I'm no spring chicken anymore unfortunately. Cool place inside but the café didn't open while 12 yet it opened at 10? You can bring food in so I went to McDonalds.

  • 4/5 SARAH L. 2 years ago on Google
Boys had a great time. Staff were lovely and had rearranged our booking due to covid case at my sons school. The only downside is the lack of food in the cafe early on in the day. Would have been nice to be able to have breakfast or a breakfast sandwich and a brew . Seemed to be takeaway later on in the day for pizzas etc bit other than crisps and Limited chocolate/sweets selection no other food on sale earlier in the day.

My wife visited on Tuesday with my two children- what a great place my children loved it. The staff were excellent. My wife commented on one member of staff called Paul. He not only went out of his way with our children she noticed the way he engaged with a young man with send. He was absolutely amazing!!! Can't recommend this place enough we have always loved it- both our children have had parties here and it's great to see it back open! Keep up the good work!
