this place is sinking faster than the titanic. First theres been issues regarding the owners treatment towards her staff and now the hygiene rating has dropped from a good 4 to a dire 1. sorry lin spot you`ve lost another regular customer. canton it is from now on.

Since we moved to Ozzy this is the best Chinese. Food is always hot and tasty and home delivery service is amazing - we don't even need tell the address girl can see on the system.

Used this place a few times and it has been ok, however, I have noticed the standards have been dropping over the last six months or so. I ordered the basics on Saturday night, egg fried rice, curry sauce etc which came to just under £18. Very disappointed with the overall standard of the food especially the chips which had been cremated. How anyone could actually put clearly burnt chips into a bag and expect anyone to eat them is beyond me. It was the final nail in the coffin for me and I won’t be going again!!

Most definitely the best Chinese around. Never had a bad meal, always delicious and plentiful. Yes it’s a bit more expensive than some places but happy to pay extra for tasty, good quality food.

Every time I order from here it’s always amazing food but also fantastic customer service. The lady I dealt with over the phone was lovely, I forgot to order chips and when my delivery came she dropped the chips off for me even though it was my mistake - I would have given a tip if I had change, please let me know if there’s a way I can send a tip as I really appreciate the extra effort made this evening

Really slow service, rude staff and the food really isn’t that great. Quite overpriced for a Chinese with small portions. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your money.

Used here for a good while until today. They got telephone order wrong plus I was collecting and they thought it was a delivery. They had no delivery driver therefore when I arrived 15 min after call it wasn't ready. I waited 10 minutes. They nearly forgot something. Corrected that and I was relieved. Next problem they missed part of the order so I returned to collect it. Turns out they didn't charge me for it. I could wait again and pay the extra. What happened to customer loyalty and satisfaction?? Most of the food was poor quality to boot. Crossing this place off my list. May I recommend sea breeze on Moscow mill Street 5 star customer satisfaction

Ordered at 7pm for delivery - took order said it'd take an hour. At 9pm still hadn't arrived. Rang to get an ETA & was told it'd take at least another hour!! Very disappointed :( No Chinese takeaway takes 3 hours to cook & deliver.

ordered food said 25 minutes went to pick up waited 10 minutes they said be another 45 .went come back so went again said another 10/15 minutes so cancelled terrible service

Food was prepared quickly but felt it was over priced for what we received. Food was very hot but watery. Chicken and sauce had no flavour as sauce wasn’t thick enough. Upset stomachs this morning! Too expensive for what it was and completely bland

Everything I had from here was delicious and I am not a huge Chinese cuisine fan.. lovely prawn toast with a really thick layer of prawn and a sumptuous veggie chow mein! Not overpriced either. Will eat from here again

Good takeaway but can get very busy. Food is good too. Can take long to get your orders but worth the wait. Just make sure you explain well what you do and don't want in your order.

Worst takeaway after going here for years. So much waste of dried up food coating so thick on chicken wings, hardly any chicken was so dry, burnt crab claws basically not fit to eat

I was wary due to some of the customer comments but wife tried and was very pleased. I went and totally agree with her. We will deffo go again.

Yet again overcharged for 2 jumbo sausages with chips and gravy. Got a can of pop as well and charged NINE Pounds Chips were undercooked as always so they can be reheated when its quiet .Sasauge was also only just about cooked. Theyve just lost another regular customer due to overcharging and undercooked food again

2.45 hours wait told was on it way When it did turn up wasn't willing to pay the full price as kids were in bed and meals would of been wasted. Order was took away due to lack of respect and thought for the customer.. Food is on point so i can't knock it for that just the lack of respect form staff on phone to poelpe delivering are food....

Terrible service, was told 30 mins wait and was over an hour stood in the place waiting for the order. Would not recommend at all.
