Delivery was 1 hour late and the food was cold and greasy. The onion rings looked like they were cooked 2 days ago and the fries were packed up like rubber bands. Their food hygiene rating was recently 1 star and there was no point paying high prices for this type of food.

Freddie’s is my all time favourite takeaway because the chicken there is succulent and juicy and always fresh. The wings are crispy and spicy and the chips are extremely yummy with the red salt adding flavour. overall, I would definitely recommend.

Used to be the best takeaway in town. Now its one of the worst. You need to be on guard off which prices they'll charge you. Twice now they have charged me wrong. Trying to take advantage of the fact I'd been drinking. The prices over head are quite a bit different to the one in their leaflet on the counter top. It's even more expensive if you order online (don't even bother, unless you want cold food). Chips are now super skinny, almost like noodles now. Hygiene practices are none existence. Like I said worst takeaway in accrington now!!

So they forgot a spicy sizzler burger meal off the order, said they'll make a fresh one and drop it off then spent that much time to deliver it that I could have found a live chicken and made one myself in that time!! When I called them to find out what's going on they were asking me where the driver is like I was sat in the backseat of his car!!

I ain’t a Karen but I wouldnt even give it 1 star. Waited an hour and 20 mins for some mushy and uncooked chips, burnt spicy wings and a cold burger and a full tub of mayo on. I ate one bit of each thing and then gave it to my dogs but even they didn’t want it. A refund would be great but I doubt they’ll do it

The chicken was very dry and rubbery also the chips we’re soggy and the pizza was uncooked and doughy never going back. The kids behind the counter did not have a clue what they are doing needs new management

Ordered though Just Eat, 00.45 on Monday morning. Order accepted. Food delivered at 02.16. Driver apologetic, but when they say they will deliver in 45 mins and take an hour and a half is it actually fast food???? PS, the chips were stone cold!!! 😩

I got spicy chicken wings with chips for child and literally the chips were really dry as if they been cooked for hours and left and soon as my 9 year old had them ..had the chicken after a few hours she kept complaining of feeling sick and then now she’s been throwing up and I looked at the chicken what she had leftover, and it looks like it hasn’t been cooked because it was quite pink from inside. My advice is Be careful if you order from this place because they all have young lads working in this Takeaway who have no ambition to give you good customer service. They are so rude and ignorant and I would never get my food from this place again. They’re not very hygienic I’ll either so be careful when you order.

im not happy with my order, clearly tell them 1 million times i want sauces and they send dry food. absolute disaster im allergic to PEPPERS and what do i find 1 PEPPER! in my friends pizza just looking at it on the pizza made me have a allergic reaction.... typing this from the ambulance on way to hospital. thank you for killing my friend, not nice

Old oil used burger saturated with old oil , wings were dark brown which is a sign of old oil not going back here waste of money had to bin it

This particular Freddys can be very unpredictable in terms of food quality and taste. We have in the past had some great food but more recently standards have been shocking to say the least!

Spicy Chicken Wings are too salty, like it has been dipped in Dead Sea.... When they first opened many years ago they had great food now the standard has dropped dramatically I don't go there anymore plus it got hygiene rating 1 Star recently that's very bad. Hope everything change for better for Freddie in future.

Waste of time explaining your order they got a bunch of kids working at front desk taking orders with less than minimum wage. You repeat your order and tell them exactly what sauces you want and you wont even get one. Youll call em and tell you if you want the sauces youll have to wait45-1hour by which time my food will be cold. If they play them games then guess what ill say okay and once your driver arrives to my door ill tell him goodbye have a good night and keep your sauces, youve just wasted your time coming back. Useless staff which means useless leadership.

The service off this place is a joke and woukd not be ordering ever again it's just not a good place for food any more there service is slow and they lie and send cold hard food that they keep you wait for over 2hours

I was stood In the restaurant from 2:45am and they close at 3 and the staff didn’t have the decency to server the customers waiting to be served then when they asked what I wanted they replied with sorry we are closed. WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN

I recently ordered the strip burger meal from this place but unfortunately, my experience was quite unsatisfactory. The food arrived cold, and the burger lacked any discernible taste as there was a scarcity of mayo and lettuce. Additionally, the fries were missing the red salt seasoning, and there were no accompanying dips provided. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Only a small outlet but the member of staff serving on his own during lunchtime wad ace. Managed everyones order as well as cooking the food a the same time. Awesome 👍🏾

Used to be good but it's meant to be fried chicken not soggy chicken. The batter is soggy and sliding off the chicken. Fried chicken should be crispy not soft.

Ordered 10 piece bucket last night only received 8 pieces of chicken first time its happened usually very good 👍 but it won't stop me buying as its the nicest chicken in Accrington

Made an order on the website, Just received my order, missing the 4 piece chicken and chips iv paid for rung the shop who said it will be 10minutes, so that means it was forgotten and it going to be left in a hot cabinet getting soggy, i could understand on a busy weekend, its wednesday at 9.30pm.

Spent 25 minutes waiting for 4 chicken wings, staff spent more time dealing with Uber eats or whatever other delivery service called in for collection/delivery. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Don't think I'll be calling back here anytime soon...

Went first time tried the Mexican burger meal very happy with service and quick most important of all food was exceptional !

Great for fries, pizza and chicken. Could be better sometimes but definitely a great go to for guaranteed 3.5-4/5 takeaway food.

Not as great as they once were years ago. The new staff look like they dont know what day it is and food was better with old manager about. Pizza gave me food poisoning but the wings are still great and thats how you earned an extra star.

There freedy's accrington app is a total fraud system you order one deal they send you the complete opposite freddys used to be one of my fave takeaways but no2 i shall never be ordering off these again do not order via the app

Always good service and really friendly, polite courteous staff. Of course the food is great too
