This is just one of a small few of subways that hasnt turned halal and for that i thank them! Who wants turkey bacon? Noone! We want the proper stuff and its a shame most subways are now halal as the quality at them ones is nowhere near as good. Accy subway all the way !!!

Can’t fault food - however staff very rude

I have had food from here before ordered today and my order was wrong and when I’ve been in the staff have been rude and condescending have had much better experiences and different locations

£30 order of Food didn’t even get delivered and when ringing the restaurant I was spoken to with an absolute disgusting attitude and when going to the restaurant spoken to disgustingly again. Why work in customer service if you don’t know how to speak to customers also why run a business if you are not going to sort problems out when there is a problem instead of speaking to customers like absolute rubbish absolutely disgusting

I wish I could upload the messages a just eat driver has sent to my wife . Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Privately messaging her. I have him on camera delivering food to our door, just eat will be informed and his car and face will be all over our socials for this. What if it was one of our children?

We arrived and we were the only people in the shop. We were served quickly and efficiently. The footlong sub we bought was delicious.

Disgusting service made me wait 25 minutes, then the manager came and said to do deliveries first. Walked out. Subway franchises needs training.

New staff, unprofessional people waitingfor make order , thay no bother anything, that strat taking each other , take long time for make food

Refurbishment looks nice but the new menu is awful and confusing. The staff don't even know the ingredients for set selections. Messed my order up, everyone talks over one another. Worst experience I've ever had at Subway. I won't be visiting again.

Very bad experience got a delivery and in the cookies that they got wrong there was lots of hairs in them wen I pulled it apart all the hairs was stuck in the middle it looked like it got made while the hair was inside 🤢I made Sik afterwards this place needs a good clean

Has been recently done up with new management. Much better than it used to be. Very clean and light. Friendly staff Fresh tasty food Can’t complain, a great improvement

Walked in, placed my order. Bloke behind the counter was arrogant and patronising, walked out. Thanks for helping me choose Pound Bakery, really enjoyed it.

Accrington subway has always been the most organised and friendly and never had a bad experience in all the years ive been going.

I come here quite often and will continue to do so. My partner has certain dietary needs and the staff never fail to ensure the requirements are met, being extremely careful to avoid cross contamination and being friendly to boot. I always feel valued coming here and the staff never are always happy to converse when they're not too busy. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Went in today and asked the guy behind the counter to change his gloves as I don't eat meat and didn't want my sandwich contaminated. He said something to the girl just out of the doorway next to the counter and she started to call me names so I left. Before leaving I asked her name. It was Rebecca. Very unprofessional These places are terrible and well known for employing child like behaving people because they pay peanuts. I will not go again and they are lucky I am not taking it further than this because I really could have them fired. Buck up your ideas..

Great sandwiches pick your own filling salad well worth money

Went in today with my daughter,orderd food,I was ready to pay,then decided I wanted a salad,the man was so patient,offerd us crisps,cookies,drinks etc,the food was so nice,I have to say all the staff are so helpful and make you really welcome,you don't get this sort of service in many places anymore,these guys definitely give service with a smile 😀

Not often I have to give a 1 star review, although no food no option. I went in for a salad box at 17.05, I was advised they have no boxes, so not possible until tomorrow. I was offered a sandwich, being a carb free request, this option was not a possibility. The server did apologise.

Just went to have lunch and they had clean seating area really friendly staff and great service from the staff was told about the great offers they had and just a great experience.

The food when you go in and order is good but don't bother with the takeaway. I just don't think it works for takeaway as it's lukewarm on arrival at best, if not cold and never quite as good as ordering in the store. Just had a delivery today, which will be the last one i order and again, cold and the bread was quite dry and stale. I'll order when I'm in town again though.

it's Subway... ya had one ya had them all.. this one. staff was good. very clean shop. Air can was cool so that was a bonus.. but I like subway so I'm always happy. I know what I'm getting 😌
