Very nice food, decent price for quality and on time deliveries when we use this service too. This is a takeaway only BTW! I note 2 dodgy reviews left by people that have only left 1 review which tells me a lot. If you look at their reviews on Just Eat you will see an honest perspective, this is how I found them by looking for Indian takeaway in my area with the best reviews. Have used them over 2 years and believe there curries for a takeaway are the tastiest in not just Ozzy and Hyndburn but East Lancashire. I live in Rishton and have tried many places but nothing beats this in my view. Favourite dishes we buy are Chicken Tikka Badami is a nice mild alternative, especailly if you like nuts. King Prawn Chilli Tikka Masala & King Prawn Samber are great too. Lover the peshwari naan and Special Fried Rice

Simply Indian is simply brilliant. Their food is so so good! Everything is fresh and I love the Balti dishes. The breads are very tasty. I need to have my order delivered as I can rarely leave the house but it is always delivered in very good time and nothing is too much trouble. The delivery guys are really friendly and polite. All in all a great food experience every time!

Great quality Indian takeaway, cooked to perfection. My only wish that I could ring in my order and pay by credit or debit card in store as well as via Just Eat, this is my only critism. The food is great, you will not be disappointed.

By far the best Indian takeaway in East Lancashire. Food is delicious and fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Just ordered the slim range chicken jalfrezi. I asked for full rice instead of half as we shared between 2. It was absolutely delicious. I ate the salad and it tasted so fresh. Im doing slimming world so not sure of syns. Amazing Friday night takeaway and we are fussy.

Very tasty Lamb Tikka bhuna. No oily after taste. Delicious.

If I could I would give this place 0 star, I’ve no idea about ambience or staff cause we ordered online, as an Indian this food is atrocious at best, we ordered chicken tikka masala and butter chicken which tasted exactly the same and were bland and SWEET for some reason? Honestly will not be ordering ever again. If this Indian food then I’m the pope

Hi all Truck driver passing through area need evening meal before bedding down lot's of takeaway experience I popped in here last night because of 1st delivery in morning 1st time visit to here I have tried others on that Main Rd it is on I was looking at the menu for a curry I had down in the Litchfield area earlier on in the week but the name of the curry had went out of my head I explained the type to the lad who was great he said it can be made no problem & it was the word I said the 1 I had from somewhere else was WOW the word for it here is WOW, WOW lads that was beautiful thank you now when in the area I will only be heading for you, s 👍 very nice

Wow, this place is so good. Not had a bad meal yet. Tonight I had the Ameeri Murugh absolutely amazing, so good I didn't want it to end. Can't wait to try more although I think il have the same again. All food hot, onion bhaji crisp and tasty, the mixed starter is so fresh and full of flavour. Our new favourite takeaway, yum. Been to Simply Indian 5 or 6 times now and would definitely recommend. Excellent, good quality food and have not been disappointed.

Hands down the freshest and tastiest tikka massala I've eaten from a takeaway, and I'm very fussy! Always arrives on time and hot. We love the bhajis and samosas too, they are very fresh and crispy. The chicken kebabs are really amazing too. Highly recommend!

What a lovely, friendly, welcoming and clean looking place. I enjoyed the food, though my only criticism is the chicken pieces were too big and not “tikka” style as I requested. Although not the best Indian in town, if I were to compare the dishes I’ve had at both, I will try more food from here and perhaps my opinion and star rating will improve. 06/01/19 Gosh how things have changed. The curry I ordered was very bland. Much better up the road and cheaper. Nov 2023 Had become worse. Had a samber with no lemon 🍋 😜

Tried first time tonight 2/10/2020 Best onion bhaji we've had, samoso was really good and fresh. We had chicken pathia, you can have it mild or hot we opted for hot and wasn't disappointed, all fresh and tasty food, will definitely use again..

I'm so fussy with indians and can never find one I enjoy... this one however is a definite return! All the food was delicious and decent price, will be returning!

Ordered a takeaway from simply Indian... The starters were good, the appetiser wasn't what we was expecting as for the mains, both were swimming in oil and you could taste the fat used on the chips. Quite disappointed considering how much we spent. Won't be a returning customer.

Very pathetic Indian food ... very pricey at the same time .... the Chef definitely needs a cooking lesson otherwise how can you go wrong making a simple dal or how can mutter paneer be chole cheese
