Cold
Food
with
no
refund.
We
ordered
a
pizza
at
16.30
on
a
friday
afternoon.
The
food
itself
didnt
arrive
until
17.40
,
twenty
minutes
after
the
indicated
time.
The
food
itself
was
barely
warm
so
i
desided
to
call
the
resturant
regarding
the
matter
and
was
told
that
they
were
busy
and
that
the
manager
would
call
me.
I
waited
15
minutes
and
heard
nothing,
so
i
contacted
just
eat
who
then
spoke
to
them
and
they
stated
the
manager
would
ring
me...
5
minutes
later
i
then
spoke
to
the
manager,
his
attitude
was
very
abrupt
and
he
stated
that
i
lived
far
on
the
outskirts
of
their
delivery
root
and
hot
food
was
a
high
expectation.
He
then
went
on
to
say
that
he
wouldn't
provide
me
with
a
refund
nor
would
he
resend
me
another
meal
and
put
the
phone
down.
I
then
contacted
just
eat
once
more
who
then
stated
they
were
sorry
and
that
they
would
provided
a
£7
off
voucher
for
my
next
order
(bare
in
mind
my
pizza
came
to
£14).
I
accepted
the
refund
and
went
on
to
leave
my
honest
review
of
the
place.
Shortly
after
the
manager
rang
me
back
and
being
aggressive
and
stating
that
i
was
the
worst
costumer
he
had
and
that
he
would
ensure
that
he
never
delivery
to
my
house
again.
I
tried
to
calm
the
manager
but
he
kept
shouting
over
me
until
he
told
me
that
he
didnt
want
to
speak
to
me
anymore
before
hanging
up.
If
as
he
says
"A
Hot
pizza
is
a
high
demand"
and
cost
£14,
then
why
should
cold
pizza
cost
the
same
amount....
Will
never
order
from
there
again.
