Accrington Dominos has got to be the worst Dominos I have ever had in 30 years - this is meant to be a large half and half - there was more her half then mine and it was certainly not large and covered in sauce - how did this pass quality control? September 2018 now and still not much improvement in the pizza making. At least the Day Manager took notice this time.

Placed an order, excited for my Domino pizza. It’s been an hour since I placed my order, wondering where it is. Rang the shop and been told it is 5 minutes away. 10 minute have passed and still no food, and the website tracker saying it has been delivered. Rang the shop again and got told the driver delivered to wrong address. A shamble of a delivery service. Can’t get my head around how the driver read Paddock as Parkinson. Two complete different names. Now the lady on the phone said it will be another 45 minutes for the food to be delivered again. It’s becoming a joke now, that’s 2 hours for food. As a delivery driver, if you cannot put read the receipt and put the correct postcode in the satnav, don’t bother taking on that role. Either get some training, new glasses or just simply leave it to someone who can actually do the job. In the future Zeeshan you horrible delivery driver, leave food delivery to the professionals pal

Here is another place that only ordered from once and never returned, big shame because I'd see dominoes everywhere and really wanted to know what the fuss was about, big mistake! Pizzas were worse than asda £1 pizzas absolutely disgusting

Dirtynos is rank . I received a hefty helping of food poisoning from here along with my partner and child .. spoke to a asain woman who identified herself as Mary Smith obviously trying to hide her dirty secret recipes behind a false name ... it tasted rank smelled rank and was 100%rank Mary needs to wash her hands and stop spreading salmonella with the shoddy hygiene practises... try sabaro they do mega pizza and delivery don't go Dirtynos

Very possibly the worst Domino's about. Awful service. Food ain't great. Found a hair in the pizza. Twice now had to get a full refund on food that didn't get delivered

We have ordered two 12 inch pizzas, one is pepperoni pizza and the other is chicken pizza. Pepperoni pizza is too salty. The chicken is very hard. The lady who took the order is rude. Not good customer service.

Food arrived early, not bad. The actual food was a nightmare. First time, gave me the wrong order + forgot my £2 dip and bottle of drink. Second time, right pizza, no dip or drink still. Third time, got my pizza, stone cold soggy fries and drink, still no dip.

Order placed at 17.46 the app states delivery within 40 minutes. Tracked on app out for delivery at 18.30 rang store at 18.50 to be told just left the store. Rang again at 19.30 to be told its on its way. Eventually arrived freezing and inedible!

In my experience, pizza is good. So if you want pizza, get pizza. I can't actually vouch for the Accrington branch of dominoes because I've never ordered from there. Fair play on snaring me with their Google map though. Impressive

After waiting 5 minutes to get served i realised they were understaffed as one memeber of staff was trying to make all the pizzas and was unable to answer the phone. I went next door to farmfoods upon leaving farm foods a young Male delivery driver for dominos in a 2015 black Audi a1 mounted the pavement without looking and ran over my foot. Followed by him saying sorry twice not checking i was ok before going into the shop for his next delivery. Now thats customer service. Lucky i wasnt a child id would be dead.

Where to start received order minus the chicken mix box, toppings very lacking not worth the money, won’t be ordering from this branch again. Then rang the store to be told they were very busy and not sure on a time for the mix box, and offered a free one next time, how can it be free when I had paid for it? Asked for a refund was 5 days, then tried to leave a review online where we ordered from to find our account had been locked for 1hr perhaps to stop the review. Don’t waste your money, bad service very poor product.

Really poor. Spent a lot as well. Came late, like really late. App didn't update to let me know. The driver came to the wrong address twice. Finally turned up (I live less than 10 mins away from the store as well), and it was completely wrong. Wrong topping, wrong drink. It was freezing. Really disappointing. I love domino's as well. Awful this one though.

Poor place. Number of complaints made to no real joy. Orders received incorrectly made. Items missing. Food cold or 3/4 cooked. Avoid, food banks serve better food

Usually really good but after my latest order I’m feeling very unwell with food poisoning symptoms so I think I must have caught something from one of their pizzas

So we travelled 300 miles and the guys here were so friendly and looked after us. Well done Domino’s Accrington..!!!!

This branch is ran by a bunch of incompetent clowns - They really must be desperate for staff.

Took over an hour and a half to arrive. Whe it did finally arrive it was lukewarm; the chips where inedible. Given the cost of a couple of pizzas and sides this is a not a place we will be ordering from again.

Previously left a good review but this place has drastically gone down hill. The staff don’t care at all about the quality of the food. 4 inch of crust round the edge. Missing ingredients. Have to wait 15 minutes after your collection time. Last time here now a real shame because dominos when done right is brilliant but this branch clearly don’t care

My son is autistic and only has certain hot foods, dominoes being one of them. Mary and the team have been absolutely fantastic accommodating to his needs. First class service and a happy son! Mary deserves a pay rise :-)

People only write reviews when something goes wrong with their order. They never write something good when everything is great with their food and it was with mine and I cannot complain. Explain service and staff were very nice. Was quick and a little pricey but what isn’t nowadays. Will be back again.

I'm surprised it's lasted so long because history tells us locals do not like to pay extra and will rather pay for cheap food. That being said it is expensive if you are on a budget. If you wait until they have offers on they usually have one where it's any size pizza for a cheaper special price if you collect. This offer is great value. The most irritating thing about this place is when you go personally to order at the shop they will tell you 10 minutes but it's been over an hour sometimes and i would rather they were honest. The pizzas are awesome and i love the cinni dipper. It looks a lot cleaner than a takeaway so that's why i go there. I wish they would use gloves though. They use a hand sanitizer which is no replacement for washing hands. Overall i like the place though and the food is good so a win, win.

Lacking in meat toppings. Tandoori chicken a joke!! Bad distribution leaving us with no chicken on 3 slices and barely nothing on the others. Have complained before and was supposed to get a free order, I give up. Well tight!! Hot and spicy much the same yet swamped with jalapenos. Poor compared to Pizza Hut.

Was absolutely disgusting was worse than a run down back street crack house takeaway I don’t know who’s managing this branch but it’s the worse food I’ve ever had it’s suppose to be high quality dominos is a brand name never ever order from here again and will be telling everyone else the same if you gonna get pizza Chicago’s is the one round here
