Took 3 hours for 2 pizzas to arrive, when we called to ask where order was they didn't answer for 30 minutes, trying to contact them through food hub for a refund and no reply. Shockingly disappointing. Food is usually great from there but this time its clear our order was forgotten and the pizzas were rushed as there were toppings missing and it was made sloppily.

Seriously does not know how to make garlic and cheese it's like putting cheese on cardboard, i have seen some reviews saying that the food is amazing but obviously the reviews are left from people leaving the pub just about able to walk & talk Not only that the cheesy chips is more like chips with one sprinkle cheese

Would be 0 stars if possible. Ordered food at around 16.30 and took 3 hours to arrive when originally said it would be there at 5.30. Food arrived cold and the Pizza resembled the cardboard box that it came in it was that hard

Ordered a tuna and sweetcorn panini and received a pizza base swimming in mayonnaise and sweetcorn with no tuna, when i phoned them and brought to their attention that in their menu has a photo of an actual panini nothing like what i was sent as in "not as advertised" they said we been doing it like that for years and never had a complaint and wouldn't swap it for something else or offer a refund! their attitude stinks Not sure why but google put my photot of my "panini" at the top⬆️

If I could put a zero star I would I've just gone to this takeaway went to order and they sed it was more than there menu sed so I asked y and they sed they have recently gone up but yet there still advertising old price very miss leading as as fare as I remember Trading standards law states u sell at what u are advertising at

First and last time. When the food eventually arrived over one and a half hours late, it was cold and looked like it had been left in a warmer for God knows how long, and after 1 bite binned it.

Really poor. I was told 3 time my food would be 5 minutes. 1.5 hours and 7 calls later, it turns up cold. I rang for a refund and was told to go to foodhub. So I did, they told me management was refusing a refund, eventhough they'd said they would to me. I rang back and they put the phone down on me. It's not the first time either, but it'll be the last time I bother with them

Awful service waited nearly two hours for 3 pizza meals, when I called the shop took 7 attempts before they answered and they stated it was out for delivery 25 minutes later it arrived, the shops only 0.5 miles away. When it did arrived they where stone cold and had clearly been sat on the side a long time, the pizza was rock hard and paper thin with hardly any toppings on. The chip were cold and not cooked through. Absolutely disgusting

If you could give this take away zero stars I would. They never ever get your order right. Delivery is shockingly slow. Food is always cold. Avoid them at all cost. Spend the little extra somewhere else. I can assure you won't regret it.

I’d love to tell you how there food is however they refused to accept the order and it was my first time ordering here won’t be trying again what a joke

Fillet burger was dry, the fries were re-fryed, everything was very salty. Horrible food

The only thing decent was delivery however I had ordered a stuff crust pizza that basically had no filling and the base and toppings were skinnier all together than their chips. Tasted more like a cold soup than puree. Chips also disgusting and milkshakes spilt before arriving to add on top of that all the food arrived cold and i ordered a snickers milkshake and they hadn't even fully blended the snickers bar and i was left with half a bar of chocolate in milk. Horrendous

Absolutely vile!! Worked in a kitchen most of my life and the chicken I ordered was cooked in oil that must of been about 3months old!! Popcorn chickens black, Strips are black, chips are cold and taste like old dirty oil!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Great food, the chicken strips especially are the best I've tasted. Delivered early and friendly delivery guy aswell. I would definitely recommend Big Papas

Three doughy, thick, uncooked pizzas. Had to ring them to complain, which I hate doing. They then send out three more pizzas, which are just a bit thinner, still doughy and now the toppings are overcooked. And the tuna and anchovy pizza was missing tuna and anchovy. What is the point? In all fairness, my good lady should have read the reviews before ordering. That's 6 pizzas in the bin. Waste of our money. Avoid.

Mistakably I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. Ordered at 9 pm and was still waiting at 10.15 even though JustEat app first said expected delivery was 9.45-10.05 and then I had it confirmed it had been delivered. When I rang up Big Papas didn’t seem bothered, no apology offered & just said they would ring the driver. The driver then rang and shouted down the phone “BIG PAPAS OUTSIDE”. When I went outside there was no driver there, he was 5 doors up and tried to blame me for giving the wrong address! Food was cold, inedible & even the dog turned her nose up to it. I will never order from this place again - which is a shame as my nephew works at the branch in Waterfoot and it seems so much better.

My wife ordered from here without reading the reviews and naturally I was quite nervous after I had a look. Anyway, the service (as others have said) is slow, it took just over 1.5 hours for the food to be delivered. However, the food was warm so I can't complain at that. The food wasn't terrible but it it certainly wasn't great, hence the 3 stars. One of the pizzas looked a bit dry and overdone, the veggie burger was just two hash browns with salad and sauce and while my calzone tasted pretty good, it was spoilt by an undercooked doughy taste. If I'm being honest, I wouldn't order from here again.

After reading the reviews AFTER I made an order I was getting very worried, the service was quick, hot food, the Garlic bread with cheese and fries were ok, the cheese burger was disgusting, I've had worse food but won't order from here again

I paid for 2 garlic dips... received one. Paid for added donner meat on my pizza received.... none. The garlic bread was bland however the pizza was okay but nothing great... worth £14 odd pound? Absolutely not.

If I could give this takeaway 0 I would. The placed an order at 7:10pm for it to arrive at 8:25pm. Waited till 8:45pm and called the takeaway numerous of times to ask where the order is and they didn’t pickup. Then they made their phone lines busy and I had to keep calling until they answered stating the order will be there for 9:00pm then I called at 9:10 again they didn’t pickup and had to call over and over for them to get the response the driver will be 10minutes he’s just set off. 9:30pm still had no order seems like the driver must have got lost. They constantly lie about where the food food is by saying 10minutes or driver has left. Don’t understand if you can’t make deliveries on time why take orders Such a shambolic service avoid this place if you want to receive no food and listen to there lies. The customer service and experience is terrible stay away

Would definitely give zero starts if I could ,waited over 2 hours called 3 times guy on the phone keep saying they will get it to me soon ,called 4th times they answered phone and talked between each other for few mins just leaving me to listen then when finally talked with me said driver it’s on its way waited another half hour so nearly 3 hours later food arrive ,everything cold and tasted rank ,daughter been waiting after school for 3 hours for her meal didn’t even eat cold wet nuggets and chips poor child had to cook her a proper meal ,absolute disappointment this place ,never ordering again …
