    I bought the 10 mini fillet bucket (special offer £4.99) and it was delicious. 10 large pieces, fresh, succulent and great value. Great service too, very polite and efficient.

    i gave you 1 star because there is not the option for minus 10,,To the franchise owner ( i think you need to find another form of income ) it is possibly the worst fast food outlet in the world. Congratulations on your award for being the worst

    Customer service is absolutely shocking, waiting 40 minutes for fast food … when asked about an update on food time, we were greeted with rudeness. The staff need a lesson in customer service and the branch manager should be able to manage properly.

    Ordered in store today and after waiting 25 minutes I decided to politely ask how much longer, to which I was greeted with "it'll be longer" and the member of staff walking away. It would have been quicker to order via just eat as this branch clearly prioritises those orders. Advise anyone to not bother or go just down the road to the Blackburn branch. Poor.

    Went in 2 weeks ago and had a lovely experience with a lad called Sam. Have 3 kids with autism and he was really helpful sorting my random order due to the kids awkward eating habits. Went in today to treat the kids again and had the most horrible experience with the 2 girls behind the counter. All because 1 item on the menu had increased in price, I asked about it and had to change my order. The looks and service I received after this was amongst the worst I have ever received. Will go back happily on Sam's shift, the girls there need an attitude adjustment. Absolutely disgusted. Sam is the only reason you received 3 stars. Look after that lad. He went above and beyond to make sure my kids got what they wanted. I will be going in and speaking to the manager about the different levels of service in the space of two weeks.

    Arrived here 7:30pm to be told they are closing early? The closing time changes daily depending on how the manager is feeling on the day.. This KFC branch needs serious fixing to do, new management and staff needed urgently.

    Absolutely appalling service. Went tonight,paid on kiosk inside. It took my payment then said there was a problem? Went to till, staff were laughing thinking something was funny. Another customer had same issue as me, as well as cars driving round and round at Drive through. Manager insisted my payment would not be taken I left her my name and left. Will not be returning. I paid over £20 for nothing.

    Offering a relatively better level of service than other KFC outlets, KFC Accrington offers the usual delicious KFC fare. The outlet has its' own separate car park to Lidl opposite, & has the unique feature of having to REGISTER your car - if you stay longer than 1 Hour !

    Food is pretty standard as far as KFC goes, but always find that, even when there's nothing in front of you in the drive through, you're left waiting longer than necessary. Not the best KFC I've been to

    Ordered online, delivery was fine but then discovered 3 missing items. Rang multiple times, finally got through and told that they could "put this in the report book and can pick up next time we go", which is not at all helpful. I drive down to get them (we ordered because we did not want to drive down), no apology made when I went to pick them up, no manager to speak with for 10-15 minutes. Told them I would ring as I was not waiting as I needed to take the missing food back and hopefully eat some of my food which would have been cold... phoned them, nothing they can do. Paid for delivery and then petrol to get down. Looking at reviews and the response I got looks like this is a common occurance. Obviously needs training

    It's OK. Food is OK. Service is OK. Atmosphere sucks. No one has a love for the job or the service. And they're always running out of gravy.

    Been twice over the festive period and both time items I ordered i was charged for were not in my take away was missing. Also ice-cream and crushers are rarely available.

    Really quick service because we were the only ones there. Got to the car and had the wrong order. Instead on 2 hot wings we got a chicken fillet. In stead of a popcorn chicken snack box we got small popcorn chicken and small chips. Same happened for the original chicken snack box.

    Got our order wrong. Also drinks wrong to customer before us. Had to drive back to collect the right order. Not the first time. Cold soggy fries, cold beans, no straws, no serviette. We turned round a couple of streets away so no excuse for cold food. We don’t have take out food often so see it at a monthly cheat. KFC gets worse with every visit. Worst takeaway I’ve had in a long time. Had to make food when returning home.

    Although I do love KFC I was quite disappointed with the waiting time of 45 mins. It was so busy. I did feel for the staff who seemed overwhelmed. The manager did give a sincere apology though. I was also a bit annoyed with the amount of delivery drivers (approx 10 people) waiting in the collection/delivery area as they made the waiting area uncomfortable due to the fact that they were standing in front of the kiosk area laughing and joking with one and another. I and other customers found it hard to get through them and had to ask them to politely move out of the way. I think that a designated area should be available for delivery drivers to sit and wait or a designated member available to take the orders to their car.

    This has to be the worst KFC in Britain! I don’t know who runs it, but it’s shocking. Just been tonight, no gravy (not the first time) but I appreciated the fact they’d actually put a sign up saying what they’re out of stock of… Usually it’s chicken, YES KFC with no chicken! But tonight was just gravy, beans etc. So I asked for the gravy mega box…she said “There’s a sign” I replied “yeah I’ve seen the sign, I don’t mind not having the gravy, I just want the piece of chicken and hot wings etc” She said “can’t do that, not allowed too” 😂😂 hilarious considering you regularly come home and check your bag and they’ve not put in any of the beans or gravy anyway. Anyway, about at all costs. It’s just a wasted trip!

    Very shocked and disgusted went to pick up my order was told by a kfc member of staff who was called CALLUM to move out his way Very rudely as he was clearning the floor with his dustpan and brush. No please or thank you when I said I found I rude he called me a morron and started to throw insults my way disgusting behaviour of his parents didn't teach him some manners thibk kfc should have the courtesy to teach him some professionals, never going to this place again disgusted

    I stayed at a nearby hotel and just fancied a KFC. Drove here, picked up the food, took it back to the hotel, tasted it, threw it in the bin. Bone dry, tough, overcooked chicken. Limp, cold fries. Very very VERY poor indeed!

    Staff member could not get order right.. After clearly telling them three times. I spoke clearly.. He got aggressive and refused to serve me..until the manager stepped in and appolgised to me and said she would have a word. I have been there for years.. Approx 40 years so think how much money of one customer And that one staff member has now lost them anymore money from me.. I won't be going back.. He doesn't value his job he needs anger management.. And sacking

    It is one of the best KFCs around these parts. Service was quick and a friendly server. Makes you want to go back again. I also enjoyed the food. Hot wings are fantastic.

    Absolute joke of a restaurant. Placed an order via Just Eat and it took nearly 1 and half hrs to arrive. Delivery time was pushed back several times. No one answered the phone when we tried to ring to ask what was going on and when it did arrive, it was stone cold and wholly inedible

    They just can't get an order right here, wanted 4 extra hot wings and got given two fries! So that's money just gone. Went through the drive thru and had to wait ten minutes parked up for my order. Won't be going again

    We ordered a 6 pieces pack for 13.99 we got 5 drumsticks and one small thigh not much meat on eny of them very disappointed not worth the time or money we was getting it quie often then we got a mixture of pieces .l will be trying out Yankees bucket deal mini bucket you get6 chicken peices6 wings 2 fries and 2 Pepsi for 9.99

    The automated ordering unit did not produce a receipt/voucher for what l ordered. There was a mix up of orders and l got someone else's. Got home and found this out and had to go back to get it rectified. Returned home and the meals were lukewarm. It seemed to me that the counter staff were very young and a bit overwhelmed by the amount of customers and orders. It's not often that we eat takeaway, and due to this experience won't be having the "finger licken chicken" again.

    Everytime I visit this place the staff are always friendly, food taste brilliant and well its just a nice place. Head to the intack one in BLACKBURN Frontier park and the staff can't be bothered, like your an incovience and your lucky if they get your order right, but it is sett in a lovley area called Frontier Park.

    Ordered on Uber eats..... Order arrives..... twister meal complete, boneless banquet meal missing the chicken fillets, beans and BBQ sauce.... so 5 pieces of popcorn chicken, a carton of gravy (not ordered) and few chips in the box !!! That's supposed to feed the hubby after a 12hr shift???? Logged missing items on Uber eats & tried 6 times to call...keeps ringing off !! What happens now, do I get refunded for the missing items or will they turn up later???? Ridiculous !!!

    Truly terrible. Went to drive though last night. Being one of the last customers. Got handed bag and server would not look me in the eye. I got round the corner. Several items missing no fries. Went back to find drive through now closed. Banged on door and staff turned backs . Eventually one came from side. It was the server. I said he had given me the wrong order and he had known it was wrong when he gave it to me. He just shrugged and too the bag. A girl came out after five minutes with another bag and assured me this was the correct order and she had put something else in. Still the wrong order no fries. Not even same order I had brought back. Just the cold left overs they were going to bin. Two staff barefaced liars knowingly handing over the wrong order. Do not use this branch. Shameful service

    Just another place where if you're not loud and obnoxious you will pretty much be ignored perhaps that's why they have so many delivery orders and drive through they should do more to populate the dining area ,,, ignoring customers is not the way to do that , that said the meal I received was ok I wasn't even offered the complementary drink that comes with a £7.00 meal good job I didn't want it don't really want to go back again either . Not impressed .

    A little bit hit and miss here. Sometimes the que goes pretty quick with good food to show for it. Sometimes it's slow. Sometimes things are missing or wrong on the order however for the most part it is as you expect KFC to be. Tasty.

    I don't eat at kfc but my 8 Yr old does. Drive thru was incredibly slow (10/15 mins) only 3 cars - food was VERY GREASY (before you point out its fried I work as a chef and if oil is changed in fryers and clean wouldn't stick so much or soak in to food) Overall disappointing food, poor customer service. Will just make it at home next time. Only went as a treat for my daughter.

    Ordered and payed for 10 piece wicked variety bucket, 4 extra strips, 4 extra chicken, large popcorn and 2 large gravies at the drive through. Got home no gravy or extra strips. Should really have checked before leaving as I had this before at Accrington, always short changing you on the food.

    Never open, never answer the phone. To be honest I'd like a job there as they are paid till 8pm closing time yet stop taking orders 3 hours after being open. Call the number and after 2 mins it says this number doesn't exist. Thanks for nothing though yeah?

    Place was untidy inside with empty tables with remnants of previous diners still out. And to top that, got a £60 parking ticket for staying 11mins over the allotted 1 hour, despite no signs being prominent as you park or as you walk in. Won't be going again, sorry

    Not the worst KFC. Generally good food and doesn't take too long, though can sometimes be hit and miss. Just check your food is all there before driving off and avoid online if possible as food items are often missing/swapped for something else. Would still recommend though.

    Sometimes you need to go back to a place previously visited just to remind you that it's not the best! For me, this is one of those places. Chicken was soggy. Chips were cold. Only good thing... The corn. Over half the order went in the bin... Will look at my own review before going back again. Apparently other franchises are much better... Maybe I need to go further afield?

    When you have to wait more than 30 minutes for your order to be prepared, it's No Longer "Fast-food"... Fries were cold non of the dips that was ordered with the food, No Milk or Sugar to put in my cup of tea and nothing to stir it with. No fork to eat the tub of coleslaw I did actually get with my meal (not sure how they expected me to eat it, especially as I ordered the food to eat in)... Totally Dis-satisfied with the food and the service and we Will Definitely Not be visiting Any KFC, Anywhere......

    I tried the KFC Vegan Burger, and it was surprisingly good. I was let down when I received my order and there was no fries even though I ordered a 'meal' hence my 4 stars. However I wasn't told that the Vegan Burger strangely came with no fries. The food was hot and service was fast.

    I used to love KFC but, it's to peppery, the coating isn't the same as it used to be and the menu's are to Complicated and the chips are awful. The best thing about the meal was the gravy. And the staff were ok once we got served. It cost a lot of money for those two meals but I think my money would be well spent somewhere else. I won't go to kfc again. Pity because it was my fave treat.

    Went through the drive through and my kids meals were completely missed out, not really an issue until I went in to ask for it where i was made to feel like a criminal when they all came from the kitchen and asked me to prove it! I only got my kid's meals when i completely lost my temper! Awful customer service!

    Imagine...... Please...if you will indulge me, just close your eyes and picture yourself in Accrington, next to the fire station and you want to eat chicken. Well my friend, you are in for a treat because that is pretty much all that KFC sells, I mean they do burger buns and bits of limp lettuce and that and chips and drinks, but their major business, as the name suggests is fried chicken- in a style made popular in the US state of Kentucky. But it's in Accrington. I know.... I could hardly believe it either... Handy to know

    Nice, kept clean, compared to some local KFC's visited. Chicken and chips freshly cooked, not luke warm as at others. Tea v.good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Now a regular to this KFC.
