Horrible customer service chips dryer than next man's toes. I ordered full chicken and chips and it was horrible and burnt therefore I went back to the shop and asked for a new order and they said 'just take your money back' biggest waste of time ever

Absolutely terrible, you could get better food in a gas station in the middle of the Namibian desert. Service was even worse. I ordered a boneless chicken meal and when it arrived the meal was so soggy the box fell apart. The 2 boneless chicken pieces were buried under the mountain of soggy fries and looked like boiled fried chicken, half of which was missing the "fried" skin/coating. I called the restaurant directly hoping to amend things, asked to get a new boneless chicken meal and that they could take the other one back as I had not touched it. The person on the phone told me that their chicken was like that and that I would only receive the same thing again (FYI. for future reference it might help to not bury the chicken under a ton of french fries, it might just leave it slightly crispy...). Then I asked to get a refund for said meal but was told "I don´t understand what you are talking about" and then hung up on. Honestly, everyone can make mistakes but its so great to see how well this place handled the complaint and criticism, they are clearly very passionate about their work (just in case they are as thick as they were on the phone, that was sarcasm).

When I called to place my order I was told it would take 30 mins. Delivery ended in taking took an hour and 10mins. When the food finally arrived the chicken was cold with batter/skin detaching and the chips were stiff and colourless. I called to express my disappointment, but they denied that the delivery was late and went on to give a very poor explanation of why the food was cold before my call was disconnected.

Absolutely terrible takeaway, pure awful employees who work there I'm not happy with the customer service, the delivery service or even the food service. I ordered it and I had to repeat myself at least five times and the guy on the phone had no manners what so ever he kept on telling me to hurry up as they are busy. The delivery guy took atleast an hour and a quarter. When it came it was disgusting!!! I ordered 2 plain fillet burger meal deals and one came with chili sauce on and the other turned up cold and hard and the chips on both were hard and cold. I then phoned back up and the guy on the phone started giving me abuse with faul language. I am really not happy at all with dixi world and I am disgusted that an employee would actually speak to a customer with lack of respect. I hope that the takeaway closes down as it is shocking!! Disgusting food, disgusting people who work there and I'm just appalled at this lack luster of a business.

Ordered twice from these and delivered kebabs without the salad stated on the menu. The second time reminded them to deliver and only 1 was right. After complaining they appolgised and said they send a fresh one up. After waiting an hour called back and they denied even saying what they said. Will not be ordering agin.

Made a call to this place today to order a simple meal. The time for delivery+ was 45mins, which i was okay with. We called again 55mins later to find that our food had not been made yet, and to expect a further 20 minute delay. As i was not happy with this, i politely asked for a lower price. My answer was quickly met with a sexist remark "no, woman, you will wait or give up your order" i cancelled calmly, to receive another call "give us a good rating" i am disgusted. By far the best quality chicken in Accrington, always fresh food and the sauces and chips are amazing. The staff are very friendly and delivery times are very good too so highly recommend these guys.

Beautiful tender and moist chicken with tasty sauce dips, would recommend to anyone.

We order a full meal which we paid £15 for and it came the full bag was full of the tubs with sauce went everywhere we rang them and they sent another chips cause that’s what we was more bothered about as soon as it came it came the delivery man even admitted that it was everywhere so we rang they was very rude and ended the phone so we rang they was saying “we’re gonna send you these chips without the sauce because if I keep sending I’m going to be here all night” I order from this place loads and it’s normally good but today they were rubbish!!

Worst chicken burger I’ve had another place I won’t be visiting again

Ordered from JustEat and the food is very tasty and hot. The pizza meal deal is very good and the burger is tasty. However, when we ordered a chicken sizzler burger when it arrived its not a sizzler. Its more of a red coloured chicken breast so the description of the burger is misleading. Also, they seem to be very tight on portion sizes. Which makes me think they're stingy. There was hardly any salad inside the burger apart from the odd few bits hanging and the burger was so flat cause they gave so less. The chip portion was a complete joke! I couldn't believe my eyes. We ordered £40 worth of food. I wish I had taken pictures. Due to the food being very good I'm happy to order again but if they seem to be stingy with the salad or portion sizes I will take pictures and update the review. Hopefully it doesn't have to come to this.
