Went in only one person on tills, cages full of cardboard and stock blocking everywhere, staff seemed to be walking around. At least I got everything I needed

It's a big Iceland. They sell frozen food and some fresh products too. Staff are friendly. Since times have been getting tougher, Iceland have had some good offers to ease the pain of shopping. The offers seem to be very good value but the amount of pizzas on offer is staggering. If you like pizzas of varying quality and price, this is for you

Large place with lots to choose from. Although No halal foods available, even though available at farmfoods. Dissapointed as large muslim community that live in Accrington. If your not muslim, then great place for choice. Slightly more expensive on most items, than other places in Accrington though. The majority of staff are helpfull and welcoming. However everytime the till staff have never greeted with a smile and make you feel a bit uneasy and unwelcoming, otherwise would have rated better.

Clean, welcoming, great range, easy to park, checkout queue flows swiftly and smoothly. Can't ask for any more!

Nice big store with plenty of room to look round. Excellent choice, not only in the frozen section, with a good fresh fruit and veg section.

Iceland store has adopted a similar retail idea as Farm Foods, in that, customers must bulk buy in threes, should they wish to make a saving. This practise penalises those who are single or Pensioners, who may not have the room to store such extra amounts of food. They may not be able to afford three items of the same product. Many, who live alone, will only have a small fridge freezer. Your bulk buying deals may suit family food buying requirements but are unfair in the ways I have indicated for Pensioners and those living alone. I have also seen my favourite margarine rise from £1 to £1.75. I understand necessary price rises across the board but a 75% rise in one item is completely unfair. I have shopped with Iceland regularly for many years but feel I must look elsewhere due in no small part to your current retail practises.

Great place to shop, well set out with a wide range of products, good choice. All you would need for your freezer, store cupboard and a choice of wines and beers. Great prices and plenty of spaces to park.

Do some of my weekly shopping here, store is usually clean and tidy and not busy when I go. Could do with less space used for crisps and sweets and more variety of tinned food. Prices have gone up and some products are smaller so don't get much for your money cooked meats seem very fatty and lower quality cuts than they used to be so much so even the cat doesn't want it

The new produce on offer are brilliant. I'm buying items I wouldn't normally purchase. Black Jack ice lollies are amazing. Had to buy a new freezer 😊 seriously!

Plenty of room to move and look at things...apart from the staff stocking up the freezers ! But it needs to be done ! I appreciate that! Iceland is brilliant for variety and choice ! They always have something new ! Brilliant for value and choice ! Cheers Iceland !
