"alright"
if
you
don't
care
for
good
service
with
your
food.
I've
been
a
few
times
previously
and
had
mixed
reviews.
Today
has
finalised
my
visits
though
due
to
the
extreme
lack
of
customer
service
received
from
the
main
man.
Today,
for
simply
asking
politely
whether
a
food
item
contained
milk
etc,
I
was
rudely
ambushed
by
him
with
verbal
abuse,
numerous
eye
rolls
and
sighs,
while
the
young
lady
remained
extremely
polite
and
helpful
trying
to
calm
the
situation
which
he
was
eagerly
amplifying.
Apparently
in
his
words
"[the
food
industry]
is
getting
ridiculous
now"
and
it's
"silly
of
me
to
go
to
a
chip
shop".
He
couldn't
be
bothered
to
look
for
the
allergy
contents
of
a
product.
He
raised
his
voice
to
me
because
I
pointed
out
basic
customer
service
skills,
and
his
lack
of.
Customers
walked
out
of
his
shop
without
paying
for
goods
because
of
this
disgraceful
attitude
towards
simple
service.
The
lady
on
the
other
hand
remained
polite
and
I
would
have
purchased
my
goods
for
the
fact
of
her
being
so
helpful
if
he
hadn't
of
said
"don't
you
go
slagging
me
off"
and
"I
don't
have
a
problem",
apparently
the
customer
was
wrong!
On
a
previous
occasion,
I
entered
with
my
4
year
old
who
went
to
retrieve
a
drink
from
the
fridge
cabinet
to
which
he
had
shouted
at!!
I
told
him
then
that
my
child
was
only
young
and
wanted
to
get
a
drink
from
the
customer
fridge
which
was
available
for
customers
to
retrieve
themselves.
It
seems
he
is
well
known
for
his
disgraceful
behaviour
towards
his
customers.
I
don't
imagine
he
has
many
loyal
ones,
if
any.
As
said,
if
you
just
want
a
greasy
dab
as
you
walk
by,
fine.
If
you
expect
a
smile
or
an
ounce
of
politeness
though,
beware!
I
won't
even
proceed
to
tell
you
about
the
wirey
chest
hair
you
may
find
in
your
portion
of
chips
or
sweat
drops
in
your
gravy...
