A lovely park, dog friendly and plenty for the kids to play on. Also a large bee hive with bee keepers attending to them and always happy to have a chat

Nice park didn't walk around it all but the children's playground was nice enough in the warm weather we had today. Lot's of green space to walk round, we'll kept grounds.

This time of year February, the park is sodden with water, everywhere. The Parks department have cut down a few Tree's. Bulbs planted ready for spring. The Friends of the park, have been very busy. Planting flower beds. plus growing vegetables in the triangle greenhouse and wooden raised flower beds. All with the Community in mind.

Love this Park, which is near to my home. There is a mini fitness section which big people use for free! The kids can use the playground and have fun. Friends of Ightenhill Park are very hard working too, find them on Facebook. They have put beehives in the park and the honey is gorgeous.

Its nice. Not that big but pretty well kept. lots of dog walkers but they seem to keep them under control and pick up after them. often have little fairs there with a few cake stalls and little rides. People around here usually friendly. Lots of large established trees and bushes, mostly fairly flat. a smaller kids fenced play area and a few larger play items and a zip wire.
