    I called here today 12th June '23, drive thru..and asked for a decaf skinny latte....I was given a GF Latte, 2 Sig Espresso. The girl was sorry it took so long as they were getting used to the new equipment, no excuse!! It was a good job I didn't decide to drink this on way home as I am allergic to Caffeine. If I had drunk this I would have fainted and who knows what could have happened. If someone from Starbucks reads these review, please please make sure the staff are told about these and give the correct drink to their customers. Some people just like decaf but there are people like me who have an allergy to it.

    Filthy place toilets disgusting even hand dryer doesn’t work. Bad attitude on supervisor. Hair not tied back absolutely disgusting looks completely unkempt just like the place. Look at all the reviews it’s one to avoid Starbucks need to send a manager in. Staff are very rude and not trained in customer services

    Shocking, I dont come often, but I love the egg nogg latte twice this weekend to be told they don't have any surely. If they sell out quickly, you would order more stock.

    I’m really not joking here. I am a vegan and my partner has a dairy allergy, which they have stopped asking about when you order plant based milks recently. THREE CONSECUTIVE TIMES these guys have given me dairy milk. 1) ordered 2 soya flat whites and got dairy milk - they give me 2 free drinks for the inconvenience, fair enough mistakes happen 2) using my free drinks vouchers, I ordered the same as 1 and the same happened. More dairy milk. Nothing done about this one. 3) ordered 2 mochas with oat milk, received 1 correct and 1 americano with dairy milk?…. Who has taken over this place? I haven’t been in a while but it used to be great. Only once I was offered an apology and some kind of compensation for this. I’ve not touched milk in about 4/5 years until this place. Truly astonishing that in 2023 this is taken as such a light matter. I run a restaurant and the potential for disaster when ignoring allergies is enormous. The worst Starbucks I have been to anywhere in the world. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but hopefully the ops manager will see this and get something done.

    Waited over an hour for 6 drinks! We were sitting in and half the drinks and half the food were on/in crockery and the other half in paper cups and paper bags. No highchair available unless you were happy to use one without any safety straps. Dirty tables with multiple empties on them and in the time we were there no one came out to clean tables. The condiment station was just about empty. My advice don't bother.

    Had a terrible experience ordering 2 drinks. The Americano took 5 minutes but they clearly had no idea how to make my Frappe (which costs £5 !!), asking each other, opening and closing fridges looking for syrups etc etc. I took nearly 20 minutes . 3 ladies behind also waited ages, but the man (known by name) who was now 6th in line, got served FIRST !!! Never again

    I usually go to the Capitol Centre Starbucks and they have zero issue with me taking my dog in. They welcome her with open arms. I came to this one and while waiting for my order, I was informed that my dog is not allowed in store. I'm not being funny but it should be one or the other across all your stores. There were zero signs on the windows or doors stating this so no wonder I was confused. Not happy. I won't be going back and will go to one where my dog is welcome

    When through the drive through this morning 3 cars in front of me it took 35 mins from ordering to get to the window to pay. I told server who had been yawning the whole time I was in the queue to cancel the order as 35 minutes is to long and he did not know which order was mine. I appreciate sometime places are understaffed but close the drive through as once you are in the queue there is no getting out of it.

    There was young guy in today, he was very knowledgeable of all the Starbucks products. He used his initiative to offer us vegan cream based on our plant based milks 10/10 (nobody seems to get this) it's a real positive change as we've been here before and service has been poor. Cashier mistakes and order mess ups. Today was a real positive change. We'll be back. Keep this new colleague here. He was wearing a tie and walking with a limp. Can't stress enough the difference between what we've had before and this guy. Amazing improvement

    I visited this store on a business trip twice. Staff miserable felt like we were being a nuisance ordering, and drinks were ok,took ages to be served. All i can say is I'm glad they do not work for me in a customer service role!! Only had drinks, so I can't comment on food. The toilets are not great, and the hand dryer was not working

    If you want the usual drinks they are in stock.. new and specials never seem to ever be in. Pricing seems to fluctuate along with the cup sizes at the drive through. Quality variable depends who serves you.

    I’ve just spent 18 minutes waiting for a skinny latte at the Starbucks in Clitheroe. There are 3 people behind the counter. They all look like as if they don’t want to be there. The shop is not even half full. In fact there are only 16 people here including myself. I paid for the coffee at 15.54 but only got it at 16.12. The guy doing the coffees is a mess working very slow and dropping and knocking things around. The other two look distant and indifferent to everything and everyone. My coffee tastes absolutely disgusting so I can’t drink it. Total waste of money and time. This is very frustrating as this is the only Starbucks shop near me.

    We went on 13th of June. No clients apart from us. Ordered 3 tall iced coffees. It took around 20 minutes for the first coffee and around 30 minutes for all three, we didn't ask for it, but for some reason, they were oat milk. We also bought a too good to go bag, in the app it said collection time 6.30pm-7pm, when we got there it turned out they forgot to change the collection time (which they tried to blame on the too good app) and collection is at 9 pm. The lady who served me apologized, the other girl literally said well you're not having it love. I won't be going back there

    Please fix the intercom and the bad attitude. I placed an order for an almond milk latte. It was hard to hear the response over the intercom so I assumed the server was asking if I wanted anything else; I replied that it was fine, I wasn’t bothered. The server misunderstood my response and replied, “you HAVE to be bothered if you’re allergic to milk”. I explained that I wasn’t and that I couldn’t hear her properly. I tried to place my order again. The response was, “Are you allergic to milk OR NOT?” I cancelled my order and took my custom elsewhere; the service was friendly and polite, in contrast to the way I was spoken to at Starbucks. I understand that the intercom system can make communication difficult but there are ways to resolve this issue without resorting to snappy and rude responses. My only explanation for the way I was spoken to was the early hour; I was the first customer of the day. Perhaps the server had woken up on the wrong side of the bed. In this case, I would suggest an extra shot of coffee in the server’s morning latte. With almond milk, of course.

    Nice Starbucks with comfy seating . Drive thru available which has been great in the covid lockdowns.. My only small complaint is that the strength of coffee in a medium black Americano can vary wildly.. Depends which barista you get and how much water they add.. Have to continually go back to the counter with weak coffee ..they sometimes make the Grande with 2 shots and it should be 3 ..unless it's a milk coffee..

    Very thin and watery coffee .. this must be the only starbucks where the drinks are absolutely awful.. visited starbucks in other countries as i love starbucks coffee and they have always had quality drinks but please avoid the clitheroe starbucks. Spend your money at another starbucks. £4 for a totally watered down drink. Yuck!

    Paid for two drinks and a muffin . You know it’s gonna be interesting when the person says would you like the muffin in the plate and you say yes then they give it you in a bag . There was no one queuing when we. Bought the food but it still took over 30 min to make the drinks . Didn’t help that by the time we got the sinks one of the cups was mucky .

    Unfortunately service is very poor. Far too slow and staff lack enthusiasm and a smile would go a long way. Lots of staff changes. Needs a manager at weekend and more staff. I’m a regular and seen a massive difference from 12 months ago. Hope you find this constructive criticism.

    Not the cheapest coffee place nearby, but a good sized cup and the barista did a good job so was a very pleasant brew. Friendly and helpful staff and the seating comfortable and well spaced out and good ventilation which I think is important these days. WiFi available

    My hubby placed his order and was told they’d let him know when it was ready. He sat down and all the staff disappeared. Five minutes later he noticed an order on the side that was ours but nobody had told him! Caramel frappes tasted of nothing to add insult to injury…never again!!!

    if I could have given no stars I would have, filthy place the seats were disgusting all stained floor filthy needed good sweep , and door s to toilets need a good scrub where hands have been . Whish I had not gone just in glad I only had coffee

    Only the 3rd time I have visited Starbucks, and I am still not over joyed with the drink. I had a medium Latte, service was good ,at the time I visited it was quite, which I like. But the drink has never been up to the standard I get at other establishment, and therefore have only gave 2 stars.
