Absolutely fantastic place, reasonable prices and delicious coffee. The staff, Abs, Hari and Beth were very welcoming and polite. Will definitely go again.

Always wanted to Visit, had a Casual Meeting. Rhode Island Have their Own Coffee Blend, Chairs for all sorts of Comfort, Broad selection of Drinks, they have a fridge for a small range of cool drinks. I chose the Elderflower with my Honeycomb Cappachino, Great Staff, Seats indoor and out, Only Cafe where I have seen a books in the Far Corner, Great Place to visit it's Right if you like to visit places. Food is also available due to a short meeting.. I didn't browse. Will love to visit again. Been meaning to for over a year since this visit. Go alone or go together can work with your laptop phone alone or even over the phone, didn't check for group seatings, By all means visit if have the time. Fantastic service, great coffee and lovely atmosphere!

Staff are relaxed, friendly but also very hardworking. Here is a cafe that provides book swaps, workspaces, smooth espresso and a homely atmosphere. A coffee shop with a very progressive identity in the heart of Blackburn. My suggestion is that there is more room for improvement around making this a stronger workspace. Coffee shops are the new libraries. There is nothing better than working away/ reading / writing in a coffee shop, varied seating would be influential to the community. I.e Booths, Pods, Egg chairs, bean bags to name a few. Not taking away from this being a good place to chat, but the concept of making this an even better workspace for productivity is a market I think could be utilised.

Great, strong coffee and tasty brownie. Welcoming environment and friendly staff. I noticed there is a new manager and I think he will be great when he fully finds his feet.

Lovely coffee shop with lunch options. I would particularly reccomend the cakes, which are superb. Coffees are good and service is quick. The interior has pleasant furnishings, which create a good atmosphere.

Loved my recent visit to Blackburn - this coffee shop was brilliant. The owner and his staff made me and my partner very welcome and I had the best latte ever 😊👍

Never been a fan of RIC. I tried it out again and was just as disappointed as I've been. Price for 2 regular hot chocolates was £8+ and I'd have been just as happy with a £1 McDonald's one. The staff seem nice and polite and it is clean inside. Portion size is good, just not very tasty

Went her for a coffee it was just after 4pm it doesn't close till 5.30pm had to have take away cup as they weren't using proper cups because of the time a bit disappointing as your charged the same also they don't have toilets

Lovely place to visit warm and welcoming staff. Loved the coffee and the coffee cake and u can pick a book to read. The staff are always smiling so I really like it specially when it's a miserable weather. My favourite place to have a coffee now every time I go to town

First fricken decent coffee since being in the UK. As someone who lives is Melbourne, Australia (a coffee centre of the world) I’m actually impressed. The coffee I had actually tasted like home. Thank you. As a side note found it strange they had to ask if soya milk was a preference or an allergy. But hey I’m not complaining I finally drinking a good cup of coffee.

Both the coffee and Chai we got were bad. The batista does not know how to make them.

Came here with a friend plenty of room, staff friendly came over with my drink and cake. Love coming here when Im in town.

Good coffee, friendly staff and while I was there I witnessed staff go above and beyond to help less abled customers.

Rhodes Island Coffee is my ' GO TO ' coffee stop whenever I am in Blackburn. Excellent staff who know how to serve my favourite drink.

Rhode Island coffee is the best in Blackburn. Shame there aren't more shops in other places. There toasted fruit tea cakes with marmalade are great.

Nice coffee but for me it could be cheaper. Personally I think the food is over priced too. Staff are always nice and friendly, some are slower than not great when all's you want is a coffee to go.

Best coffee shop in Blackburn town centre by far. Friendly staff, it's nice and clean, a good range of products. The cakes are amazing, never dry. I love the book swap they have. Such a good idea helps reduce waste and also save money.

Not a bad place for coffee, way over priced and the cakes and sandwiches as well, could do with the dirty and stained chairs and seating replacing, considering how much profit they must make. Always friendly service, this is my watchword as I am a real people person and like to interact, I don't view the staff as just people doing a job but as people to interact with, conversation friendly banter to make their day good, having been in many jobs and self employed,it value customer interaction.

This coffee shop is hands down, the best I’ve ever been too. The staff are immensely welcoming! Super friendly and make you feel right at home. I was having an off day and one of the workers (I didn’t quite catch his name) cheered me up by bringing me cake (it was delicious btw) bless him 🥺. The act alone made my day/mood go from 0 to 100 real quick! Wanted to make sure, his act of kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again if you see this! Will definitely be coming here regularly for my daily caffeine fix and regular self study sessions. I will be recommending this pace every chance I get :)

Great coffee friendly staff and can make a mean flat white best in town also great cake. Overall very popular and always busy credit to the staff.
