We visited this beautiful place for a sunday roast meal with friends. Really enjoyed every course. The salmon, roast beef, aspen fries, dessert. Highly recommend this place also for the service, the wine and the interiors. Enjoyed every minute! Thanks a lot!

The waiter who served us was very professional and friendly. Ordered the French onion soup and the steak and they were lovely. The fries were super crispy. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

Just had a fantastic meal at King Street Kitchen. The selection was great and the quality of the food excellent. In addition the service was brilliant. If I could give 10* I would.

Honestly , IMO this is one of the best restaurants on the Planet ! That good 👍 Not a massive , extensive menu but a sensible selection of fresh beautiful quality food , very well presented by friendly and professional staff at not unreasonable prices ..What’s not to like ..We’ll be back ..A lot !!!!

Walked in without an appointment on a Sunday evening just by looking at the menu. Not being local and not being aware of what to expect this was definitely an amazing find for us. Has good vegetarian options too. Please ask for them and food tasted really nice and the portions were very good. Hospitality and service was top class… a good recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy some good food over a nice conversation…

Really good service. Ordered French onion soup which was really nice. Followed by steak and aspen fries, the steak was lovely albeit a bit salty. And finished with a biscoff style doughnut. Will definitely come back ✌

First time I’d been to the Bistro and was not disappointed. The service was exemplary and the food quality equally matched. We will be back!

Called in last night very last minute and shared a starter, main and cheese board with my partner. Everything was first rate, staff were accomdating and a lovely ambience in the place. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend.

First visit here - superb food and wine. Very impressed. We are spoilt for great food in the Ribble Valley and this is up there with top few.

Myself and 5 friends spent an enjoyable Saturday night having an excellent and most enjoyable meal in this local restaurant. Service was immaculate and the food was delicious. There was a great atmosphere as all tables were full. Everything was cooked and presented perfectly. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Vegan options are available if notified ahead as we did for one guest.

A friend was kind enough to buy us a voucher and introduce us to this place. The food, service, atmosphere is absolutely excellent. The rib-eye steak was out of this world. A fantastic evening and one we'll definitely be repeating.

What a dining gem amongst Whalley's if not the  Ribble Valley's renowned eating establishments. A clever, honest fusion of English/French cuisine. New World and French wines to expertly compliment all choices and courses. Do not expect large portions, this restaurant prefers quality over quantity. As a pescatarian and a none sweet desert eater, I am often limited in choice, not here. The assiette of seafood was simpley sublime. The fruit cake accompanying the selection of cheese's is light and flavour rich. The meat eaters in my party also waxed lyrical about their Ribeye stesk and the Sirloin roast beef. If there was a suggestion to be made it is to include a black pepper biscuit/waffer to mop up the scrummy gin infused dressing of the salmon starter. This little restaurant is a serious contender for a culinary award!
