One of the nicer Nandos I've been to, particularly as the staff were so nice and helpful. You know what you'll get and pay and it will be consistently good. Only knocking one star off as the burgers (including the new sunset burger) were very small particularly for the price.

Absolutely appalled at the managers lack of customer service skills at the Blackburn branch. The staff even commented on how poor he was at managing the restaurant. Very poor he doesn’t derserve to be a manager and has ruined the Nando’s name for us. On the the evening of the kings coronation to veterans you should be ashamed.

Great food but terrible service. We tried to book online but it said we couldn’t, then when we got there the woman on the desk asked if we had booked. Very confusing seen as we couldn’t book! Our starter came out and 30 seconds later so did our meal. The waitress tried to clear out plates as we still had food in our hands about to eat it. We replied no, to which she said well are none of the plates done? Not one person asked if our meal was okay, and when our plates were empty, none came to clear it! Very disappointed and our overall experience felt very rushed. Would not recommend.

Fantastic evening meal out with the family and grandkids. We arrived slightly early and were shown to our seats rather quickly. The head chef that night was introduced to us as Alistair Simpson. Alistair really made the night and was really good with the grandkids. Alistair really likes kid he says and that love of kids really translates into his cooking. The chicken was superb and crisp, I cannot fault it at all.

3 meals came out and there was no cutlery ready even though it was not busy. We waited an extra half an hour until i had to get up and ask a member of staff for the rest of our food which was only garlic bread for two people and 3 desserts. The first 3 meals were abit cold but everything else was good. the garlic bread finally came, however we waited another 15 minutes until we had to ask another member of staff for our desserts which eventually came out and not with the right sides.The chocolate cake also included a lovely staff members hair. Overall the experience was poor and not worth the hour wait and we would not like to return.

Excellent place to eat! Very well run Nandos in blackburn! Everything was just how a nandos is supposed to run. Very happy with the food and the service. The staff are super hardworking and friendly. The food is usual Nandos quality and the atmosphere is very nice. Perfect for family and friends. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Very nice food with customisable orders. Decent chips, tender chicken, nice vegetables and lots of great vegetarian options with yummy lactose free ice cream and friendly staff. We usually like to order with mobile using the QR codes but the website wasn't working so we had to order at the bar. Great choice for kids and families as well as adults!

First time going to nandos. Food was good but portion sizes small for the price and wouldn't class extra hot as that all. Pretty much self service which I didn't like and they had no cheese!? So had to change my order

Fuming!! We came to Nandos (of which we had to wait an hour to be seated) and then to watch the new Batman film (which is a 3 hour long film), only to be sent in the post a fine from the carpark as we had overstayed. We appealed to Premier Park…providing the receipts, with times on, to show that we were using the facilities and the appeal has been rejected. I’ve since found out online that this is very common with this particular carpark and I think it is completely unfair that if the people being sent parking charges can prove that they have been using the facilities the whole time and are still being expected to pay the £100 fine!! This will definitely put me off from visiting in future as it is not an adequate amount of time to park. Vue and Nandos should not be allowing this. Although the carpark is not owned by Nandos, it should be in their best interests to make sure that this is not happening to their customers.

Loads of parking , easy to find. Friendly staff good food. Loaded fries could do with more toppings. Rest of the food good. Wheelchair friendly

Visited on a Saturday at around 5pm. Food and atmosphere was fine at this branch, as expected from any Nandos really. However almost everyone was being turned away at the door being told it was a 40 minute wait for a table even though the restaurant was only half full. You could clearly see empty tables from outside and even when we were eating there were plenty of empty tables around us. Not quite sure why we were made to wait?

First experience after lockdown opening eating outside, staff were very attentive and helpful. Would recommend.

Orderd food for 21:40 turned up to collect food at 21:35 to be sat there waiting unti 22:05 to be served cold food when I got home with the food the bread was stale and hard. I would recommend to stay well away for the sake off people's health.

So, my first time at a Nando's and I won't be going to another one. The food, well the chicken, was ok but a very small portion that I had ordered with salad and long stem broccoli. My salad was below par for what a restaurant should be serving in my opinion and my broccoli was cold. This meal cost me around £14 and I wouldn't have expected to pay anything more that £7. Its almost a self service restaurant so although the staff were pleased to deal with you, the interaction was minimal. To drink I had a beer, costing me almost £5 for a can ! Way overpriced. It was cold in the restaurant and the atmosphere I would say was more canteen than restaurant. All in all, a very poor experience and one not to be repeated, after all the hype about Nando's i expected more.

Amazing Customer Service. Nadeem served us and was super friendly, we ordered right before closing and we got a free additional half chicken for the wait which wasn’t even that long! Nadeem made our night with his exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. I would go back for sure.

We had to wait 50 mins for food, it looked like the team were more excited to go home than ensure we had our meals as they was closing down the kitchen rather than cooking. All but one soda was working, no water, ice or drink options. Was a very poor experience.

Went for a saturday meal with kids. We needed a few things from the staff but couldnt get a hold of anyone. The security guard on site was a great guy and really helpful! Would definitely come again!

We had a nice meal today at this Nandos. The staff were courteous and polite. Chicken platter was deliciously grilled. It's all in the bottled sauces and there's plenty of them to pick and choose from. The ambiance with world music played at the background was a nice touch. Decor good and the wide open windows was great. Feels like you're eating outside inside. Children friendly too which is a big plus for us. Overall we had a great time.

Can't fault this Nandos. Staff really friendly, lovely restaurant and quiet when we went. A lot easier now you can order from the table. Clean environment and lots of parking. Prefer this one to the halal one at Trafford Centre. Portion sizes seemed bigger and the food fresher.

This visit had to be the best visit to nandos to date. This was purely down to the customer service provided by Louise. My friends were already there and had ordered my food in advance. When I arrived Louise had my order ready and brought it to the table. Her overall etiquette was impeccable.

Great delicious food. Slight issue from ordering from the table so had to re order at the til which meant double payment on the day (it did come back in next day) not helpful if for people who don't have the extra funds. Chicken was delicious and as always i get my pitta which was deliciously cooked.

Nice Nandos setup. Came here last week after bowling. It was very busy so hard to wait for about 20 minutes which wasn't too bad. Had the portobello mushroom burger which I've never had before and was very tasty and made a change from having chicken 🤟

Best chicken lovely for families plenty of space to move around. Food is quality. I've been coming here for last 5 year's always be e welcomed.

Shocking service and shocking food! Ordered a nandinos meal for our daughter which came out very cold so sent back, when it came back the breast fillet shrunk and was as if it was half cut. Called manager over who came out after 20 minutes who just smirked at the food and said they all come in different sizes and didnt do anything about it! Was very rude. Took a picture along side the cocktail stick which just shows how small the fillet was. The table was filthy and still had chicken skin stuck on it from the last visitors, had to use baby wipes to clean the table which was disgusting! Considering i go nandos atleast twice a month i will not visit the Blackburn branch again! Shocking. Bolton & Manchester branches are 10/10.

It is a very good place to eat. I really liked the food. especially the chicken wings and also cauliflower the way they do. excellent service 👌 I'll be back soon

The food was great (bit pricey but hey ho). You’re only given a ten minute slot to collect your takeaway so I arrived early but……….. I had to wait beyond my collection time (bit annoying) the order was ordered at 18:15, order was for 20:20 but was still late.

Really good food and service. Staff were prompt and attentive. The wait was exactly as advised and the cleanliness of the restaurant was good. They use an app to order the food which is brilliant and means you don't need to queue up

Shocking service in this Nando’s store , totally staff haven’t got a clue what there are doing you have customers waiting around with no one to welcome them , take away orders pilling up on front desk not packaged, staff joking around playing on their mobile phones , completely joke, I wonder how they run this business. Food is good but the service is absolutely bad Nando’s you’ve got to get a grip of customer service here .
