Whoever handles the McDonald’s app needs to find another job. Me and my family were feeling a bit of McDonald’s today so I ordered the food online. I then arrived there and I showed them the code on my phone. It was all going great until I went to the last window, the women goes to me 'Its not coming up onto my screen, could you go back around' I parked up somewhere in the car park and I was checking on the McDonald’s app to see what had happened. It then says ‘The order has not been placed, there is an issue with the order go inside and speak to somebody’ I thought well if the order hasn’t been placed I may as well just cancel it. So I cancelled the order and placed a new one. I get my food and I’m about to head back home but then I get two emails telling me that two payments have been taking. So I’m thinking huh it must be a mistake double email. But I check closer and there’s two different order numbers. So the order that it was saying there’s an issue with, they took the money for that as well. I went back around and spoke to another lady on the money window, bless her, no beating around the bush she just helped me straight away with it and told me that I’d get a refund. So after waiting there for almost an hour I got back home and I’m just excited to eat, but then I see a couple of things are missing? So I’m thinking wow they’ve taken the money from me and they’ve not given me everything. I tried calling them I get no answer. Very annoyed, those people that are in the kitchen also need to be sacked. It’s not a chill spot where you can talk with your friends. They’re getting paid for making our orders wrong? Terrible. I’m actually very disappointed. After all the years of me ordering from McDonald’s in Hyndburn. I’ll never be going back there again. And if I could leave 0 stars I would. Or even minus stars, they’d be getting a never ending amount of them.

Bring mcdonalds milkshakes back. McDonalds is nothing without it. :(

Right it is not fair about the grand reopening of McDonald's Accrington that was done back in 3/10/2017, that on the day there was helium balloons for the grand reopening at 11am that is missleading because children can't get one due to reopening it on a school day and it is a waste of helium for the balloons until 3pm and today there was none and I get very angry seeing this picture on the internet and it has to be removed due to legal issues. So my suggestion is to bring back helium balloons to some of McDonald's UK locations and you can also email McDonald's Customer Services about this picture being an issue that today McDonald's UK needs to bring back helium balloons, due to an email that I done about McDonald's Harlow using helium balloons after 2018 and the information given back to me was good because it is some thing they not used for a few years and it can be done without using the plastic tube just like McDonald's Congleton had done since the introduction of paper straws to McDonald's UK back in late 2018.

Pisstake ordered 15 quids worth of food and when the delivery came all there was were a box of nuggets and when I called they said can I come down and collect the rest at midnight! when I had paid for delivery and service charges I can’t go down to collect it so they said they couldn’t help me

95% of the time this place is bad! Food is always cold and tastes rubbery. I normally go to the one at rising bridge where the food is always hot and tastes like McDonald’s should. If I was McDonald’s I would do something about this place. If this was the only McDonald’s you used, you would just think it was generally bad food!!

Just been and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a Festive Stack,I got 2 cheeseburgers and Festive Chicken plus service is soo slow now I might as well just cook it myself,not fast food anymore

Served by a young man at the drive thru in Accrington this morning called Zac who was polite, helpful with an order query, courteous and jolly. Just the kind of personality you need in customer service and hence why I have given a personal mention.

Just don't understand how hard it is to get an order right when you're reading it off a screen! Yet again, another Just Eat order, and there's missing food items! Waited over an hour to have food missing what has been ordered, and it's just not on! Will not be ordering anytime soon, until they can actually work out what they're doing, and can actually get the order right for once

Quickly prepared and hit food. However no ketchups available unless you stump up 10 pence even for the small free ones you can squeeze out. Not coming back 😭

Been to accrington McDonald’s tonight ask for a quarter pounder meal payed for two bbq sauces what is rediculess that they charge for sauce got home thy gave me a mc plant burger what I wouldn’t feed to the dog the fries was iced cold the drink was full off ice witch I did ask them not to put ice in try’ed ringing them and thy want pick up so I’ve been and wasted my money for something I did not want to eat it’s a joke a proper rip off shame on use McDonald’s I won’t be coming back no more and do me a favoure ask your staff to stop from picking there nose and we’re hair masks filthy low life’s

Went for tea with my little one as a widweek treat and when we arrived half the menu was off odered what we could waited reieced food to then notice that the table we picked was dirty there was food on the seats and floor the store was empty so not like they was busy accrington mcdonald has dedo gone down hill over the years 1

Worst meal ever from there they forgot some of my order went back no apology, all family meals cold the big mac looked like it had been throw together had to warm them up in microwave won't be going back.

I bought 5 meals for my work colleagues as a treat, and paid at the first window and the lady who served me was very nice. However when I collected my meals at the last window I asked for some sauces and the lady was very rude and obnoxious. She wanted 60 pence for a barbecue dip, I offered to pay on my card and she said go back to the first window as she can’t take payment…. I will leave it there

Food came upside down. Not very good customer service, took a while for the food. Really disappointed with McDonald’s Accrington.

Shame you need to pay for bbq souce even you buy a meel, manager said they have different franchise... Shame

Terrible service get better staff at least tell them to pay attention if someone orders no cheese on the burger and it even say on the wrapper NO CHEESE, do not put cheese on... by the time I found out the had put cheese on it I was half way home so I had to go all the way back to get it changed...Pisstake especially on this weather.

Well what can I say. Not been to a McDonald's in a while so I thought I'd try this one in Accrington whilst working there. Staff lovely and friendly. Disappointed with the food. Fries luke warm at best. Our double cheeseburgers were cold to the touch. I don't know how long they were stood before being served to me. Safe to say i won't be going back again. Cold food ain't great. Nice staff. Rubbish food.

FAO MANAGER What an joke this place is, you cannot cope with the amount of orders via just eat, its absolute disgrace the length of time to get through drive through. Included in my I order was 20 nuggets, the nuggets behind the serving desk dont even bother to put any dips in so thanks for that we really enjoyed or 20 chicken nuggets without any dips...maybe you need to start asking your customers if they would like some in future! I'll never come here again!

As a veggie always have a mcplant. Great place but spoiled by youths being antisocial as always. 5 come in and one buys some fries , and thru take up 3 tables. No respect.

Very long wait, rubbish food! Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever had. Went through the drive through at about 10.30. Ordered 2 of the new cheesy big tasty. One with no onions. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes, nobody spoke to us. Eventually had the food given to us, I'd ordered large but had just been given regular, hey I understand it was just a mistake and I was told I'd only ordered regular, no problem but it would have been nice to have had an offer to sort it out. Parked up in their carpark, fries were absolutely stone cold, and had obviously been waiting 30 minutes, too. I'd ordered one big tasty with no onions, but it had bits of onion on it. Obviously, the person who made it accidentally put onion on then tried to remove it. The other big tasty they'd forgot to put the salad on. There was no offer of sauce even though we'd bought a cheese melt share box. Couldn't go back to complain unless we queued to go through the dive through again as main doors were locked.

Ordered Big Mac, big and cheesy meal, vanilla milkshake and chocolate milkshake. Only received Big Mac and Big and Cheesy without the chips. Tried to contact McDonald's but line was busy, probably with other dissatisfied customers.

Drive thru service was very slow and unprofessional no hello no thanks drinks were half the cups and staff was unpleasant and was keep saying I can't i can't even though the food is cold and drinks were half empty. Manager was good who luckily was there to help normally no Manager for service. The main part they never have milkshake.

Ignorant clever mouthed kids taking your order who don't listen to what you have told them but go blindly rabbiting on about going large and would you like anything else but cannot even repeat your order back to you , no manners no please and thank yous no hellos and am glad I have stopped spending my hard earned money in there.

Wouldn't really say it's inconsistent. You're experience here is usually dependent on the time of day you order food, mood of the staff, and whether the food is fresh.

You can't have an order, unless u drive before 6am. Even if stated to be open 24hours. One sarcastic member of staff , even pointed out that's why it's called a drive throw. How to lose customers. I won't be using them again. Shame as I work local and start early. Bet there are plenty customer who are up early and don't drive.

Long wait in queue for drive through, food not hot just a bit warm, no milk shake for the last 4 visits over a few weeks!!

After much thought, I have decided I am going to write this review. A few days ago I arrived to grab a medium Big Mac meal, upon picking up my food I realised it was cold which is unusual from my usual service here. I made a staff member called Amy aware and as she was retrieving fresh fries, I over heard her say "what do you expect when you come into a McDonald's at 9pm) I expect hot food. Food was good.

Quick and easy through the drive through. Need more bins as only one very overflowing bin in the car park

Absolutely disgraceful. Manager doesn't know how to talk politely, very rude behaviour. Ordered via the app apparently haven't ordered told me to order again, when I did and showed me proof via phone he told I'll hav to que up again as he's got other customers waiting.

Unfortunately I had to rate a 1 to be able to comment.My rating would be 0, we ordered on the app then went to collect. Waited ages for the food, after a 2 minute drive home the food was stone cold. I won't be eating at Accrington in a hurry.

Went at teatime tonight. The drive through was absolutely rammed so went inside to order for takeaway. The place was packed. On the trolley there was about 15 orders waiting to go out with delivery drivers.....obviously going to be cold and late! I waited 20mins for my order chicken nugget happy meal, McDonald's stop being greedy and get a seperate area for deliveries and stop people waiting so long in restaurant or drive through. Absolutely hats off to the staff....they never stop.

What a p155 take, waited for order to be dropped off the find most of it missing and the food that came was cold. It about time they sorted this out because it's not the first time this has happened, they need to get some staff that know what they are doing and it's about time the milkshake machine was sorted out, milkshakes are always off the menu because someone can not be bothered to clean the machine

Whoever handles Uber eats orders needs the sack. I received my drinks and mcflurries, but no food. Tried ringing up and no answer. The store itself is an absolute state inside, and I know several people who have been ill after eating there. Needs closing down. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Can honestly say I was impressed, I work in a McDonald's store in Ireland, was over visiting family and would normally stay away from McDonald's for numerous reasons but my kids we're hungry, the order takers we're pleasant and polite given it was gone 11.30pm abit of a wait but nothing more than I'd expected at that time of night, food was fresh and hot . Everything we ordered was definitely gold standard 👌

Ordered through just eat. Stated no tomatoes in the burger as my partner has an allergy to them. And they still put them on?

Ordered two meals at the drive through. . One with coffee and one with tea. No milk in the bag. Apart from that it's McDonald's. It'll kill you but it tastes great! Happy days!!

Ordered a delivery via Just Eat. Order took around 40mins and was stone cold when delivered and had to go straight in the bin before we had to order from somewhere else. Order was also incorrect. Food had clearly been sat waiting before someone decided they'd best send it. Absolutely disgusting service

I have given up using this Accrington McDonalds after 15years!!. Sitting waiting in Drive Thru first lane no other cars in front. No matter what time you go. Then 2 or 3 cars go through second lane and I am still waiting thinking the intercom is broken...turns out no it's not... just no one in the pay booth. Lost count over past couple of years the amount of times this has happened so now go to Rising Bridge which is a lot further to travel but definitely worth it for the hassle free service.

Waited far too long for "fast food" and when it came it was luke warm. We specified that we needed a gluten free burger in a happy meal and was served a bun without the burger?!! The tables were unclean, the bins over flowing. Not enough staff to deal with all the Uber Eats who were arriving one after another, along with the busy drive through.

Quite often receive incorrect orders at the drive throu and the chips are usually mildly warm. Nice staff though.
