Sandwiches made really badly with loads of leafy salad and a tiny amount of meat and photo shows 4 sausages in a baguette yet they come with only 2 in. Also make sure you check your food as a few people have told me the miss items regularly.probably cost cutting.

I arrived during lunchtime rush hour and they only had one vegan cheese and ham roll left on the shelf. I asked a lady restocking the drinks if they had anymore and she smiled and offered to make me one fresh. Honestly, it was excellent customer service and the people on shift today were all so friendly. I'll come back for sure

It's Greggs, I think most people know what they sell lol it's a big shop and also has a seating area included in this particular one

Greegs in accrington we have 2 now one in the center and another one opened in near to McDonald's my choice is center one if you like fresh and warm food i bought 2 times from another greegs warm food but is cold its really disappointing me

Called in a few times with my brother and sister-in-law to the Accrington store. And your lucky to get the breakfast meal. 10.15am this morning breakfast roll incomplete because they ran out of an ingredient. Considering that this was 45 minutes until the breakfast menu ended. Was charged extra for extra ingredient that should have been in place of the missing ingredient. Not good to be honest there menu states until 11.am. this is not the first time this has happened, but the first time that I have complained.....

Cold pasties and sausage rolls. Why don't they remove them when cold

Absolutely wonderful staff and service

Very small shop. Due to this the range is quiet limited. Server was lovely, a little bit elderly so service was a little slow. Food was to be expected. not great but not the worst

Good value £2.20 for a bacon barm cake and a latte.

Good for an early morning coffee with a seated area if you would like to eat breakfast there

Greggs hot chocolate is quality better than Costa and Starbucks.
