21/08/19 When i first sore the pizza i thought “oh god “, presentation wise it didn’t do well so i thought that maybe they would pull it back with taste and they did! Pizza was very yummy and hot ( collection ) and the price is very decent £4.50 . Id go again and recommend others to try it out . Not bad at all ! Thank you 🙏🏼

Ordered 2 x 18 inch Pizzas for the family this evening Absolutely the best in Burnley. Thin crust and well cooked Pizza. Loved it and definitely recommend to others to try. Quality Pizzas and worth the money.

The prices are going up whilst the quality is going down. Never sliced properly and are always at least partly undercooked and cold. Spent £32.50 this time and somehow 2 of the toppings were missing from one of the pizzas. When I rang up they acted as though I was lying, even rang me back after they'd agreed to send a replacement to say if I want a new one I'd have to give the old one back as though that would catch me out or something. I had to wait an extra 40 minutes for the replacement which was watery. This will be our last order.

Usually best pizza place in burnley but pizza was unbelievably undercooked. Paid for stuffed crust as well which was still crumbs as clearly had never been warm enough to even melt. Pizza fell apart as soon as touched as dough was white and hadn't even been slightly cooked. I forced down 1 slice and felt sick. Girlfriend had 1 bite. Cant believe I spent £21 on it

I ordered online and collected it and it was a wonderful service. For the food it was wonderful, however the only thing I might say is that the bottom of the pizza is soft. Also it would be wonderful if they added more stuff to their menu like desserts.

Got 2 pizzas, one stuffed crust, No stuffing at all. Sloppy, Greasy, Salty and pretty much tasteless. Have email them. No reply. Absolutely Disgusting. Never Again.

21£ For a pizza, ordered chicken with pepperoni. When it got here it was chicken, pepperoni jalapeños pepper's onions and a few more so we rang up and they said they cant refund. I couldn't eat it at alI. i nearly order of them everytime i get a pizza. I will not be ordering of these again 😐👎

We ordered a pizza on the phone and we said don’t make it spicy but they made it so spicy we were crying and they said it’s £8 pounds on the phone it turned out to be £10 and it was so bad Iam never buying here again 🤮🤢

Ordered some food it come cold and uncooked there would not come and take it back or or give us a refund and they're asked us for photos sending on WhatsApp and he said he could tell that the pizza was cooked perfectly and it was nice and warm which i would love to know how you can tell all that from a Whatsapp photo she is going to report them after Christmas and also she has them on recording saying that it were cooked perfectly and was warm and refusing to come back and collect the items which needed cooking properly. And as for their customer services which is non-existent not one of them have any manners

Hi ordered on the Pronto Web site 4th Feb 2023. Sent order with instructions to deliver at 6.30pm. Both pizzas and garlic bread were excellent. Seamless ordering payment and delivery. Order on time. Just received my pizza and it was stone cold and not cooked in place we have rang them up and they said that they can tell of a photo that it is cooked properly and warm they wouldn't come back for it and said that it is xmas eve and they are to busy. If i was you order else where or save your money

We got a takeaway and was totally disappointed, the pizza was very greasy with very little topping on.

Pizzas are decent. Was told they were halal and took their word for it. They forgot to make the order but the worker was apologetic and made it fast. Bit overpriced but wiuld go again as close to work

Ordered for 2 adults and 3 kids. Spaghetti bolognese is just mince and pasta with no sauce, kids refused to eat it (don't blame them). 2 pizza's were cold, soggy and just vile. Everything went in the bin. Disgusting

Tonight we ordered the lasagne which I’ve had numerous times but tonight it was awful! I could tell straight away that something was different as they had poured a bit of tomato sauce on the top. When we put it on the plate it was just cooked mince with cheese with the tiny amount of passata on the top. It was just awful and I couldn’t even taste any pasta in it. I’m disgusted that they could send that thinking it was ok!!! 🤮

Food was fine but forgetting something off the order and it not turning up for another hour is unacceptable. We rang twice to find out where it was and got the same answer of it will be there soon. Leaves us not wanting to order again as it should have been sent out immediately with another driver and been here within 20 mins as we don't live far from the shop (10 mins in bad traffic)

A long time favourite for fresh and tasty pizza, good delivery even when across town though at some additional cost. Please to see that the payment portal now includes Apple Pay. Always a contender for the weekend treat dinner

Great pizza's we love the bbq base sauce ! Great customer service, and price.

they have cut back on things over the years that made it great the pizza's are still nice but its not the same the pronto grill that was near Halfords was better used to travel out of county for them
