Had to wait 6 months for my new Ignis but it was worth the wait. Pebley Beach staff were very helpful & kept me up to date with info regarding delivery of my new car. I am very pleased with my Ignis and have mastered the transition from gears to automatic quite well. The reversing camera is a godsend.

The process was hassle free, well organised and very professional.

We recently had the pleasure of buying a car from Pebley Beach Suzuki ... Jamie was the sales person who looked after us and what a lovely guy Jamie is! We are not big car people and have always been a little hesitant about car dealers in the past because of the 'hard sell' approach but this was super relaxed and Jamie couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Responded to a recall via the QR code on the letter. This took me to Pebley Beach Cirencester website, or so I thought. Booked in for refit, but no confirmation. Phoned for confirmation but only got answerphone. Left message but nobody returned call. Arrived for refit only to find it wasn’t booked in. Waste of my time and petrol. Totally unprofessional service. I should have realised this when I found the car had double the mileage it was sold to me as.

We have been taking our cars to Pebley Beach in Cirencester for several years for our MOT’s and they have been great. This last time, despite having no appointments left, they managed to fit us in because our MOT was about to run out and we would be stuck with not being able to use our car (bad planning on my part), so many thanks for helping us out like that.

Seriously, what a service! Been coming here for years now and it's all so painless. Love that it's a family business and that they care. Chris always gives good advice. It's just the sort of place you forget to appreciate fully until it's gone, so I hope they'll see me out! PS mine's a Wrangler - so they don't just take care of Suzukis.

Have used this garage before just for MOT though we don’t have a Suzuki. It has always been first class and I decided to move my wife’s car from her franchised dealer (Mercedes) to this one. Bought a car from Pebley Beach Suzuki without actually visiting the dealership and I am not disappointed at all. Wayne kindly took a video for me and I fell in love with it. Big risk to take, as it could of been full of scratches and dents but after speaking to Wayne a few times I knew I could trust his judgement. He said the car was beautiful and he certainly wasn't wrong. The car was delivered to me 157 miles away in less than a week from purchase. My first experience with Pebley Beach having previously used John Wilkins. Made very welcome to the fold by Mike who does the bookings. Very efficient on the day and with booking in for some follow-up work. The service was brilliant; it was like driving a new car 🙂.

On 14th march I had my car serviced all members of staff were excellent. Great service pleasant area to sit.offered a drink and informed how the service was going and how long it would be.
