Great cafe. Worked close by for nearly 2 years and only just tried it. Probably one of the best I’ve been to food was cooked to perfection, great value for money and lovely service. Will be returning.

Very attentive, friendly service. Had Breakfast which was very tasty, hot and nicely cooked. Popular place so be prepared to wait or they do reserve tables. No fancy named coffee here it is what you ask for, phew what a relief. Filter coffee or Milky Coffee, I am sure they can translate foreign Coffee names to good old Corner Cuppas. Although they did have a nice selection of Tea's to choose from, I left that to someone else in my party. We sat in the Window of the Cafe watching the Butcher opposite, his sausage is an option on the Meat Breakfast, non-Meat Breakfast Available too. Enjoy

I regularly visit the cafe, for breakfast and dinner. The food is awesome and the burgers are very tasty indeed. My son loves the cheese paninis and says the cafe makes the best ones. The home made cakes, speak for themselves really.......very yummy. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are very friendly.

Both me and my son love dinning here, the food is amazing the service is exceptional, the customers are valued and Jane has a lovely sense of humour and vibe when we arrive… we travel to this place especially because of the effort received.

Came for breakfast before a nice Sunday walk, beautiful hot, food amazing price, and the lady who served us made us feel almost at home, so down to earth and had a laugh with us. Can’t fault the food or service. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

A great Lancashire welcome here. We always come away with a smile on our faces after visiting the Corner Cafe. Always well looked after and made to feel right at home. The breakfasts are brill, the cakes fantastic and the specials - just what's not to like😋 The vegetarian options on offer are brilliant too especially the potato and lentil burger. Thank you all concerned💕

Good old fashioned cafe serving quality food, service, prices in a Covid safe environment. A FB messenger table booking was quickly answered, and our excitement grew. The menu has a fabulous range of breaky items, with options to pick and choose, and even upgrade to the local butchers sausages. It tasted excellent, and you might not get fancy frothy moccas, but you do get a decent brew, a milky coffee, or cafetiere as options. The service is excellent, friendly & fun, and you're treated like a regular even though this was our first time. It was busy, with most tables full & a steady stream of takeaway items. They're only open from Wednesday to Sunday, which is why we've missed out on getting here, but it will not be our last trip.
