As a visitor it was nice & friendly. I was disappointed by the smear campaign but anything like this should be done face to face not via message. This avoids this mess. There could be a many reasons for an employee to look hung over etc. As an employer you have a duty of care too. If the employee isn’t fit for duty then they must be removed from that duty as a safety concern.

Excellent staff run by great people, currently a victim of a PR smear campaign by an enitled little so and so who couldn't take a warning over her appearance and conduct. Ignore the recent one star posts, these are just kids on their pay as you go phones being kids.

Easily the best place in Accrington for a bru and breakfast. Such a lovely warm atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back as a regular as it left that good of an impression :) 10/10

Pretty standard breakfast sandwiches, I got a sausage bap and a cappuccino. Was pleased to learn they've got soya and oat milk for coffee

Nice friendly staff and very welcoming, good choice of coffee and light snacks. Don't overlook the independent coffee shops in favour of the big name shops with miserable staff.

Small and welcoming cafe with a mixed clientele including office workers and shoppers. Decent price, nice menu of good coffee, hot and cold food, sandwiches, soup etc.

We have visited twice. First time there was a small child wandering around the back of the counter, not good with hot drinks ovens etc. Second time not many places to sit others who obviously knew the staff sat around chatting long after they had finished space was limited. My order was taken at the counter girl could have smiled and looked pleased to serve us but was chatting to other staff. Food was ok wont be going back as not very big and seating limted.

Best tasting coffee locally. Really comfortable relaxed coffee shop. Friendly helpful staff and reasonably priced. Definately recommend. :-)))
