We always love coming here when we visit Burnley. It is always very busy but the staff still find the time to welcome you. They are great with there regular's asking how they are which is lovely to see. The drinks and food are always spot on. Best cafe/coffee house in Burnley

It was a very busy day but the staff made sure to keep us informed of the expected wait times. Excellent communication! The food was very good and hot. The menu could be a little clearer as it's easy to miss when text overflows the line and this caused a little confusion. All in all a very positive experience!

Friendly staff ( majority have worked there since it opened ) which is always a good thing as shows the company treats staff well. Great prices and tasty drinks! :) keep it up!

As coffee prices continue to rise, Cosy coffee are one of the chains which are affordable at a wallet friendly price point. The town centre now has a handful of coffee houses but it’s the selection of drinks and food at Cosy that keep us coming back. The pies in particular are very good. Be warned it’s a busy coffee shop so finding somewhere to sit can be difficult unless you don’t mind sitting outside under the canopy.

Came here with a toddler and two small babies to have a mum to mum catch up. What a lovely little place. Really calm atmosphere and some quirky decorating and even a bookshelf in the back!

I made my order and part was missing the great people who worked there apologised profusely and gave me the biggest Mars milkshake I had ever seen to make up for it quality service

She treats me really bad. Poor customer service I asked her for order she rudely said one minute and I said to her I’m staying not takeaway she gave me takeaway glass . Disappointing

Amazing value for money and friendly staff. They have posh milkshakes which are HUGE. ordered a large thinking McDonald's size and it was so much more.

I love going cosy coffe the coffe is nice and the price is right does not break the bank and the staff you can have a good laugh with them

The staff was very unorganised. And the drinks section was very messy. The barista that was making our coffee has spilled it all over the cup and served it like that. The prices have gone up. £2 for a single espresso shot. At sweet or salty up the market hall it is £1, better quality and the staff there is very pleasant. I'm sad because before they rebranded it was one of my favourite cafes and now it has became so much worse.

Always make you feel welcome, the staff are by far the best I've encountered anywhere .

Great. The food is brilliant here. I had the most amazing banana bread and it was vegan. Absolutely gorgeous.

Love the coffee shop, I'm in most days for a coffee. Staff are friendly and are always on hand to help if needed. Big selection of cakes (that changes daily), scones, sandwiches, and warm foods. The drinks menu has a variety of warm and cold drinks for anyone who likes to mix it up. The staff are amazing and treat customers like friends and family, what more could you ask for 😊

Staff is far away from being friendly and the milkshakes are horrible. Not even blaned and made properly. It just tastes like milk no flavours or anything.
