After what has happened today tonight I will never go back if I could give zero I would. I place an order and sent in somebody that was covid free to collect it (I have covid) we go given the wrong order, so we rang them and told them we had got the wrong order and could we collect the correct order (yes of course it was our fault according to the staff), we tried to explain that we could not return we had covid and we would get somebody to collect the food for us. to be told we had to bring the wrong food back I again tried to explain we had covid and it was not safe to bring it back to be told if you don't bring it back we would have to pay in full for the correct order. Environmental health have been informed. This is not a safe way to work and has to be against the law but if they are doing this what else do they do. All to make sure we don't get any free food (at least our bin is full now)

Great food with a really great selection of fresh cooked meals. Portions are great and the owner is very generous hard working lady. I would recommend Jasmine House if you fancy a take or Fish & Chips they do that really well. I have eaten food from here alot and it always good. I don't understand the negative reviews as they don't reflect how good this place is.

Excellent take away. Courteous staff. Best in the area 5star good. I Ieft this coment before the refurbishment. I wish to all and this they now do not sell pies, puddings, fish. Chips and sausage are only made to order you have a 10-25 minute wait for this. They do still sell gravy and curry but im smaller cups and they no longer do large portions of chips. They are saying staff problems are the reason. One thing is for certain they have lost me and my family as customers and I am certain they will lose a lot more.

What a shame. This was a great Chinese but the new owners need to be better. Ordered chicken curry which l have had many times before. Utterly tasteless curry, seems to be watered down.Chicken was not nice either. Not be going again. Awful.

The food was all dry and the speacl chal main was cheep noodles with meat on the top no prawns or nothing I definitely wouldn't buy again from there

Ordered 2 big share boxes and had absolutely loads leftover, the food was really nice a lot better than a lot of other Chinese around here, well done 👍👍

Never been a fan of jasmine house, always thought it was over rated. We tried today as it now has new owners. We definitely preferred our food, it was hot and potion sizer we’re good and nowhere near as salty as it used to be thankfully. The new owners seem lovely. We also got free crackers and a bottle of coke. Will return, Thank you 😊

A few months ago I did have a very negative review on here because I tried their food a couple weeks into the new owners taking over and it was very disappointing and tasteless. Me and my friend always held it in such high regard and went there whenever we were together so it was a shame it went downhill. But, we thought we would give it another chance and try the salt and pepper munch box. It arrived within 25 minutes and was stacked to the rafters with delicious, well spiced food! Me and my friend loved it and were buzzing we gave it another chance. It has definitely improved since the first weeks and will be going there in the future again.

Order a Chinese over the phone to pick up. As they don't deliver. No matter as we live near. Got a huge portion of salt n pepper chicken and chow mein. Very good price for the portion. Tasted fresh, flavourful and was still hot once home. Friendly staff. And parking outside the place too.

Have been getting the munch box since the new owners have been there and they’ve been great but the one on Saturday evening was terrible due to the chips! I have never had chips like them, just went straight in the bin!

Wont be going back there again.. I've been going there for years and the food has been really good... Who ever has taken over has just killed it .. the food was terrible absolutely tasteless... I wouldn't serve it to my dog... Bring back the old owner's...

Great service, sorted out what was gluten free, no trouble. Excellent food.
