Friend an I ordered from here I wouldn't recommend if you're expecting to receive all items than check order at door, as they don't respond to contacting them through the just eat app.

Would give zero stars if I could. I paid uber eats almost a tenner for a 9 inch garlic bread with cheese and fries TWO HOURS AGO and nothing arrived. Uber eats charged me and will not refund me. Chicagos never delivered. Try ringing them...calls four rings and goes to voicemail saying you cannot leave a message as mailbox is full!!!!!!!! FUMING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely superb place, great pricing food is always super fresh and arrives hot, every time I have spoken to staff they are always friendly and accommodating, recently started to use their own app, really easy, saves your previous orders for easy reorder, makes for a easy life. Deliver driver is also my namesake Paul, always polite, a good laugh with the kids and does a great job, good representative for the business! Ignore the whingers!! Waited an hour and a half for one pizza, called 20 times with no answer, never got my food, didn't get refunded. Worst place I've eaten, sorry, attempted to eat at

Order a few times hit and miss , They do not read the notes as o stated Allergy alert and they still used the product and spoilt the food , both times of asking not too , Ordered last night was dry went straight in the bin never ordering again

Ordered from chicago's alot recently, and everytime we ordered they messed our order up, recent takeaway the burger was like mush!

Do not order from Chicagos. Awful place. Awful pizzas. Should have thrown £20 note in the bin. Why the hell do they cover their fries with that disgusting red salt? Even when asked not to put the awful stuff on they still do it. Truely awful food. Avoid this place.

I wish there was a zero star to leave. Wrong order delivered, ingredients substituted on other pizzas without our knowledge/consent, when I called up I was given a different persons address!! The worker didn’t seem to be bothered about the breach in data protection. Then put the phone down on me. Overall horrible customer service

My girlfriend used to order from here most weeks. However, a few weeks ago she ordered via her card using the Chicago’s app and the order never came. A few calls later and after many promises of a refund, the refund never came. Will not be using them again.

Only gave 1 star as that's the minimum I could give. Ordered from here for the first time tonight using Rossendale Eats app but told I was too far away...... even though I live in Rossendale FFS. Attitude of the person on the phone was not helpful at all & actually suggested I order from somewhere closer 🤣 Maybe you shouldn't be on the Rossendale Eats app if you can't be bothered to deliver.... in Rossendale!!

We ordered from here for lunch at our call centre - must say it's probably the tastiest grub I've had for lunch around the Accrington Blackburn region ! I ordered there sizzler once with chips the second time with naan wasn't disappointed! My colleagues ordered their pizzas their margherita pizza with extra cheese is ouey and gooey just like something from a pizza vendor in the States! My other colleagues ordered the half Pounder cheese burger which they stated was on point! The gent on the phone is very polite and careful with his customers deliveries on time and will be using these guys more often !

Ordered a takeaway 8.45pm, it got to 10 and I rang to check on my order and was told “it’s on it way”. It’s now 10.50 and I am still waiting on my food to be delivered

Save your money, don’t order from here. There are plenty of other takeaways in Haslingden with better quality food for the same price. Cheap, nasty food. Needs shutting down or new management. Also, got our order wrong - advised delivery driver, said they would bring the right item to us in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later and still nothing… Am I going to ring to complain? Nope. More hassle than it’s worth.

I wish I didn’t even have to put 1 star!!! We have ordered for years. And it’s getting to the point we have no option to stop ordering and leave a bad review. There’s always things missing, whether it be just some chips or stuffed crust . But after a while that all starts to add up. Tonight we were missing 3 chips (1 cheesy chips) and a stuffed crust pizza. When we called to let them know - they were so rude. Said we didn’t order “meals” despite the fact they had sent drinks which were part of the meal. Spoke to my son and husband rudely and hung up. Chicagos- you have messed up multiply orders and we continued to be loyal customers despite all the mistake the ridiculous wait times and ringing up asking where are you but your standards have now dropped too low and your customer service is disgusting. Probably like your hygiene!!

Once again perfect...ordered a burger and pizzas...came piping hot...perfectly cooked..pizzas are epic... lightening fast delivery..this is a must try takeaway..enjoy

Pizza is cheap and cheerful but expect your order to be different. Bit of fun seeing what turns up but pizza is pleasant enough

Loved this place 🙌 the only bad things are how long the delivery takes and they sometimes give you a slightly different order but other than that all good👍👍

Sometimes the pizza is amazing and sometimes it’s just ok but having purchased from other take aways in Haslingden, I can’t tell you think is the best. The others are sub par at best and mess you about. 100% these guys each time.

Why is a basic pepperoni pizza covered in onion and mushroom ? Never had this at any other pizza place Food allergies, likes and dislikes ? Unable to eat !

I ordered food from this place 2 weeks ago and the food arrived more than 1 hour late and when it arrived the food which was a pizza was cold and tasted like pure tomato paste so l called them and explained the situation and they offered me a refund. But since then which has been more than two weeks I didn’t receive anything back and the funny part is that they were the one offering me refund at the first place instead of food replacement . Today I called them again and the guy was absolutely rude and disrespectful and while I was talking to him he shouted very aggressively at me like he had serious anger issues problem and telling me that “he got sick of me”. Please don’t put your money in the rubbish and order from somewhere else. Absolutely disappointing. I would have give them 0 for the service and food if I had the choice.

So disappointed with this takeaway. I’ve always rated it but my last encounter has put me off for good. Ordered pizza for the family. Rang up to check my order went through as I didn’t get an acknowledgement email like I usually do. I was told no order received. No problem, I ordered again. I rang back to confirm order received. Yes all received they said! Waited an hour for delivery. Called up to check. Asked for my address, which I gave. Told yes being made now, no problem. Another 30 mins we wait. This is 930pm now and my young kids are giving me grief as so hungry and expected food ages ago. I call again. Told the pizza has just left to be delivered and should be with me any minute. I wait again another 15 mins. Call again. This time they check and say sorry no order received!! There must be an issue with the system. So this is nearly 10pm, family to feed, telling hungry kids that pizza is on the way when it wasn’t. I refused to order with Chicagos again so my husband walked up to the town centre to order from another takeaway. Really REALLY poor service. Clearly fobbing me off for hours because they were busy and didn’t want to check properly.

Almost two hours for delivery. Burger missing cheese. Garlic mushrooms not garlic. Vegetarian pizza with meat on. Stodgy pizza

Burger paties too hard to eat buns taste outdated dona kebab didn't taste good also mint sauce didn't taste like normal mint sauce. Not having that again.

Best takeaway shop in hasligden food always hot n delicious n very friendly staff n always if something's missing with either they give me a refunded are a discount next time
