We ordered food to be delivered and part of the order was wrong, I even got a call prior to the order coming to double check what I had ordered! I rang to tell them this and the person on the other end of the phone wasn't taking on what I was saying at all. The food wasn't cheap and we were very disappointed, we will not be ordering from here again.

The worst place I have ever ordered from!!!! Customer service mean absolutely nothing to them, they speak to you like garbage. Requested if I could have some sauce on our food however they said boss man isn’t in so they can’t put any sauce on our food. Absolute joke they will never change. Can’t believe the owner is happy to leave these guy maintaining his shop I’m surprised there not closed, Shame could have been a better shop there!!!! Spoke to me soo bad I called them back up and cancelled the order, not supporting this kind of business. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

The portions are tiny, the prices would be reasonable if the food was more than just a small snack, my toddler wouldn't even be full. The chips are nice, hence the extra star. Staff aren't great at dealing when parts of orders are missing.

Placed an order with Freddys this evening as we love their food. Staff service was poor! shouting in a different language while on the phone to us and just very short and very monotone during the whole time, I dont think the person wanted to be in work. We cancelled our order in the end due to their service.

Some of the order missing, told driver he said he will drop it off later. Rang freddys multiple times for it to constantly to say “busy”. Order was made at 17:30 and arrived at 18:30, however its now 21:20 and still haven’t received missing items. Service is absolutely shocking. Requested a partial refund. Disgusting customer service.

Love Freddie's. Chicken and meals are far better than KFC. Staff that work there are great good bunch of lads.

Ordered food today it took about 1:30mins to get here delivery driver didn't even bring change with him so I had to wait for him to get it and in this time my food was getting even colder the pizza was greasy and the chicken was dry I won't be ordering from here again

Ordered food at 12:09, said would be 55 minutes. It's now 13:40 and still nothing even after phoning them 20 minutes ago and being told would only be 10minutes. Staff doesn't seem bothered by the delay either. Food was cold, chicken was border line cooked, the wraps and burgers were an appalling attempt and were bland, plain and again cold. What a waste of money and food, would have been better and cheaper going to McDonalds.

The food was an hour late the food was cold and missing some of the order. Normally not a problem with my orders but as its my daughters birthday and 2 hours to receive the order. They have said they will resend the whole order but not the normal service I expected from freddy's.

Ordered mini family deal, which clearly stated : 1.5ltr bottle of drink. I added in comment section that I would like that bottle to be 7up. Food was delivered, with 3 cans of 7up totaling to 0.99 litre. I was down over 0.5 ltr on that order, which means I did not get what I paid for. When called restaurant, they informed me that they don't do 1.5ltr of 7up, which was NOT mentioned on the app. Some guy I spoke with was trying to convince me that I got the value anyway as 'cans are £1, and he gave me 3 where bottle of drink is £2.5'. won't order again, PATHETIC. Food was ok.

Never had any issues ordering here, very consistent and good value and friendly staff. Nicely cooked fried chicken and spiced fries. Quality no different to KFC and probably better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! ordered some food from here yesterday, food was late coming, chips soggy and worst of all the chicken was not cooked! Was pink inside currently being sick from eating some of it! Oh and the gravy was like oil! No care taken in making this food, shame because they used to be so good too! Have asked for a full refund from just eat! Could make someone really sick eating food like this! Wish I could leave a zero star review!

Prices have gone ridiculous whilst quality has (somehow) gotten even worse. Living on the remnants of their reputation, but will be dead and gone in a year if nothing improves.

Their peri peri chicken and peri peri burger is awesome with spicy fries... yummy Desi style pizza worth trying as well.

Don’t order from here . We had food from here last night . Both me and my son got food poisoning and been throwing up all night . Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had a choice .

Over 3 hours to get food and them swearing get me down the phone when I complained never ever ordering again disgusting behaviour.
