What a lovely venue! Plenty of parking. Staff lovely, service top notch. The Hearty Breakfast was fab, I did miss the doorstop wedges of toast, however it is real butter, not some cheap alternative. Would highly recommend. Wishing you all the best at the new location.

Very good menu, excellent selection, the service is quick and easy. This place can be very busy at times but the staff always manage excellently. The price is very affordable and such good value for money - portions are huge and quality is impeccable. Would recommend

Very very good roast dinner. Normal portion too large for me, but smaller portion was spot on, cleared my plate yum yum.

Brilliant little cafe bar, super busy when we arrived which is always nice to see. Food was delicious, as was the coffee. The staff were all lovely, highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast. But very busy so get there early. Big place so we didn't wait long to be seated. Had Hearty breakfast. Very very nice. Did the eggs how ya like them. Tasted lovely, very good quality and good price. Friendly staff great venue.

What a superb place! Wide range of excellent breakfast and brunch foods served promptly and fresh by busy but cheerful staff. We arrived shortly after 1000 on a Sunday and the place was already hopping. During the next half hour we were sat, chose our meals, were served almost immediately and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh and test meals. We weren't rushed at all but served efficiently and in a friendly manner and despite being there only just over half an our we felt we had enjoyed a relaxing breakfast. A few notes; you can take longer if you wish, we were en route to a dog walk so were quite happy to pass through. The place was full by the time we left at 1030 so I wouldn't leave your visit too late. There are inside pages to the menu as well as the main breakfast front page. Also, cash only.

Didn't expect the place to be what it was. Unique stripped down pub turned restaurant. It works for me. Very busy so I would anticipate needing to book at peak times if you visit. Sadly a few things were missing from the menu! I put that down to being super busy. There are plenty of good alternatives. The service is very good and very helpful. Very friendly and not at all stressed. The food is very good. I was in a fairly large party and we all had different dishes and would have been happy to have any of the foods that came. The prices are very reasonable and very good value for money. Well worth going to this restaurant.

Had breakfast and food was pretty good (could tell it was quality from butchers) however if your not a local/friends with the owners u get a bit neglected, didn't ask us if we wanted more drinks/food and took ages to get someone's attention to bring us the bill while they were happy meeting/greeting all their friends. Not bad if u get a seat round the edge but a bit awkward if u get sat in the middle and unfortunately some customers with awful table manners in that ruined the experience a bit. Overpriced considering the negatives so won't be returning.

Last time we went was the day of the football Derby, so it was incredibly busy & loud unfortunately. This did stop the great service as they were rather busy. The food is alway excellent, so more visits in the future I'm sure. 👍

Great food, prices are good too. We were there as a group of 8 yesterday and all our meals came at the same time piping hot and cooked to perfection, we've been before and have booked to go again...big thumbs up.

This place surpassed all my expectations. We went around 12:00 and I had a breakfast, which was brought very quickly. Excellent food and the staff are mostly youngish girls who are very polite and attentive to your feed order and clearing the table. Probably one of the best cafe type experiences I’ve ever had.

Really good place to eat. We go on a Sunday as a treat with the kids. Always busy so be prepared to wait but it's worth the wait. Staff are very down to earth with no airs or graces. It's all home made and there's always lots of specials on the blackboard. The kids love the bit at the end when they get sweets to take home, a lovely touch
