Usually good food here but ordered a takeaway last night and it arrived 1 1/2 hours later. The food had clearly been made much sooner as it was cold, the chips were soggy and the spring rolls where dried up like they had been kept warm for a length of time. Very poor fiord this restaurant . Doubt I’ll go again!!

This was by far the WORST Chinese I have ever ordered from!!! I'd give it zero stars if I could! I ordered from here as my go to Chinese lin spot was closed. Wasted £30 on bland tasteless food which me and my husband could not eat. I can honestly say it was VILE!!! anyone thinking of ordering from here don't bother it will be a waste of money AVOID at all costs!!

Absolutely love this place...I am vegan and finally I have found somewhere in the area that caters to vegan (and its yummy) I am actually obsessed with the Tom Yum soup they do I literally dream about it 🤣 the staff are a delight to deal with as well..I couldn't recommend more highly

Went for the 4 course set meal on the early bird menu. Good sized car park at the back of the restaurant. Always a bonus not having to search for a space or pay for it. Hot and sour soup was first. I wasn't over keen on it but my brother enjoyed his. We both ordered salt and pepper ribs. Decent sized portion and plenty on the ribs. Duck with pancakes was fine. For mains I ordered Chilli and Garlic chicken. My brother got the Beef Satay. Good sized portions and no shortage of chilli and garlic on my dish. I must apologies as I have forgot the name of the waitress who served us. She was excellent. Really on top of her job even when it got busy. Friendly and regularly checked everything was ok without being intrusive. For the price I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will try again someday.

we spent £40 and it was awful! the sweet and sour and cantonese just tasted of vinegar, the spare ribs were dry and have never seen bbq and they were swimming in oil! Absolute waste of money and will defo not be going back

Delicious food and great prices for 3 courses. Very filling and not oily. Even let me change my mind on the soup since it wasn’t my taste and still let my son finish the other. Great customer service 10/10

The best Chinese restaurant in the hyndburn area. The takeaways and very tasty always ready on time 🕰️. Service is first class and friendly. We have eaten in the restaurant too. The food is second to none. I love the hot and sour soup followed by salt and pepper chicken wings and chicken in chilli garlic sauce. The cocktails are great too and decent prices. Service is always with a smile. We will all be back to eat in again for our Christmas treat. 🇨🇳.

Been here many times, this time was our last. Service was appalling, staff were incredibly unprofessional, running around with family, shouting and swearing, all in the restaurant feet from your table. Not once did we get the right food that we’d ordered (got bored of sending it back towards the end). When we mentioned whilst paying that service was horrendous, the girl taking our payment simply stated ‘that wasn’t me’ yet ironically it was, along with all the other girls serving. It’s a shame as the food is good, (when it finally arrives, and the right items you’ve ordered). Good business, ran by unprofessional staff. Really let’s it down. Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a takeaway. Excellent telephone manner from lady who answered phone. Food arrived prompt. Piping hot. !! The food itself was absolutely amazing, tasty and well presented . Thankyou Royal Phoenix. You made our night.

Visited for a meal on Thursday 13th April, waitress was lovely, food was all first class, this place is a hidden gem. I normally eat chinese in Manchester China town but this is as good or better than any restaurant in the city centre. Salt and pepper ribs were amazing, Duck spring rolls crispy and not greasy, the fillet steak cantonese style was perfect with the egg fried rice. Will be returning!

First time trying here.the staff were lovely.even went out of their way to put some balloons an banners up for the person who's birthday it was.the food was all lovely,each dish was so tasty.can highly recommend.had a lovely time.

First time eating here and wow! It's all about the food. Had set meal for two, me and the wife. Service was fantastic and the food absolutely delicious and plenty of it. You must try it. So friendly too.

Booked for a 60th tonight, only 7 of us, but on arrival 70th banners were up. Service was very slow, one starter brought out after 5 mins, other 6 brought out 20 mins after. Mains brought out together but service was slow. Restaurant was empty, little atmosphere and felt like the kitchen was more geared towards take outs and delivery. Food was absolutely lovely, couldn't fault the quality of the food, was amazing. Last time i went was about 10 yrs ago and to be honest, the quality of food is still as good, but Restaurant needs a bit of tlc, inside and out.

The owner is simply lovely she was really attentive and kind to me and my partner. Best salt and pepper ribs I've had! We were the only ones in as it was a weekday but, we personally prefer a quieter environment anyway. Only thing it lacks is good disabled adaptations otherwise I would bring my mother.

I love this place, lovely staff, lovely food, good prices. The owner is a great lady who always has a chat and is super friendly. I think it’s a hidden gem in Oswaldtwistle. The buffet on Sunday is superb if you don’t mind the calories !

Just had a takeaway and it wasn't nice at all! The rice was stodgy and the chicken in it was not real chicken, just that reconstituted, tasteless stuff. It's all gone in the bin and I've had toast instead!

Went for the first time tonight and we were all pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. We will go again soon. 10/10

I ordered the early bird menu, for one person. Very attentive staff, delicious food (hot and sour soup, BBQ honey ribs and chicken curry for £12.99), served at your own pace and the environment was clean albeit a bit dated. My new go-to place for takeaways and they deliver too.

The best Chinese I have ever been to! We go every month for our monthly Chinese, it is amazing food and the staff are so so lovely. Especially the owner she is amazing! I have and would recommend to everyone. The chilli and garlic prawns are unreal and make sure you put your seaweed on your prawn crackers! 10 out of 10

I would've thought a Special Fried Rice dish would have rice in it! Ordered Special Fried rice with curry sauce but got House Special in curry sauce with a tub of curry sauce on the side!!! WTH!!! Edit: I ordered online BTW.

Popped in unexpectedly hungry. For less than £15 had three course meal and a pint. Food was great, Staff where lovely.

Worst take away ever absolutely gutted chips came stone cold rice was luke warm! The chicken chow mien was awful , and the chicken and sweetcorn soup was an abomination smelt awful and bits of chicken with black bits in will never order from here again will be calling for a refund waste of money having to now start cooking a meal as we picked at eveything best bit was the prawn crackers!
