Attended a wedding, the venue looked quite nice compared to what it was a few years ago. Stops there, food was luke warm, service was appalling 2 of the main course dishes didn't even arrive at the table, staff seemed as though they weren't interested in anything except to get the food on the table. Definitely wouldn't book a function at this establishment

DO NOT BOOK THIS HALL Tasteless food, served cold! ‘Biryani’ was more like white rice, no taste at all. False promises made. Every guest was left disappointed with the food & service. Avoid this hall at all costs!

Cannot thank Sarah and the team at Al Hamza enough. Had my Walima yesterday and everything went perfect for our special day. The attention to detail was great and everything that we requested was provided. The decor was elegant, and the food was amazing. All the guests were praising the hall, and the service was on point. Can't fault the communication with Sarah and Imran and how the meetings leading up to the walima was focused on what we wanted and how we wanted everything to be. Ps I believe some of our guests were enquiring about the venue as they wish to have events at Al Hamza.

I ordered food from Al Hamza for my sons home birthday party. Sarah was fantastic to deal with from beginning to end ( as always!). On ball, informative and a people’s person. The food was piping hot when delivered and tasted lovely - rotis were super super soft! Thank you once again :)

We had a wedding event booked this weekend and all I can say that the whole experience was marvellous from start to finish. They helped us with preparing for the big day ensuring we were completely satisfied with the theme, food service, timings etc. The actual day's service was on point and everyone enjoyed themselves as everything ran smoothly and the food was absolutely tasty, non of our guests left disappointed. This is the 2nd time we have booked a wedding here and we will be back again. We thank Sarah, Imran and all the staff for an unforgettable evening.

Could not recommend Al Hamza enough - an amazing experience from start to finish! Sara and her team managed every aspect of the wedding from deco to food to details I hadn’t even thought about. Sarah was so so lovely and helpful and put me and my husband at ease with our wedding. She helped with the planning and had great suggestions for anything we still needed to organise, she had contacts for car, makeup, and lots of other details to make all the planning easier. I wasn’t sure where to start planning and she really helped and had so much good advice. Really glad we had our wedding here, it was an amazing day the space is beautiful and Sarah really made the whole process feel easy and was so accommodating and thoughtful, my mum got a separate meal made just for her etc. Really recommend Al Hamza we loved the venue and food. The decorations and everything were really lovely. Wishing Sarah and her family all the best for their great business and wouldn’t hesitate to strongly recommend this venue to anyone thinking of booking for an event Thanks Sarah and all the best x

Sara the lady is a big sweet talker don't fall in her trap I had dreadful service promised things for wedding day and lied biryani was the worst biryani I've ever had in my life. When I approached her she wouldn't admit or compromise as another business's will look after customer 1st and then she threatened to call her husband at my house which I said feel free to come never again and this comment is honest and truth Allah will not give barakah to such dirty buisnesses like this

Came here for a relative's wedding and was quickly impressed by how well run it is. The workers are very energetic and hard working, from the parking attendants to the waiting staff. Inside is very clean with nice decor. It combines modernity with long lasting style and gives off a good atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing!! The food is made in house and is absolutely delicious. Overall my experience here was very good and I would definitely recommend 10/10

Had a family wedding here this weekend. Complaints from every guest left right and centre, and rightly so. Food cold, Not enough waiters, Raw food, Shocking service. Do not have you’re weddings here. AVOID.

Sara was very accommodating. Food was great. Prices where fair. She was very friendly. Definitely seemed like a true family run business. Everybody loved the fish pakoras, they even catered to make separate dish for my mother in law who had some intolerances and a separate dish at my wife’s request. The venue itself was spacious and well decorated, placed right next to a mosque should anyone need to go pray or require their services like we did. The only slightly negative feedback I had from my guests was that the lighting on the stage was slightly dark for people to take pictures. But that is no reason not to give them five stars today! Sara had connections for car hire, hair and makeup, outfits and clothing if we needed, even down to the “ezel?” stand ,you name it. She really helped to keep my wife and I calm and composed during what could have been an even more stressful event. Thanks Sara, for being a great host and I wish you all the best. Keep winning awards, keep growing your business and much love for all that you did for us.

Easy access for disabled and elderly with grab rails at the entrance ramp for wheel chairs service by fantastic apart from one keen worker with a very stern look needs to loosen up. Owner his daughter both amazing 5 star service and not forgetting the food it was out of this world, Keep up hard work

Booked for my sons wedding in December Sarah was true to her word I was totally relaxed she was amazing took care of all our needs bless. staff were all hands on food was lovely & warm cooked in house. Deco was great our guests had a lovely evening loved everything left with lots of duwas for the new couple and everyone complimented the food. (Which is very important at any wedding lol 😂) Only downfall is parking 🅿️ but you know that prior to booking so can’t complain. Well done Alhamza 👍 May Allah swt grant u more success Ameen

We have had several family functions at Al Hamza. Each time, the team have catered for all of our needs, they have taken on board our visions for the event and then helped to execute every minute detail. A huge thanks to Sarah for being amazing.

The best service ever!!! Sarah and the team are so on the ball it’s ridiculous!! I had my engagement here and when all the guest were seated and eating there meals sarah personally brought me food to enjoy! Everybody else forgot to feed me 😂 we recently booked my cousins wedding here and again they were brilliant, I was heavily pregnant and management escorted me to the car at the end of the night, it’s the personal touches that they add because they care about there customers. we will never book anywhere else now! Highly recommended Venue, the service was outstanding my little brother got married on the 24th October and we where very happy we chose Al-hamza to cater for all our needs from stage to decco and food I can't thank them enough they exceeded our expectations.

We recently had a family event with Al Hamza and it was AMAZING. Brilliantly handled, the food, my family are still raving about it. The service was 10/10, our event was handled perfectly. The staff were very helpful and organised. It was clear that they are an experienced venue and will accommodate any situation. I personally work in the wedding industry and I know how difficult such events can get, yet the staff at Al-Hamza handled it seamlessly. Amazing job! five stars all around!

Attended a family wedding here, Venue was nice decorated but think the room itself wasn't sufficient space wise for the number of guests.. also their parking for the place was tiny and finding street parking was not great as it was a residential area and majority of the parking was obviously taken up by the people living there
