Horrid. Seriously considering leaving. Doctors tell me my pain is caused by stress. I'm stressed because I'm in pain. Pushed onto painkillers and antidepressants left rotting in incontinence pants with no help or offer for a referal or 2nd opinion. You feel rushed in appointments and you are more likely to tour Willy Wonkas before getting an appointment in the first place. Never see the same doctor twice. Worst medical practise ever.

I’ve left this practice hurray !!! Why you may ask well the telephone system is a joke. The app to make a appointment is rubbish but remember get up at 6.30am to get any sort of an appointment. You need to actually go in to get some sort of real service it’s pathetic that I’ve wasted my time and energy in here. The staff forget to send your documents off. Of all the services I’ve ever had this must be the worst. Bye bye 👋🏻 👋🏻

I was referred here by 111 to see the out of hours doctor. I did not realise how poorly I was and cannot praise highly enough everyone who helped me on that day, from the receptionists, the security guard, Dr Smith and the stranger who assisted the staff to help transfer me into a wheelchair. All the staff went above and beyond for me, they all showed genuine concern and they treated me with dignity and discretion because of the situation shielded me from being “on view” from other patients that day. I am very grateful to Dr Smith’s quick thinking in calling for an ambulance and potentially stopping a situation becoming much worse as a result of her quick, prompt action my stay in hospital was greatly reduced. I have nothing but praise and gratitude to everyone who was involved in my care that day

Making an appointment here is still hard work but the original Doctors are still wonderful and care about their patient/Doctor relationships! Thank you :)

Excellent, seen the same day I telephoned and got referral hospital appointment the day after NHS is amazing

Watch out for the car park it is monitored for parking you have to be inside the lines with your vehicle are you get a £100.00 fine

Took ages to get appointment on online system. Finally got to appointment date after taking time off work, they cancelled within an hour of appt time. I was back to square one, I think they're Trying to kill off the local population.

Very difficult to get an appointment the same day yet they don't tend to allow booking in advance for most things, the phone lines are horrendous. Upon getting seen by a doctor then I've found most to be professional and friendly so I've no complaints in that department.

ok. A little long winded but hopefully understood. diagnosed diabetic a while ago. other medical conditions which basically have made me house bound. placed on the house bound team a few weeks ago. best move ever. as a consequence been given help by Janet sarsfield diabetic nurse and Sara the house bound nurse. due to the interaction by both of them I've lost a lot of weight. and the added bonus is im almost done to pre diabetic levels. just want to say thankyou to them and other professionals at the practice. keep up all the fantastic work you all do. greatly appreciated. x

Following a bit of communication breakdown between the Accy Pals centre & my health centre in Blackburn, my appointment today with the MSK service was extremely helpful, left me feeling much more confident about my knee. Thanks to the reception and medical staff for a surprisingly positive visit where the consensus is no action required!!!

The secretary's behind the desk are very unorganised dont know wot they are doing and very bad mannered apart from one who knows wot she is doing ...all the doctors and nursies are excellent and the physios are brill aslso

I was very impressed with the service from speaking to Jill on reception then attending my appointment with the MSK Doctor who was very thorough. I was able to visit XRay Department at AVH straight afterwards and was seen within the hour. Excellent service from our wonderful NHS.

Podiatry was excellent - from booking the first appointment and treatment to being discharged. Super!

Excellent sevice however such a lot of wasted space

I haven't been here dine pre-covid and having recently become very ill. I found the staff very accommodating, communicative and supportive. Just like to say a thank you to all.

There simply are no appointments that can realistically be made. If you're registered here, you basically don't have access to a doctor.

Such a nice place to visit, I've always found staff both professional and friendly. Everything is clean and efficient.
