So, no shops on site except a tiny shop in reception, for snacks and alike. There is a laundry also on site, you get 2 coins from reception, for wash and for dry. There is a coffee and foods bar, with plenty of seats and sofas to sit on, there is set hours where you can get food, you can't walk in and order a meal or have a sandwich. There is an amusements arcade, there is a swimming pool on site, it's just a small pool and gets very hectic. The caravans are packed in like sandwiches. The road the cars go through is very slim, one car only. Difficult at times. And there is too many speed bumps for such a small road to get through to your caravan. I had a wide caravan, for 2 adults and 2 children. The front room was cozy, but, it was very squashed and tight inside the hall to the bedrooms and bathroom, We could barely move. Small double bed, felt as if I was gonna fall out of it. But, the mattress was very comfortable. The extra beds are kids beds, adults don't fit on them (I have tried). The oven had not been cleaned. There was left over grease on the baking tray and inside of the oven door. I think the cleaning could of done more, being a cleaner myself. We always drove into town which was great. Plenty of shops and things to do and go to in Morecombe. This is a kids based park. Couples?? No unless you can handle a lot of noise. Easy enough to get to. The staff look tired but are friendly. The park is clean and tidy. You can hear all the other people walking around in other caravans at times, because of how near the other caravans are. it can be a bit noisy. But, it is not for me, as, I needed peace and quiet. I think i enjoyed being at the amusements and shops on the parade being honest.

Nothing at all wrong with the staff very nice to us and helpful. In a very good spot as well not to far away from the bay. The caravan was in good shape also. The entertainment was good fun quizzes and bingo also the singers where good. Everything was good with our stay can't say much bad, apart from there was no towels, only 1 toilet roll and no sponge are washing up liquid to wash dishes.

We have been waiting months to have the skirting put round our van, and finally we came and it was done only to find 2 big bricks at the end and we don't know why, so today we went to ask and was told Maggie was in a meeting and would ring back, but as we have come to expect no one has called. 1 month ago we complained at having 3 gas cylinders on our patch and asked if one could be removed, again today we asked to be told it would be done, still nothing

Came home COVID positive!! Hygiene was poor throughout the camp especially at the showroom and pool. I came home early after having to leave the site to eat food that was at least warm. Knowing what is going on with the world right now I expected so much more!! Would not recommend. Bed was dirty on arrival, bathroom blind was missing string so couldn't roll it up. Drawer in bedroom was broken. Grill handle was broken. Cups were dirty. No instructions for the boiler or shower to get heating on. Some helpful staff but mostly young people flirting. Very little in the arcade or on site to do other then bingo which is £6 and only once a night. Far too many people for the size of the showroom. Desperately in need of an upgrade.

Just back from staying 7 days, 2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 & 2. The caravan was perfect absolutely no complaints. The kids entertainment was great for them. Although the complex was small and most of the kids activities were at 9.30am ( far to early for my kids). We spent most days down at the beach anyway. Had a great holiday and would definitely go back 🙂

After managing to avoid Coronavirus throughout the pandemic, I returned home and tested positive. Our caravan was said to have been upgraded but was smaller than the others. The cooked food on site was not hot and I found a long hair in my chips. The pool was much smaller than expected and at times is so crowded, you are unable to swim. On a number of occasions the baby pool was freezing cold. This resort is definitely not worth the money.

Our first Caravan park holiday due to lockdown, but won't be the last! Regent Bay us well set out and safe for kids. Vans and lodges are well presented and clean. Quiet at night but only 20 minutes stroll to the sea front.

Back home now after spending 7 days at Regent Bay, 3 adults and 2 kids. The caravan was a great size, a lot bigger than I expected. We did have some dirty bed linen, but this was rectified right away by the super friendly staff. The kids entertainment was great and the swimming was a great laugh. Had a great time and would definitely go back next year.

Had caravans on the park for 25 years, seen lots of change. But the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Come spend a week or so in Morecambe, great walks, always sunny. Good pubs with live music. Friendly locals

The site could do with a revamp and some money spending on it......caravans seem to squashed in which has left very little parking available.....as unused caravans seem to be placed on car parks taking up much needed spaces. Maybe try putting parking next to caravans to create more open spaces I felt quite hemmed in ... The sports court is small and was always been used by football fanatic children so when my children went to play basketball they couldn't get on. The site could create two separate courts or have a booking system..??..But there is a park up the road which is quite good!! The on-site shop is small and basic but there are supermarkets in walking distance for essential items and fresh food. We used the pool a few times, very small with one lifeguard trying her best to keep numbers down and to a minimum ..perhaps a desk for swimming wouldn't go a miss and to actually pre book your place...the pool was getting dangerously full I felt at one point which wasn't the lifeguards fault , she cannot control people coming in when she's watching unsupervised children in the pool and deal with an accident at the same time!! The changing rooms are basic and could do with updating !! We ate in the restaurant a couple of times, very basic pub grub but it was better than I expected . The evening entertainment sounded ok but we didn't use the clubhouse... The site seemed to be noisy at night with arguing and shouting, but the security were quick to put a stop to it..one night ... people need to be more respectful and the site need to enforce a no noise after 11 rule!!! Never been to this site before, and it's definitely not what I expected...... my first impressions were not great as we drove down to find the caravan which was beautiful inside and spotlessly clean! But it was a cheap get away and you get what you pay for ..... On reflection it wasn't a bad little break , the staff which we encountered were nice and polite....the location of the site as a base is great for Morecambe prom and the lakes ....would I come back,?? probably...... because a holiday is what you make it!!!

We had a long weekend with our dogs, it was lovely. The vans are very clean and spacious, plenty to do on site with a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. We were happy with how dog friendly the place was too, lots of poo bins in clear locations, so no worries about having to carrying it around . The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and it was only a 15 minute straight forward walk to the beach. I will definitely rebook a trip next year. Really made for a great weekend break.

Came for a week holiday with myself, wife and older children (15 and 19). Had a really good time and park is a good base for visiting around the area (Lancaster, Lake District, Blackpool etc.). 10 minute walk to the beach, and plenty of buses if needed. The staff were always very friendly, especially Matthew C who took time to talk to guests when serving in both restaurant and showbar. The one time we ate in the restaurant the food was served within 10 minutes of ordering and was hot and very tasty. Ordering drinks and food was really easy using the app, and always arrived quickly. Evening entertainment was good with singers from the troopers team and also outside entertainment. The only area of complaint would be the lack of later food options. Despite offering a menu available 'till late', this turned out to be only 8.30 each night.

So-so. Caravan was good spec but smelled of cigarette smoke and damp dog. The shower needs to be cleaned out as it starts to fill the tray after a few minutes. The vans are packed tight together so you can’t park next to a lot of them if you stick to the “don’t drive on the grass” rule, which nobody does. I can echo the better signage needed comments too. Not a bad location but it is a good 20 minutes to the beach by foot and another 10-15 minutes to the more central bit. No shop to speak of on site but there’s a coop about 15 minutes away by foot and supermarkets all around. Try Atkinsons Fish & Chips for a great chippy and So Cafe for a coffee and cake.

The caravan itself was fine and very clean just the sinks were annoyingly small. Entertainment wise we didn't enjoy it, too small of a complex and the swimming pool only goes to 1.3meters deep. There isn't a whole lot to do in Morecambe and a lot of the activities require travelling 30-60 minutes in a car. I understand it's a family place but when there's kids running about everywhere , parents not controlling them, it wasn't fun for us. We will be sticking to other caravan companies in the future.

We had a great 4 nights at this holiday park despite 4 days of torrential rain. Clean comfy cosy and well equipped. Super pool and great life guards who went the extra mile to give my daughter a great pool experience.

We had such a lovely holiday. The caravans were nicely appointed, and overall it had an aura of cosiness we really enjoyed. The staff were so helpful and the entertainment team went above and beyond to help my send kids to be able to enjoy the experiences available. The onsite restaurant was solid pub grub and the app made everything very simple. We had a really wonderful time.

When we arrived the caravan had not been cleaned we had paid an extra £50 for it to be ready for 1pm. We waited around till 1.15 pm. On entering the caravan the kitchen blind was dusty and stained with food. There was crumbs under the kitchen table. The cupboards where full of owners and private property so no room to put things.. the arcade and eating area / pub where dirty the ladies toilets had no paper towels and the door was jammed so you could not get near the hand dryer if it was working. The shop hardly had anything in it no bread no milk etc. The swimming pool was the only place witch was a good place to go. Supervision was good but no private changing rooms. And hardly any lockers working..

Clean and tidy caravan, staff helpful, site dog friendly, although, seating area outside has no cover for rain or shade from sunshine, walking distance to sea front.

We visited this park again June 23 it's a lovely clean park with great customer service from friendly, helpful staff. We had a problem with TV picture out of hours but after contacting the team within 5 mins Darren came to fix it, he'd never experienced this problem before but after 30mins or so he'd mastered it. Even though Darren had been drenched with the lovely British weather he was very upbeat and helpful. We visited the boathouse on Saturday and we were looked after by Sarah who was absolutely fantastic, you was on her own for the majority of the time but she was always polite and friendly thanks for a lovely day. Can I also say thanks to Karen from reception who was also really helpful with I problem I had the weekend before many thanks Joanne

We went for a short break to Regents Bay and loved it. The staff were very friendly. The caravan was spotless too. There’s a nice bar on site and a decent pub right across the road. There is lots going on in Morecambe over the weekends and we went for the Vintage weekend. We were able to walk in and got a cheap taxi back so the location was great.

Just returned from a 5 day stay. Second visit to this park, very clean, great location and clean and tidy caravan. Special mention to Alan in reception, who gave us a glass of milk after we'd ran out and none available in shop. He didn't have to do this, even though he said it would cost £10 ( joke) Hope to visit again next year, thank you.

Caravan park needs updating, a bit scruffy around some caravans. Needs a good tidy up. Went in June. Swimming pool last entry 3.15pm as it closes at 4.15pm. Told this was because out of season, open longer through school holidays. Dont get that at all.

Even though my booking was through a private company it was still on this caravan site. The staff were very friendly and gave me the information I needed to contact them to let them know I had arrived. If you're looking to take your family to this resort then I definitely would recommend clean and a safe space for children.

Brilliant caravan park but needs a soft indoor play area for younger children as when it rains its not good we had to go to lancaster to find a playcentre a lot of activities are for older children so need to do something for toddlers

The caravan we were given was an older one, but for the price we payed it was very clean, there is plenty of parking spaces, and as per usual the resort was very smart (not a bit of rubbish to be seen)staff were all very pleasant and helpful ,not a swimmer but pool area spotless, nice warm pool too ..

We are new owners at Regent Bay and absolutely love our caravan. I have visited on quite a few occasions this year with my family and friends also various members of my family have also visited and loved it . All of the staff have been excellent and always try and resolve issues when they occur. I always feel relaxed in my home from home. We have met some lovely neighbours as well. The park is under new management and improvements are already being noticed around the park and no doubt will continue next season which I am really looking forward to. Great location so close to the sea front, great local bus service. Would definitely recommend Regent Bay.

I have owed a caravan on the Regent Bay site for two years it’s my “Happy Place”. I visit regularly with my family and dog and we have always had a lovely time. The staff are very efficient and friendly they will go out their way to help you. They are more like friends. Recently a new manager has taken over the site and there as been a lot of positive changes. The site is cleaner, great food in the club house and lots for the children to enjoy. The end of season party was spectacular you could see all the hard work the team had put into it. They certainly made it a special end to the season.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a holiday at Regents Bay, and I must say it was absolutely wonderful! Both the kids and the adults in our group thoroughly enjoyed every moment. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of activities available. There was never a dull moment, with so much to do for everyone. The location was also ideal, making it convenient for us to explore nearby Morecambe and Lancaster. The staff at Regents Bay truly exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. One of the things that pleasantly surprised us was the affordability of the food and drink prices. It's rare to find such reasonable prices at holiday destinations, and it made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The accommodation provided at Regents Bay was perfect for our needs. It had everything we could possibly ask for, making our stay feel like a home away from home. We were grateful for the attention to detail and the comfort provided by the accommodation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Janette and the entire team at Regents Bay. Your dedication and commitment to ensuring a fantastic holiday experience did not go unnoticed. We are already planning our next visit and can't wait to be back. Thank you once again for making our holiday so special.

We have been owners for over 18 months at Regent Bay and haven’t regretted a single moment. I have visited on many occasions, with my husband, daughter, her friends and on my own. All of the staff have been excellent and super friendly, from maintenance, sales, reception and the fantastic staff in the complex. I always feel relaxed, at home and very well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble and it is most definitely a home from home, with lovely neighbours and newly made friends. Keep it up Regent Bay! Would highly recommend X

Me and my husband have a caravan on site for last 2 years. Love the site, money well spent on our van. Site fees a little expensive for what we get, however, new Manageress vows to improve. Clubhouse could do with new flooring and furniture but still a great place for a drink and a laugh. Staff a great and friendly, they also work very hard. No regrets whatsoever. Roll on more happy day. Wendy x

Staff friendly and helpful and Bar quite a nice area . Concert room small and dated but pool even though small is very clean and welcoming. I found the drinks and food prices to be expensive even with the owners discount but it is what it is. New Manageress at the Park who seems very friendly and approachable. I personally enjoy the Park but I can also understand why others have their own thoughts on it.

  • 5/5 John K. 5 months ago on Google
Been an Owner on the park for three years and really love the location, it is so convenient for Morecambe and nearby bus links into Lancaster and beyond. This has been a year of improvement under the new General Manager with improved facilities, signage, communications, admin, maintenance services and particularly Owner engagement - some great events with a charitable element too. Staff always willing to help and friendly. The site is always going to be challenged by budget as a small site but we can see steady small steps being made in the right direction. Good year in our happy place and expecting more of the same next year please (especially given how much our rates have increased). Thanks to all the team at Regent Bay

Beautiful caravan complete with everything we needed drinks on the dear side and 2 many kids running about in the club

  • 1/5 Amy s. 2 years ago on Google
The site is ok with very basic amenities, but the caravan was grubby when we arrived so clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. When I clicked on "manage my booking" on the confirmation email, it clearly stated passes were included. When we tried to enter the complex I was greeted by a rude old battle axe. I tried to show her the booking and she was adamant we didn't have passes, while another older lady behind the counter stood and stared like we were on show, it was abysmal customer service and extremely embarrassing- we ended going to a pub over the road. The only decent member of staff was a young lad who was very polite and apologetic. I wouldn't ever stay here again and be spoken to in such a way. Maybe they need to learn some people skills.

A mixture of private & let caravans. Very clean. So much to do swimming, entertainment, arcade and places to eat. Quiet so you can sleep on a night time. 😊

Very difficult to park. Caravan was very dirty.Better signage around park if driving. Fridge freezer needs defrosting. Microwave is rusty. Draws not cleaned. Radiator damaged. No keys on arrival. 1 positive thing was lovely staff. Sorted out keys and heating.

Stayed at a privately owned caravan on this site. Clean and tidy area. Great for kids from what we saw and heard off entertainment wise. Family friendly atmosphere.

Positives where caravan was first class and immaculately clean and available on time. Park is ideal situation for everything local. Staff where really helpful. Negatives for such a big camp the shop might as well not be there and the caravans are all jammed in like sardines hardly any space in between them. I never understand why they put rubbish points at the back of a caravan which is noisy and not really a nice thing to have next to your caravan. Car parking spaces not big enough but luckily was able to park next caravan. Clubhouse way to small for size of the camp but saying that for the price we paid compared to other camps we have stopped at it was value for money.

  • 3/5 Helen S. 2 years ago on Google
I will start off with the fact that the staff in reception and who spoke to us were really nice and promptly dealt with issues we had. However it was something that could of been avoided. The caravan was filthy as well as smelling terrible and to say that “deep cleaning” is currently taking place due to covid there was areas that haven’t been cleaned in weeks, I had to bring it to their attention as I’m sure it would of still been the same for the next guests arriving. Whilst we went out for the day a cleaner went in to re clean the caravan and they left us a bottle of wine and some toys for our children which was a kind gesture. The park is very crammed with caravans and it’s facilities just aren’t big enough for the size of the park although the entertainment on an evening was fine and what’s expected from a holiday park. The bar staff were also really nice that were taking orders for the drinks. The pool was lovely and warm and was great for the first swim experience for our 3 month old however only one area to be able to dry and get a baby changed and another family got in there before me once our colour band was asked to leave the pool. I waited nearly 20 mins outside the baby change area to get myself and baby sorted, I ended up leaving and walking to our caravan with a towel wrapped around myself and baby and getting showered and dry there so I do think some more family change areas for babies would be beneficial. I have given 3 stars as I can’t fault the staff who we had contact with, had that not been good I would be giving one star as this has been one of the worst parks we have ever stayed at.

Very central in Morecambe, a short walk away from main promenade & pier. Lucky enough to stay in Owner's let so the caravan was new & immaculate. Large fridge freezer, bonus if not eating on site. Very good heating in all rooms & large TV. Swimming pool used daily by us and went early, booked beforehand & was quiet. Lots to do & see in Morecambe and we used it as a base to visit relatives about an hour away. Enjoyable holiday.

Picked this park as it has all the ammienities we wanted but on a smaller scale. So peaceful and friendly that we decided to buy our own caravan here. Nothing is too much trouble everywhere is clean and tidy. There is a real sense of pride from all of the staff.

Great experience with very helpful staff and a reasonable price for the service and offers on site. Probably better to wait for the warmer weather especially if you have kids but certainly worth a visit for your next staycation.

Nice little caravan park, not as much on site as others, but it's in a handy location. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk away, there's also a park on the way to the beach, and lots to do in the area.

Nice place to stay caravan fine but company put a damper on our holiday by refusing to let us buy our daughter aged 18 a bottle of fruit cider as we didn’t have her I’d with us ( we did have a photo of passport but wouldn’t accept that ) we have used Park Dene holidays for nearly 20 years but never again !! Our daughter has additional needs and her routine of having a treat once a week was upset by them

Lovely place to go but would strongly recommend not getting the club passes save some money! Show bar is WAY to small for the size of the park at most it accommodates 100 people max and way to loud could hear it outside! Food was amazing can't complain about the food! Swimming pool is small, perfect for a weekend break!
