Ordered a Pizza today and unfortunately it had a hair in the box. I phoned within a second of it being delivered to advise them about it and was put on phone to the manager. The manager wasn’t too impressed and asked to return the box as it is which I was fine with as the Pizza was untouched. 15 minutes later another Pizza was delivered and he had put “bring the other pizza back” on the order slip which I found rude as I advised the manager on the phone I would anyway. By the tone of his voice I felt he thought I may be after a freebie if that was the case I wouldn’t be returning a full pizza. I Really used to enjoy getting a take out from here but so disappointed with the service today!!!!

Have very rude delivery drivers. The place is all round a joke. They stop delivering to you when you call out their delivery driver ls for been rude. Absolutely disgusting service I do not recommend ordering from this takeaway for the service alone

Won the competition and wasn't disappointed. Ordered a large 14" pizza and some wedges and cooked to perfection.

Was hoping that with pizza being in the name the pizza would at least be good. It didn’t even seem fresh made, it was cold in parts, wasn’t even a slight cheese pull and was honestly like a bit of cardboard. Feel like I’ve just been rinsed of £14

Absolutely top notch pizzas, they don't scrimp on the toppings and they reach all the way up to the edge of the crust. Prices are slightly on the higher side for a takeaway pizza but it is so worth it as the product is an absolute masterclass. Plus they managed to find our office correctly which rarely happens with a takeaway. Magnificent!

PHC is our go to Pizza company in the area, and there is lots of competition. Food, delivery and service is always spot on! 👌

We have really been struggling to find a decent take away locally. I have to say the food was lovely. Very warm and fresh. I haven't had a pizza this nice in a long time. The jalapeño bites were tasty, crispy and warm and the chips. Will definitely order again. Thanks guys

I ordered a pizza gave us the wrong food and didn't give us a refund we waited 3 hours it was a very long wait and food was ugly I advise you do not come here the service is really really bad so if you need some pizza go somewhere else

My second review and I'll say it again food is absolutely amazing!! I opted for a mixed kebab rather than pizza for a change and wow!! Beautiful meat, fresh salad not one bad thing about it. Keep up the good work guys! If you want a real good quality takeaway order from here you won't be disappointed

Ordered from here on Thursday, as i was in the area. Food arrived within 20/25 minutes, which was quite impressive. The pizza did have a good amount of toppings, and the base , sauce and toppings all had a very good taste to them. The chips where cooked very well and a nice golden brown colour. The garlic herb mayo was nice thick creamy and tasteful. What let the place down was, the garlic bread far too much oil/ butter / topping it was like a heart attack in a box. Was literally dripping off when i picked my slice up. Ketchup was cheap and nasty, no way would i believe that is Heinz or anything decent unless they buy Heinz and add a shed load of water to it. The drink i ordered (only 1 can) didn’t come in a bag was just plonked onto my hand. What does a bag cost 5p? Just good customer service to have it in a bag! I would return again for pizza chips mayo and maybe try other sides, but no way would i make the mistake of ordering the garlic bread or ketchup again! In response to the owner. To help you understand the 2 star the garlic bread that was soaked in garlic butter and looked like a heart attack in a box was the main thing and then the ketchup bought it down also. Do you a quality control team or some one senior who over sees products before they leave? Maybe theres been a mistake on the quantity of oil on the garlic bread ? Maybe staff error because i can re assure you nothing about it was normal. And if you served it like that since 2004 the USA would have invaded you for oil by now! Ketchup you don’t declare to be Heinz, but your products where very high quality and the quality of the ketchup was very low so did bring the whole meal down as i love dipping crust and chips but the sauce has to be there. Just want to add in a response to the review by scott Callaghan, it was clearly stated by pizza house company “we only use Heinz or other top brands” please enlighten me with what top brand of ketchup you use as you have now confirmed it is not Heinz. Regarding the environment I’ve definitely heard of it but,if you are that concerned why use plastic bags at all? Switch to paper bags that are 100% recyclable and then you can provide better customer service.

Absolutely disgusted with this service manager has no remorse for any thing he did wrong, not only was I waiting 3 hours for a pizza he put spices into it while my kids were crying due to the spices he told me their was most certainly no spices in it then their was nothing he could do, wouldn’t advice anyone to go their.

I went to pizza house, and ordered a garlic bread pizza which tasted very sour as they had put far too much tomato purée on I spoke to the manager Amir and he told me that this is how they served their food I would definitely not recommend eating here and am disgusted with the service I received. I even asked my friends to taste it to see if I was over reacting and they also agreed you couldn’t even taste any garlic nor the cheese.

Only marked 1 star down this time as ordered 5 pizzas and the order was wrong for 1 pizza but only noticed when arrived home and served them. To be fair, we rang and they brought another correct one out within 20 minutes but by that time people weren't that bothered for more pizza so felt like experience was tarnished. Spent c£40 on 5 pizzas and 1 garlic bread.

Oh Pizza House what have you done? You used to be my go to for Gluten free pizzas as they were so lovely. The one we ordered tonight was hard, chewy and like a nasty store bought base. Definitely not worth the extra +£2 for the privilege of something awful!

Very friendly staff, good prices for a delicious pizza. I enjoyed it and will be ordering from them again.

11/10 - Good customer service is when things are right every time. Excellent customer service is when mistakes (which do happen on occasion) are owned up to and rectified immediately. Slight issue with a pizza ingredient, spoke to the shop and a replacement pizza was despatched almost immediately. That’s how to keep customers!! Thanks very much. Cannot recommend this place enough. (And the pizzas were awesome as per usual!!)
