This is an incredible Chaiiwala Branch. The best I have ever been to. It is so popular, it often caused the blackade of Whalley Range as cars pile up outside to grab a quick cuppa. There is seating for 20 people, ample free parking nearby and fantastic food options. The staff here are switched on, they are on the pulse. They make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much effort for them. The omelette wrapped in a chapati was my favourite. The desi breakfast and desi tea was absolutely superb. I am a blooger. I don't have any issue with food, or cleaning every thing is perfect. (But) yes there is a big but only i have issue with the services its take ages to get my breakfast on my table. And this is some thing you have to sort it out. Today is 14, September, 2021 Time is 10:39am and we came on short staff in the kitchen what i noticed it. This is some thing you have to sort it out. Visited again for a quick catch-up with friends. Very impressed with the quality of the chai plus the service from Safwan was exceptional.

Paid over 9 pounds for halwa Puri new with very small portions and took them nearly half hour to bring us the food which to be honest was not great. Puri was more like papadom. And the guy who was taking everyone's orders didn't seem helpful.

One of the worse Chaiwalas I have been to. Poor service, Karak chai had a weird taste and we ordered a cake which was really hard. The staff did get us a new one. Not a good experience.

Chaiwala is the best place to go for kadak chai & kadak coffee & kashmiri pink chai is so good too. Lots of snacks available & the chocolate chai mousse is to die for. Lots of cold drinks & hot drinks available & the street food will take you back to your home country. Karachi bun kebab & Halwa puri from pakistan. Masala egg masala chips & pav bhaji & aloo paratha from india. & lots of other street foods to try. Falooda & mango falooda are awesome. The interior is very nicely decorated with lots of nice pics of india too. A great place to hang out with your family & friends for mouth watering chatpata snacks & drinks you will love & enjoy whatever the occasion

A review of CHAIIWALA is long overdue, particularly because my better half ordered some food from them last week through Uber Eats. It was meant to be one of those one-off treats for our children. She ordered Masala Chips, 2x Gulab Jamun Cheesecake and Samosa Chaat. They were charged just above £20 including delivery - A complete rip-off in my opinion. They know times are hard and yet they choose to inflate their prices and reduces their portion sizes. My better half and our children were well disappointed when the food arrived. The Masala Chips were swimming in ketchup and the portion was very small. The Gulab Jamun cheesecakes were again very small, flavourless and barely had 1 Gulab Jamun contained in each portion. The Samosa Chaat was ok but again the portion was very small. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from CHAIIWALA again. This is what I really hate about these 'one hit wonder' places that are opening up all over the place. Making Chai is their forté but they've got nothing else up their sleeves, but their blingy instagram-able shop features and fancy packaging. Not happy - 3/10 #chaiiwalablackburn, #blackburneats,

Nice tea, good options for cakes & sandwiches, no parking, loud (not good if you're looking for a quite cup of tea, forget it!). Still the same we asked for ice tea and came hot tea! Response was ive never made it.

I have only been here once but I will definitely be returning. The food was great but honestly it was the exceptional service that made me want to give five stars. I believe I was served by a young girl called Zainab and she was extremely kind and accommodating towards me and my husband as we had never been to Chaiiwala before and needed help with the menu. She was so patient with us too! Amazing service she needs a raise!

Extremely disappointed and the most awful, disgusting rude disrespectful staff! and the management is so ignorant its unbelievable. As a regular customer with chaiiwala blackburn since 2017, we've placed big orders on a weekly basis and never had any issues. However since last year we have had nothing but issues and our orders have been messed up, but when we go back the matter has been resolved. But last month one of our staff member was humiliated and treated extremely badly by an unexperienced little girl stood at the counter who had no manners, extremely rude, I was on the phone to my staff about the missing order, She heard the conversation and rudely asked my staff to put the phone down. Infront of other customers the rude staff serving, accused my staff humiliated her stating that she was lying, I couldn't believe how she insulted her as I was still on the phone and heard everything, then she called out a senior staff member out who she started making fun out of my staff and telling her to "talk to the hand as the face isn't listening" my staff couldn't believe it, she was so upset and walked out of the shop. The same day I reported this to a manager, who took no notice and never got back to me, a few days later I called again and spoke to the assistant manager who admitted that the rude person serving has no experience serving customers, and due to short staffing they had to place her there, she assured me that she would investigate this complaint and get back to me, till to date I haven't heard anything. I highly recommend to stay away from this place, where customers are not valued and treated very badly and humiliated, and your voice is never heard, and the management is just as bad! chaiiwala has lost a big custom, through our company and clients!

Giving 4 star just because the pink tea was not too nice and just way too strong but all rest was nice!especially the donuts. Was served by Benny (binyamin) who had exceptional customer service skills!

I went late at night and was served by a young lady called Manzoora (defo wrong spelling of the name) however great attitude and very polite. I got pink chai and butter chicken roll. Service and food a solid 8 ot of 10.

I have gone to many Chai places since it's the new trend. However, Chaiwala(Blackburn) never fails to impress me. They never comprise with quality of food and cleanliness. They have taken time on recruiting their staff; Danny has been our family & friends favourite; he always goes the extra mile. People like him is what sets Chaiwala apart from their competitors! Keep up the good work team Chaiwala- Blackburn! :D

Pathatic service. We ordered twice and both time they missed some pprtion of food . Even this time we asked them to make sure everything is inside or not he said yes but still one portion of food was missing. Very disappointing.

Only our table was occupied, we were 8 including kids however it seemed like uber and those collecting were a priority. Tables were dirty even offered to clean it as had kids but the lady serving insisted she will do it after 10 mins. We had kids who got bored, food took around 40 mins from ordering to one hour as it arrived in dribs and drabs. Had to go and remind what was missing, had to ask about drinks which came last and to top it off the person serving decided to show attitude and roll eyes when we asked about our drinks and the delay. They need more people to serve not just two people one serving and one in kitchen. Won't be going back again, shame as food was nice but service is appalling.

VERY DISAPPOINTING from the minute I spoke to the young lad serving! The first thing he said was "You can go somewhere else if you want to!" It was my first time visiting too! Desi breakfast, parantha was as stiff as cardboard couldn't even chew it! Tea was too strong! Overall I would not recommend and certainly won't be going there again! I would give it zero stars if I could.

Ordered two portions of pav-bhaji. One portion size was ok while other portion was very small. Rang them to notify this as it was a take out order, their responce on the phone was not satisfactory. I used to get this order before and there was no issue. Their portion size is smaller than before and price is been increased too.

This has just happened to my cousin: You might want to check your vegetarian somosas that you served 3 days ago. They have given my cousin severe food poison. Doctors report show it was food poison either the person who served him touched meat then touched the somosa this will be public knowledge as my cousin ended up in a very bad way. Poor food hygiene and giving customers food poisoning.

Inconsistent, cold food. Lazy kitchen that won't update the uber system so the driver always has to wait and food is stale. Pathetic. Edit: Manager has spoken to me and has taken the time to listen. I'm happier. Thank you.

The food was great. Service was 10/10. I was served by danny his service skills were amazing and definitely convinced me to come again. Will be visiting regularly from now.

I came to chaiiwala for the first time 2 weeks ago. A special shout out to zainab who recommended me the caramel chai and the caramel karak coffee. Both were really nice because it didn’t taste like normal karak chai. So nice that I’ve come back today and ordered the same again. I definitely will be back.

Came down to chaiiwala on Friday night and I was served by a lovely gentleman that was called saafwan if I remember correctly. He gave me a good food recommendation on what to order and I enjoyed the food a lot. The food was excellent and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend my family and friends to go down.

First time visiting the Blackburn branch and was served by a very well mannered employee. He recommended a couple of things which I ended up purchasing and enjoyed quite a lot. Didn’t catch the employees name but I asked another person at the till and he said he was the assistant manager of this branch. 10/10 experience.

So from placing the order to receiving the food, we waited at least 30 mins. I understand they had a lot uber deliveries to prepare, nevertheless I've had much better experiences in the past when coming here. We tried the English-ish breakfast and a butter chicken roll(can't go wrong with this). Both were nice once they arrived. I just felt the waiting time was very long, Since there was only 3 tables occupied.

Went here today after the place being recommended by my aunty. I seriously do not rate this place. The pink tea was soo watered down and the karak chai was sour. Staff were not aware of what they were doing. Half of us had got our food and had finished it before the rest of the party and the tea arrived after we had all ate. Worse thing is it wasn’t like it was busy they had 3 tables

The Masala chips were above average, crispy yet tender nevertheless more than enjoyable to eat however the sauce could have been more spicy and less like tomato soup. The Aloo paratha surpassed all expectations. It was well filled with soft and smooth potato garnished with an array of spice, leaving an after taste of the motherland ‘Pakistān’. However a very cold day it was, and I just wish the heating was at a comfortable temperature.

One of the best Chaiiwala branch. Karak Chaii is the best, delicious food, friendly staff. Nice environment. Parking is an issue.
